Negative experience: I've just received an SMS asking me to click on a link to confirm some appointments. The link requests my registered telephone number so am OTP can be sent to me. The OTP hasn't arrived so I've clicked on 'resend' and message pops up saying that it's been resent. Still nothing has arrived. This new system isn't working.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Aagje Bais for 7 years and she is absolutely the best gynecologist in Dubai. She graduated from Holland’s #1 medical school and worked at a top tier cancer center. Credentials like these are hard to find here and I fully trust the advice she has given me over the years. Lastly, she is also a wonderful human being: friendly, funny, and exceptionally empathetic.

Fantastic experience: Though on the smaller scale in terms of size, this is a lovely little clinic and (most of) the nurses and doctors are super friendly and great with kids! Be sure to ask for some crayons and a coloring book for them

Negative experience: Mediclinic Arabian Ranches are not contactable on the phone at any time. Called central 800 number to arrange an urgent appointment with my Doctor at Arabian Ranches. I called FOUR times over the course of a week and was told Mediclinic Arabian Ranches would call me back. They didn't. Also when calling the clinic direct (on two different numbers given to me by the central team) no-one picked up the phone. There is obviously some kind of resourcing issue here.

Negative experience: The appointment with the doctor went well but the admin work did not follow. The ERX number was missing on my prescription but what really bothers me is that I am waiting for 8 days for the results of my analysis that should have taken 3-4 days. I called on Thursday, the reception promised a call back, never had one. Same today twice. This is really not professional and respectful and I still don't know when I will get my results. Update 08/10/2024: I received the analysis that were ready since the 30/09/2024...

When a timeslot does become available through the app, you have to react in a split second or it's gone. Just like trying to buy a concert ticket for a popular artist. I call her the Taylor Swift of the Mediclinic!

She takes the time to listen and address all our concerns, making both parents and kids feel at ease. My children absolutely adore her, and it's clear she has a special way with kids. I highly recommend Dr. Bester to any parent looking for a caring and knowledgeable pediatrician!

Negative experience: 0 stars!!! One of the worst mornings for me and 0 compassion from the Mediclinic and he Dr.. Came today for an appointment to Dr Bais, 20 min late due to enourmous traffic around and at the entrance of Arabian Ranches. On a normal day i live 15 min drive from it in Mudon. Left my house 30 min earlier. It took me 50 minutes to get there, in a complete stress trying my car not to get bumped by 100 of cars, overstressed that im very late. Once i reached i apologized for being late, never seen such traffic there, on what the team just said that Dr refuse to accept you as other patients already there. Which might be fair to other patients indeed, however they should have asked me at least what did i come for. All i needed is a refferal paper to another doctor, im sure it would take 5 minutes of doctors time to listen and to write it down. There is nothing more frustrating, after a stressful ride, to get the door shut in front of your face with zero compassion on the situation. Sadly its not the first time with mediclinic, no one followed up on my test results, no one followed up on my physio appointment. Frankly no one ever cares there. My husband gave up on Mediclinic a while ago, im afraid me too now. I would never come back and especially to this Dr.

Dr Bais, was incredibly kind, informative and enthusiastic and altogether made me feel extremely comfortable, explaining everything to me. She is the best Doctor I have ever been to and understood my anxiety. I want to thank her for making me feel so comfortable and being a thorough Doctor, who takes their time and puts the patients best interest at heart. I truly cannot thank you enough. Fantastic experience: Five star for Doctor Nila Alam . An absolutely brilliant gp. Listens to all your issues and explains everything in detail. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The best gp I have come across in last 10 years. I am editing my review to add that physiotherapist Liezel Wicker is the best physiotherapist you can ever get. Never come across such a professional and expert in UAE (and other countries too). I took my wife tonher, she quickly picks the root cause and make you pain free within days. Absolute pleasure and extremely grateful for her hard work and care.

Negative experience: Waiting more than 40 minutes, no clients, just forgot us 2x Very unfortunate system. No one cares.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience at Arabian Ranches. I have been coming for my b12 injections regularly but it often happens there is no coordination between the front office staff and the nursing station. I ended up waiting 30 min as they forgot to communicate. Really a pathetic experience and I hope to move out of Mediclinic as they aren't empathetic towards their patients and I feel they think they are doing a favour for their patients / customers.

Negative experience: Giving them a 1 star for the worst customer service - Their front office team is unresponsive, uncaring, not taking any responsibility. They don’t take insurance approvals on time, don’t inform the patients, never pick up their landlines. Extremely frustrating and painful experience dealing with the front office. Undermines all the good doctors and therapist they have at this centre. I hope some1 at Mediclinic reads this and take corrective action. Pls walk upto the clinic, avoid wasting time in calling them OR call the central Mediclinic line.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Rima on several occasions who provided me with fantastic and efficacious treatment for a skin condition that has plagued me for decades. The nurses too were always so friendly and very efficient. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Dr Nico de Klerk at Mediclinic Ranches is the best GP in Dubai. He is always friendly, fully understands the real problems, and provides very effective solutions.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable! Superb experience and could not recommend them enough. Between the reception staff who always greet you with a smile and are super efficient. To the nurses who are incredibly helpful. Doctor Baise is superb!

From the moment we arrived, the head nurse and the pediatric doctor were incredibly attentive, providing immediate care that was both professional and compassionate. The team's crisis management skills were evident as they quickly arranged for an ambulance and ensured that we received the appropriate care in the ER. But what truly set this experience apart was the human touch they provided during such a stressful time. The head nurse was a pillar of strength, offering comfort and reassurance to our whole family, making a frightening situation much more bearable. The pediatrician went above and beyond by accompanying us to the ER, providing extra support and ensuring continuity of care. This level of dedication and empathy is rare and speaks volumes about the quality of care and the values upheld by the clinic. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. Their exceptional blend of professionalism, crisis management, and genuine compassion made a significant difference in our experience. The staff, especially the head nurse (Edel Alzubi) and the pediatric doctor( Dr.Reinette Bester), truly stand out for their commitment to not just treating patients, but caring for people.

You feel safe knowing what is going on. I highly recommend Dr. AAGJE BAIS for women who have so many questions about their health.

Negative experience: We just had consultation with Dr Zoukhra Ibramigova GP. The worst GP I’ve ever experienced in Dubai. Did not give any opportunity to ask certain questions after checking the children. She just prepared the prescriptions and showed us the door. Overpriced consultation charges for third class services. Shameful of Mediclinic to recruit such poor GPs and overcharge the clients.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility, helpful clinic staff and nurses. My doctor, Dr. Mesrure is thorough and always took the time to educate and present all options for treatment.

Negative experience: No doctor available at 6 pm Staff suggested to drive another place !

Negative experience: I have a worse experience there. I have been there on 17th November and the Doctor advised us some blood tests. The insurance asked for a report from the Doctor and ten days passed and we are still waiting for the reply. If you go there every one at the reception will push you to go to the other person and in the end it will be no outcome.

Negative experience: Rude approach from receptionists, when you arrive don't expect greetings or something like "how can I help you". They just keep looking in computers, pretending they don't see you. Registration took long since she kept telling me she can't find file of my daughter. Fair enough, I understand, it can take time. But be nice and friendly. Maybe apologize once, I'm waiting there with 2yrs old restless kid and administrator name May face looks annoyed. It's not my fault your system is not updated! Asking again and again if I changed phone number (10 years in Dubai I still have same). After whole process of registration, she didn't say anything like "sorry for waiting" nor where to go to see the doctor, my first time there. Pediatrician doctor very nice, professional. But I can't recommend this branch at all because of these "welcoming" staff. Never had such a bad first impression in Dubai medical places like this.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Aagie Bais for the past 6 months. She has been so kind and caring and has helped me enormously deal with symptoms of peri menopause. She listens carefully and works together with you as the patient to get the best outcome. She takes a deep dive and holistic approach before developing a treatment plan. Honestly, she has changed the quality of my life dramatically with her HRT plan for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Negative experience: We’ve been coming here for awhile but have noticed that waiting periods are increasing by around 5-10 minutes each time. Despite the nurse being apologetic, the administration lack the ability to communicate effectively. We are now 57 minutes past our booking time. A paediatrician visit generally means young children. It is an exceptionally long time to wait with a 2 ear old, or any child to that matter. Service standards have dipped for Mediclinic.luckily the doctor herself was fairly decent. Total waiting time = 62 mins post-appointment Doctor rating = 4/5 stars To top it off, they tried to charge me AED69,000 for the vaccines, lab test & consultation. Luckily my bank don’t see my salary as high enough to give my credit card that high a limit.

Positive experience: My first and hopefully last time at this clinic. Doctor Crystal and the nurse were wonderful- efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. But the front desk is a waste of time. First I waited 10min for registration to start, even though the two people at billing were not helping anyone. The registration lady seemed to have challenges with the person after me and my insurance. I had to scramble to call my broker even though my provider was approved. This did not come up once at the Dubai Mall location a couple weeks ago. The clerk here just didn’t do a thorough check on first glance. So average 7-10min per visitor. I also watched her have an issue with the person after me. It was frustrating.
