I had been suffering from uncomfortable and painful gastric issues, and after my consultation with Dr. Alragheb, his treatment proved to be immediately effective. From the very first night I began the treatment, I felt significant relief and comfort. What truly surprised and impressed me was the personal follow-up call I received from Dr. Alragheb. He took the time to check on my condition and to ensure that I was responding well to the medication. This level of dedication and care is something I have never experienced from a doctor before. It clearly reflects his deep sense of responsibility and commitment to his patients’ well-being. Negative experience: ميدكلينك الذي في مدينة زايد الإجراءات فيه بطيئة للغاية ولا يوجد تنسيق بين موظف الاستقبال والطاقم و يضطر المريض الدخول إلى الدكتور العام""الذي لا يقوم بشيء سوى سؤالك إلى أي قسم تحب أن يتم تحويلك """ و من ثم يتم خصم كشفية حتى و إن لم يتم الدخول إلى الدكتور المختص .. لم هذه الإجراءات الطويلة والتي لا داعي لها سوى أخذ أموال المرضى مثلا قمت اليوم بزيارة العيادة وسألت موظف الاستقبال عن وجود دكتور الباطنية لاتفاجأ لاحقا بعد دخولي للدكتور العام أنه غير موجود و يتم خصم عشرون درهم دون حصولي على أي معاينة عدا عن الانتظار لأكثر من ساعة ونص قبل الدخول إلى الدكتور العام و بعد الدخول أيضا ...

Negative experience: I should rate it as zero, since I don’t have that option I am rating one. Waited around 1.5hours to see a doctor were the receptionist told me I can visit the doctor in 10 min. Before taking blood sample They were waiting for insurance approval and they weren’t even ready to follow up the same with the insurance company. Considering my wife’s situation and we came to visit with my kids and staying in a hospital for around 3 hours was a horrible experience. Such a a poor patient care never experienced before in my life.

Negative experience: Do you have the time and patience to wait for hours? If you don't, better go elsewhere. I had to wait for almost 2 hours today to simply have a refill prescription written. It couldn't be very busy, as there were only two patients ahead of me in the waiting area when i arrived. Please have a numbering system and let your patients know how much time to expect. To be fair, facility was clean and staff was polite.

Negative experience: I am not able to see the doctor because the guy in reception is telling that my insurance is not synced with Emirates I'd.eventhough I gave him the insurance number he is not able to do the needful.I went to the nearby hospital and their my Emirates I'd was working also. Those people are not interested to help us

Negative experience: The guy at the reception behaved like he doesn't want any business. There was no reply at all for my polite greeting. He would not listen to anything and kept staring at the monitor in front. He was not even busy at the time as there were no other people around. I Went to another hospital nearby. I would suggest you do the same if you expect basic decency.
