Fantastic experience: We were so happy that Medclinic have opened Al Reem Branch. The clinic is very accessible and various parking spaces. The facility is very clean and spacious. I also highly recommend Dr. Jeneth Habacon and her nurse Julie of the OBS/Gynaecology Department. We were under her care during our first trimester until we delivered our baby last May 18th! Our family is very thankful for her medical skill, sympathy and her thoughtfulness! Dr. Jeneth and Nurse Julie are truly a blessing.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for Mediclinic being in Reem Mall, they literally saved my life. I have always has a good experience with this branch and the staff are well trained and welcoming. Didn't realize that they would be saving me from an anaphylactic attack due to cross contamination of my coffee. Unlike the cafe, they were very supportive and caring. The pharmacist (Sara) was really responsive with the nursing team when she realized I was struggling and couldn't administer the EpiPen to myself. I really appreciate them. I unfortunately cannot remember the nursing team that helped me, as I was in a state of shock. But still, I'm thankful for them.

My favorite doctor - Dr. Jeneth Habacon, the kindest doctor who truly cares about you and your well being. 2. Filipino lady receptionist (not sure her name) but she’s the only lady receptionist there, absolutely wonderful, always happy to help - friendly and remembers my name! Whenever the doctor was late to see me I can always count on her to ask for an update - while the man receptionist would just tell me “ask the nurses” …

Negative experience: I went to the dermatologist dr . GHADEER . She was very rude and careless. Consultation was 3 minutes, I explained she said she will check and then she said I have nothing! She didn’t take me seriously. I explained her I already was diagnosed before and I have been going through treatment so my symptom's aren’t that obvious but I still needed treatment for my skin issue. She barely looked at my skin from a far. other doctors looked with a special magnifier which is used but she didn’t even bother to take it. She said , no u have nothing I will prescribe moisturiser only., I explained to her nicely the issue she told me to go back to the doctor that I saw before and get the treatment there then. Never going back there again

Negative experience: Incompetent clinic. Got my lab result done on Monday for a surgery and despite me telling the doctor and receptionist of the urgency to send the results, I didnt get a single call or email on the dates they promised. I had to call the support centre to raise a request and eventually had them send me the report Friday Noon. The report was ready on Tuesday morning, but they were too lazy and inconsiderate to send it.

Fantastic experience: We see a paediatrician, Dr. Pagoni, at this clinic, and she's amazing. Very engaging with kids, always takes time to listen, so we never feel rushed. My son also had a blood test there with Vincent; he's very professional and has a great attitude. I recommend booking appointments via their app. Once you upload your insurance details and so on, it is super easy to see the doctors' availability, book/reschedule/cancel appointments, etc.

Waiting time was bit long but was okay since the clinic is very clean and not crowded. Sister Berlen who did everything from Bp, blood test, my injection is very gentle and light handed and she gave me education on my case. Also, reception Ms rashel greeted me with a warm smile. Fantastic experience: The clinic is conveniently located and easily accessible. It’s usually not crowded and walk-in visits are smooth and quick. It’s also very clean and smells pleasant. My experiences at this hospital with Dr. Nisreen have been highly pleasant. She is both personable and professional, and her bedside manners are excellent.
