From the receptionist to Nurse Remia, who performed my Meso, to Dr. Yaser’s assistant Kristine and the other staff members I couldn’t remember their names, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Positive experience: Honestly, the doctors are doing a great job. However, I’m very frustrated with the reception staff. Every time I book an appointment for a specific day and time, they confirm it, but then call me later to change it to another time on the same day. For example, I once booked an appointment for a spefic day at 12:30. After leaving, they called me and asked if I could come at 3:00 instead. I agreed. But then, on the day of the appointment, they called me around 12:45 asking why I hadn’t shown up for the original 12:30 slot. This has happened to me more than three times, and it’s very frustrating. It seems like there’s a serious lack of organization and communication at the reception. It makes the whole experience stressful, despite the excellent care from the doctors.

Negative experience: أسوأ تجربه في عيادات اسيش بسبب خطأ طبي .حيث عانيت سنه كامله وخسرت نقودي وعدم اعتراف الطبيبي بخطؤه الفادح وبعدها اضططرت لخلع السن والان احتاج زراعه بسبب تأكل العظم بسبب الالتهاب المزمن في السن تبدأ التكلفه من 6000 درهم.وايضا ابنتي وزوجي اضطرا لخلع السن بسبب غلطة نفس الطبيب. The worst experience Ihave ever had with this clinic . I have lost my tooth after a one year suffering .The dentist has never admitted his malpractice. The treatment will cost me over 6000 dirhams. Also my husband and daughter have extracted their teeth because of the malpractice of the same dentist.

This makes the treatment more effective and the friendliness of the staff and doctors is really commendable and appreciable.
