Negative experience: دكتور الأسنان المتخصص في تركيب الفينيرز اسمه زياد كانت تجربتي معاه من أسوء التجارب الابتسامة ركبتها لي المساعدة مش الدكتور وانا دافعه مبلغ وقدره ومن غير الألم الشديد وقت اخذ القياسات والتركيب وازالة الفينيرز القديم بالليزر وفترة وضع المؤقت أخذت اكثر من 10 ايام ووقت التركيب خسرت واحد من أسناني بسبب نزيف وتغير لون القشرة في هذا السن المساعده ماعرفت شو تسوي ونادت على الدكتور لان كان برع وعبال ماجاني واضطر يحف السن كامل وعملي تاج ولونه صار مختلف عن باقي الأسنان والدكتور ولا كأنه صار شي عادي ماتفرق معاه يقول بنركب تاج وماراح يبين وعملت موعد ثاني عشان تغيير اللون والمصيبه خلوني اروح المكان الي يجهزون فيه الفينيرز عشان يشوفو فرق اللون ويغيرون اللون والدكتور حتى ما كلف على نفسه يشوفلي موضوع شكل الأسنان عملي الشكل نفس بالظبط قياسات المؤقت مع اني بعثت له صور شو الي أنا حابه لكن هو كان مشغول ومش فاضي وانا دافعه مبلغ كبير على هذي الابتسامة صراحه أسوء تجربة مرت علي في حياتي وانا وثقت في هذا الدكتور للأسف والابتسامة تغير لونها من اول أسبوع للأصفر وانا اتفقت معاه انه اريد لون ابيض طبيعي مش اصفر واللثة عندي التهبت وما عالج لي هذي المشكله مع اني كلمته قبل وحتى التركيب غلط المساعده هي الي ركبت الأسنان وفي فراغات وفي بروز مخليها تتعلم علي واضطريت اني أغير الابتسامة مره ثانيه في عيادة ثانيه لان هذا الموضوع اثر على نفسيتي ابتسامة رديئة بمعنى الكلمة والمبلغ الي دفعته كبير ودفعته اقساط وعلى شغل ما يستاهل

Fantastic experience: One of the most amazing clinics ever, best assistance from the reception ladies shurooq is so cooperative and if you ever want to do laser just choose irish she’s amazing!! I would like to add Dr Antoaneta is amazing she’s someone you can trust with your skin! I highly recommend everyone tries her!! Every time due to trying another service and I have to add to my review, I have to compliment the best dentist ever Dr Ziad Saqer honestly amazing is an understatement! He’s gentle he’s detailed and I love his work! My favorite clinic ever!

Negative experience: زرت العيادة عند الدكتورة نورهان بسبب مشاكل في بشرتي مثل التصبغات وعدم توحّد اللون. من أول يوم، تم إخباري أن “إبرة السالمون” هي الحل، والنتيجة راح تظهر من ثاني يوم. تم إقناعي أن باكيج 3 جلسات كافٍ، وأن كل المشاكل اللي عندي راح تختفي. وثقت بالكلام، ودفعت المبلغ المطلوب. بعد أول جلسة ما لاحظت أي تغيير، ورجعت وبلغتها، فقالت إنها راح تعمل الجلسة الثانية من عندها حتى تتابع النتيجة بنفسها. ومع ذلك، ما ظهر أي فرق. بعد الجلسة الثالثة أيضًا، ما في أي نتيجة تُذكر. وبين كل جلسة والثانية، كان الكلام يختلف. أول مرة: “كل شيء راح يروح.” وآخر مرة: “ما في شيء بيروح نهائي، ولازم تعملي تقشير!” مع الوقت، لاحظت إن الوعد كان شيء، والواقع شيء آخر تمامًا. رغم كل ذلك، ما تكلمت، وانتظرت لغاية ما أنهيت كل الجلسات. لكن للأسف، ولا شفت فرق، لا بالشكل ولا بالشعور، والمبلغ اللي دفعته مش قليل أبدًا. حتى جلسة “الليفتيرا” اللي تم إقناعي أعملها بناءً على وعود بتغيير واضح… للأسف ما لاحظت أي تحسّن حقيقي. التجربة بالنسبة لي كانت مخيبة، بسبب الوعود المبالغ فيها، وعدم الوضوح، وتبديل الكلام من جلسة لأخرى. كنت أتمنى يكون في شفافية أكثر من البداية، لأني أخذت العلاج بكل التزام وصبر، لكن ما في مقابل يذكر.

Negative experience: الصراحه تجربه فاشله مب بدايتها مع المركز! مواعيدها غير مضبوطه والموظفات مايعرفون ينسقون من بينهم متى مواعيد المرضى ، وخلوني انتظر وقت طويل ولا دخلت على الدكتور، الكول سنتر يقولون كلام مختلف عن الواقع ! ومواعيدهم مضروبه! اللي يفكر في وقته ويحاسب على وقته لا يضيع وقته في هذا المركز

Negative experience: تجربتي سيئه كانت مع الدكتوره ساره كان عندي موعد وانتظرت اكثر عن ساعه العلاج دفعت عليه مبلغ وقدره وما استفدت شي بالعكس صارت النتيجه عكسيه لانها عطتني كريمات ثقيله وما ناسبتني

Fantastic experience: I had very bad experiences with dentists, but with Dr. Omar Al-Debs, the experience and treatment of my teeth was wonderful. He treated my teeth one by one with great skill and humanity. He did not stop following up, especially since my insurance was about to expire. He did his best with the treatment. And not just any treatment! He solved all my dental problems efficiently, and used techniques based on preserving the natural tooth. Honestly, a medical degree is only held by those who deserve it with merit and competence.

Fantastic experience: مريت بظروف صعبه من أكتوبر ٢٠٢٣ و فقدت كتير من أهلي و بعدها بفتره بسيطه إتوفت أمي و بعدها بردو بفتره بسيطه فقدت شغلي ، حسيت نفسي كبرت ١٠ سنين ، وشي بقى متهدل و ناشف ، حبوب كتير بتطلع فيه حتى لون بشرتي اتغير و البقع اللي فيه لونها إغمق ، جيت عند دكتوره نورهان و إقترحت عليه خطه علاجيه تبدأ بكولاجين بوستر للوجه ، و بعدها عملتلي بوتكس و بعدها عملت فيلر بهدف الشد و الرفع مش للمليء ، النهارده عدى ٣ أسابيع على اخر جلسة علاج عندها و حقيقي وشي فرق كتير ، لسه النفسيه محبطه و الدنيا ضلمه ، بس حقيقي وشي نور و ملمسه اتغير و جلده اتحسن كتير عن الأول

Negative experience: This clinic their management always changes and they have poor of communication and poor of thransparency even their treatment with the client is very poor and lack of respect..i hope they can develop their way of communication.. i have been paying for them whole seven packages at once they have been pushing me to do it and once done they changed the whole management and they werent flexible and they didnt let me finish my packages and wanted me to pay my last session although i declared for them i still have session left and they didnt have a system to track my sessions by doing it by hand writing.. i wasted my time with coming from dubai and wasted my money and really it was hard experience for me!
