After falling from a ladder and getting stitches at Rashidiya Oud Metha Hospital, I was advised to do regular dressing. But Aster Clinic refused to help and turned me away. ⭐ 5-Stars for Arincare Clinic Thankfully, I found Arincare Clinic, where Dr. Ransila Noor, Dr. Chinchu, and the kind nurses treated me with care and professionalism. The wound healed quickly thanks to their support. I truly appreciate their excellent service and friendly approach. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Unpleasant Experience at Arin Care Pharmacy I recently visited Arin Care Pharmacy to purchase Adol Pediatric Suspension (OTC). Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the manufacturing date (Dec 12, 2023) until I got home. I returned to request a more recent stock or exchange the product, only to be rudely told that returns/exchanges were “against DHA rules.” I find this misleading, as I later confirmed that DHA does not prohibit such exchanges — especially for OTC products that are unopened. The sales staff was dismissive and unkind when I explained my concern and mentioned filing a complaint. As a customer, I value transparent service and basic courtesy. I’m sharing this to urge the management to review staff training and ensure accurate information is given to customers.

Negative experience: This morning I have taken blood test on ARINCARE clinic , they have taken blood 3 times because she didn’t find the vine , finally she did it 4 bottles samples . I was fasting too . Now I received a call the admin told me that the blood clotted and asked her to come again for test . I told her this is the first time I got a complaint like this. I am working women how can I go in weekdays and how could I give blood every time if they asked . Something they did wrong that’s why blood clotted . Even who was talking with me Ms. Akshya was very rude and she didn’t listen me she said she will support her own staff only . Otherwise I have to speak with her mgmt . Very disappointed. When a blood sample gets clotted, it usually means the proper collection or handling procedures were not followed. Here’s where the mistake likely happened: 1. Incorrect use of collection tubes • Blood samples for certain tests (like glucose, some hormones, or CBC) must be collected in tubes that contain anticoagulants (like EDTA, citrate, or heparin). • If the lab staff used plain tubes or failed to mix the blood properly with the anticoagulant by gently inverting the tube several times, clotting can occur. 2. Delay in processing • After drawing the blood, if there is too much delay before mixing or processing, clotting can happen even in the correct tube. 3. Improper mixing • Even if the right tube was used, not gently inverting the tube 6–8 times immediately after collection can lead to clot formation. 4. Multiple pricks or poor venipuncture technique • Drawing blood multiple times (like in your case: 3 times for 4 samples) may suggest difficulty in collection. Poor technique or difficulty accessing a vein can increase the chance of clotting, especially if the samples were exposed to air or not handled quickly.

Negative experience: Horrible experience! The receptionists had no idea what they were doing. Instead of assisting patients, both of them were busy on their phones, completely ignoring people who needed help. When they finally acknowledged me, they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and even made faces like I was bothering them. On the phone, they told me that if I didn’t have insurance, they would offer a discount. But when I asked for it in person, they looked annoyed and made faces. Absolutely unprofessional Would not recommend this clinic

She has explained all medicines uses and described how to take medicines also well trained pharmacist she she has well knowledge about medicine because some medicines allergy for my friend she ask first my friend any allregy for medicine after that dispensed medicine. Normally no one ask that.

Negative experience: I had bought a medicine from Arincare pharmacy. When I got to the room, I remembered that the same medicine was in the room. The very next day, I went to the pharmacy and requested to return the unused medicine, but the lady staff was rude and replied that they would not exchange it for me. Is this the culture of Arincare training? Is this the hospitality manners? After buying the medicine, they didn't even give me the bill. The next day, when I asked for the bill, the lady told me that if I want the bill, I should ask and buy it. Very bad experience @Arincare Pharmacy.

Negative experience: BAD Experience: I visited the clinic twice, once with my father experiencing dizziness, and the second time with my grandmother who had mild diarrhea. On both occasions, the doctors declined to provide standard health management, citing imminent closure after 40 minutes. This raises concerns about professionalism. Moreover, the doctor relied solely on the receptionist's judgment, neglecting to personally assess my grandmother. His nonchalant remark upon leaving the office, stating they were closing, added to the dissatisfaction. It prompts the question: Is this clinic primarily focused on prescribing chronic medication? Notably, I sought assistance from an adjacent near clinic where both cases were successfully addressed. I have filed a complaint with the authorities, sharing the doctor's name for investigation into the clinic's practices.
