Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental root canal done by Dr. Rebijith, and I can honestly say he helped me a lot. First, he explained the whole procedure clearly, which made me feel more comfortable. The main thing for me was comfort. I have a real phobia of injections and dental treatments, but he handled everything with such care and patience. The service was truly excellent, and I’m very grateful for how well he looked after me.

Negative experience: I recently visited this clinic and had one of the worst healthcare experiences of my life. The staff were completely careless and showed zero concern for their patients. The equipment looked dirty and outdated, and the entire place was unhygienic and frankly unsafe. It's hard to believe this place is still operating as a medical facility. In my opinion, it would be better—and far safer for the public—if this clinic were shut down entirely until it meets even the most basic standards of cleanliness and patient care. I strongly advise others to seek medical attention elsewhere.

And I get the government sick leave for that I paid 51dhiram it's okay, again they take more 5 dhirams for her personal hospital sick leave. If they want upload in their system,why not updating the government sick leave,

Muhameed).he gave me medicine it is not in uae,then I had to 4time visit there to change it.totally waste my time.I'm very disappointed this happened.The worst part is that I had to wait for over 30 minutes before all the other patients were done and my work was not done.

Negative experience: Has to be one of the worst medical establishment in all of Sharjah. The front end staffs are super irresponsible with no sense of priorities. They got people crowded all over the place yet has time to goose talk. To be precise, it can take 2-3 days to get a simple MOH approved medical leave from this concern, which btw is barely a matter of 30 mins.

Negative experience: This clinic has the slowest service process ever seen, they take your id and make you sit gor 40 mins and next 40 min waiting for consultation. If your time is precious to you don’t go to this clinic

Negative experience: Suggest to avoid as much as possible. The worst staff and clinic I have come across. We needed a quick PCR test result for my wife to help diagnose an infection in our young kids and they said the result will come back in 12-15 hours. It is now more than 24 hours since having given the sample, and we have tried calling them multiple times and are at their location now physically. There seems to be ZERO response / accountability at their end. Definitely not recommended.

Also, they pushing us for blood test packeges, insted of applying insurance, simply saying that it will not cover under insurance. So we hardly requesting you to go any other clinics and don't waste your time.

I’d suggest the owners to change the staff or give them training about the information and how to treat patients and remembering that it’s a medical center where people come to get better and not be disrespected and treated that way. Dr noufal (specialist in Internal medicine) is over all like a friend and less like a doctor which makes him more special than other doctors and has a very strong self esteem to cure any disease and never give up on any patient. I would suggest If anyone lives in sharjah or any part of UAE must visit this clinic to really get cured. I pray for this clinic and doctors to get more success and business in their lifes.
