Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Shayma with an ongoing issue that had been troubling me for years as many other drs in Dubai had dismissed it. She was reassuring and kind and issued an alternative treatment the same day that resolved the problem in weeks. I highly recommend a visit to her if you're also feeling unheard and are in need of someone to really listen.

Fantastic experience: Ever need a Gynocologist? Go to Dr. Amber Syed in Mediclinic Dubai Hills Mall. She is the best and will explain everything to you to make your mind at ease whether you are going for your women annual check up or even if you are expecting. I personally went to her for my annual check up. She explained everything to me. She also advised me on my future health and what I need to do to maintain my health. She is a GEM and I really love visiting her when I need her. Thanks Dr. Amber.

Fantastic experience: A big shoutout to Nurse Mark Frogoso — he’s truly an expert in drawing blood. I didn’t feel any pain at all during my blood tests! And to Dr. Noor Ali—she was incredibly warm and easy to talk to. It didn’t even feel like a typical doctor’s appointment — it felt more like catching up with a family friend. Huge thumbs up to both of them!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I’ve been struggling with gut issues for a while. I’d visited gastro Dr. Maazin Aljabri and he’d asked me to do some tests 2 weeks later - I mentioned I wouldn’t be in the country and he asked me to do them wherever I was and mail him the results, and he would get back. I did the tests as asked and emailed the nurse my reports - I didn’t hear back for days. I then called the clinic and the nurse said that Antonette who I had mailed is quite busy and she gave me another email ID to mail them on. When I did that, turns out the email ID showed that it’s restricted and my email won’t reach. Post that, I mailed nurses Sheena and Manju and still didn’t hear back. I then called again and no answer. Absolutely terrible service and literally just waiting to hear back on my reports from the clinic. Very troublesome and just prolonging my suffering. UPDATE: as per their comment on the review I emailed them at [email protected] -> still have not heard back. It’s been 5 days now.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr.Adil Sajwani, one of the best physicians I have visited so far ! Was very kind, very honest and gave me the most accurate medical diagnosis/advice to my condition. However I have to give a big shout out to Mr. Mark Frogoso the Lab Nurse as he was extremely empathetic while mainting his professionalism , he made sure I wasn't at all scared of the needles and didn't feel a sting Mediclinic Dubai hills is my destination from now on in case I will have any medical condition in the furture as all the staff were very friendly and kind. Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the service. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, the clinic was completely empty, yet I was left waiting for over 40 minutes with no explanation. This level of disorganization and disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Gill has been my go-to physio for the past 6 years here in Dubai. She recently helped me with a shoulder injury that was affecting my quality of life so much. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone struggling with a sports injury! She is the best by far!

Fantastic experience: This is my 4th session with Gill the physiotherapist treating my foot and I have seen a lot of improvement! The rehabilitation exercises that she gave me were very effective. She is very professional and explains everything in details although I don’t know the terminologies, yet she takes her time and explain. The clinic is very clean and new! The staff are super friendly. It is very convenient as it is in the mall. Highly recommend Gill !!

Negative experience: Mediclinic charged me for an online consultation which was actually the follow up to discuss my lab reports (shouldn’t be any cost). If I would choose to meet the doctor in the clinic there wouldn’t be any charges. Something must be wrong, cuz it doesn’t make any sense.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Marwah at MEDICLINIC in Dubai Hills. My daughter had been sick for 1 week and another health care provider could not tell me what was wrong and she was getting worse. Dr Marwah was amazing. Her care for Isabella was excellent and she treated her in the clinic for an initial improvement to her severe cough. She instructed some tests which showed what the problem was and my daughter was put on the correct medication. I highly recommend any parent to take their child here

Negative experience: My 6 years old daughter was not feeling well, I took her to your clinic on Saturday 3rd of May 2025 and the process was smooth in the beginning and we saw the doctor, after that the doctor requested blood tests and the reception said will need 45 minutes to get the insurance approval. no one called me until yesterday the 6th of May to say that they are still waiting for it after I called several times. I lived in this country for 20 years and never ever faced a blood test approval. it is always on the spot. the call center said you are right and this shouldn't happen, but till date no feedback on the approval. If my daughter had any serious issue and needed the test results to indicate and I had to wait all these days who will then compensate her health! paid consultation fees for no outcome of my visit to a doctor too!

Fantastic experience: I recently took my daughter to see Dr. Eleanor, and I have to say, she exceeded my expectations! Dr. Eleanor is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel comfortable and well cared for during our visit. Her expertise was evident as she thoroughly addressed all our questions and concerns, providing us with valuable information about my daughter's health. The nursing staff were equally impressive. They were attentive, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to their work. The level of care they provided added to our positive experience at the clinic. However, I did encounter a frustrating situation during our initial registration process. As it was our first visit, I needed to register my daughter's ID. I stood at the registration counter for a noticeable amount of time without any staff present to assist. It was disheartening that no one informed me that I should queue at the billing counter instead. Despite four people being at the billing counter, nobody acknowledged my presence. After waiting and feeling quite lost, I decided to ask one of the receptionists for help, and she directed me to the billing counter. This lack of proactive communication from the reception staff was disappointing and led to a lot of unnecessary waiting. In summary, while my experience with Dr. Eleanor and the nursing team was fantastic, the inefficiency and communication lapse at the reception were frustrating. I believe minor adjustments in the reception area could greatly enhance the patient experience. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Eleanor for her excellent care, but I hope the clinic improves its reception processes for future visits.

Negative experience: Please avoid at any cost, have been a patient of Park view for years -had no issues . Decided to come to this branch and never seen such unprofessional behaviour from doctors and staff. It's been my first and last time here, very disappointed after wasting my time in traffic. Dr Martin Lee, please avoid at any cost! I have raised a formal complaint and will follow up with the management.

Negative experience: To visit the hospital from 30kms away while not completely well just because the doctor has barely any appointments and then to be turned back from the door for being 15 min late is simply rude and disrespectful. This is despite begging the nurse that I have come from so far and to have consideration for the traffic as well! What about the time when the same doctor made me wait for over 30minutes We visit a doctor to be treated with care but this behavior was simply inhumane. No matter how good your health professional might be, the attitude is most important! I will never see this doctor again as i lost trust that she will be there through the medical journey to offer timely support.

Fantastic experience: Second visit and will come back again and again. The front desk lady is always so polite and helpful. We bring our 1 & 3y old kids to see Paediatrician Dr Eleanor through recommendation and she is wonderful. Explains clearly and always so gentle with the kids. My daughter had her vaccination done with Nurse Lara and Marc and had 2 other nurses cheering her in the room during and after to distract her from crying. It’s so wonderful to have such a caring team. My husband also visited GP Dr Jaimie Abdennadher and had a pleasant consult with him as he explained well on the procedures etc.. Clinic is super clean and had a mini play section for the kids (should have a little more toys). Collection of meds was straight forward as well. WhatsApp chat with the agent on booking the appointment was super easy and the app shows you all the doctors availability at their locations. Amazing! Overall we are really happy to have found a clinic to go.

Negative experience: The worst service ever!!!! The admin and nurses there are not following up on the cases, I had my consultation from the doctor in 8th March (13 days ago) and the doctor requested blood tests. The medical nurses took many days for medical insurance approval and my insurance does not require approval for the normal CBC test. Even when the insurance provided approval, the nurses dont call me back, they dont update me with the status of my request with insurance and they are not trained enough to get the approval for the patient and to explain the medical need for the insurance. I have done the medical test on 18 th March (3days ago), the blood result were ready by the lab on the same day at night, until now no one called me to inform me about it and I had to keep making calls and go there physically to keep following up on my case. The doctors are so professional and the medical service from their side is amazing, however the process and management of nurses, admins and the clinic it self is a disaster, I have requested a call from the clinic manager, and I received nothing!!!! This is the last time I will visit this branch!!!! It’s weird that we see this level of low service performance and response in Dubai specially with the high medical service standards and the strong competition between the medical service providers.

I usually have a hard time with needles because my veins are so small, and it’s always painful even with a baby needle. But today, Nurse Ms Lara made it so easy and smooth that I didn’t even feel the needle! Her care and skill were truly magical.

Negative experience: Noura is the worst person to have in health care, she ws rude and insulting, she doesn't even know how to do her job, and she even mixed a file with mine, never again this clinc, rhe Hr needs to put more efforts on hiring for the front liners, when we are sick we don t have to handle such person

Negative experience: I had an appointement with Dr Ihab Hijazi I came all the way from Downtown and managed to take a break from work. I was 10m late as parking was not easy to find. When i reached i have been told by the front Desk in very that Dr went for lunch. He coudnt wait for few minutes what a shame The front Desk guy was so cold. No sorry no alternatively solution nothing I Will never come. Back to this place We are in Dubai on 2024 what a shame
