Negative experience: Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the organization. The administrator scheduled two clients at the same time with the same specialist. As a result, I was politely asked to wait over 30 minutes — with a smile, but no real solution. Why not check the schedule in advance, at least a day before the appointment, and manage the timing properly? I lost an hour, had to cancel work and rearrange my plans — just to hear: “Sorry, I don’t know how to schedule clients properly.” This felt careless and disrespectful of the client’s time. No alternatives were offered, no effort made to resolve the situation. Very disappointing. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the booking process.

She went above and beyond to create the most beautiful set of veneers that suit my face and mouth structure. She literally treated me as if I was family. Negative experience: Too many stars are miss leading, pls be careful..  based on my experience and long-term relation at this dental clinic, I would like to send out a warning to anyone considering their services, if you value your teeth health, mental health and financial health, then avoid this place.. In my opinion, they should not be allowed to practice.. very commercial clinic, they damaged my all teeth and no one able to fix or touch it due to high sensitivity caused by them . The first thing any doctor will think is pain relief or pain management, then treatment, but they grab the patient and start halfway so you don't go to anyone else.. to add on this, they charge you higher under the title ( its discounted for you).. so you land up paying twice for the same service ..

Having lined up a few consultations, with Montreal International Clinic being the first - I sought to get a full set of veneers and as always, source the best options to do so. It was this initial consultation with Dr Eman where that search had ended. The confidence in her approach and the honesty that followed when providing an alternative solution to enhance my smile, instantly made me put my trust in her plan. As someone who had a “fanged” look I did not want to lose the complete aesthetic of my teeth if necessary and I’m happy to say that with a far more minimal approach, she achieved what I thought was unthinkable. Negative experience: Negative experience (veneers) Doctor was very gentle and convincing during appointment and tough and careless during treatment - I suffered a lot I highlighted importance of natural look - my smile looks too white and fake I asked not to grind too much of my teeth - they were ground a lot, even when veneers could not fit at some points my own teeth were ground more to fit (!) I asked about sensitivity and I was told it would last 2 weeks - after 4 month Im unable to eat nuts, fresh carrot, use tooth floss, because its too sensitive and actually painful After one year I still have high sensitivity and bleeding gums while brushing teeth discomfort while using a tooth floss is still there too Think twice UPDATE 2024 Consequences of the above visit from 7 yrs ago: Thick and long upper veneers damaged my lower teeth -> bite became incorrect -> jaw dislocated slightly to the left -> clicking in left joint and locking of right joint -> TMJ disorder I went to many doctors who confirmed the above, I've kept diagnoses I'm in for long and very expensive treatment now, splint, braces / veneers, I have to redo upper veneers entirely and add lower veneers I wish I never went to that clinic, easily worst mistake I've done in my life

Fantastic experience: I am 64, male US citizen suffering from acute and chronic Rotator cuff tear for the past 2 years had went through multiple steroid shots on both shoulders and had to go through arthroscopic tear repair. My pain was 10/10 with throbbing. For that reason I stopped driving and depended on pain medicines around the clock. We came to know about PRP treatment by Dr Ashraf in Montreal clinic in Dubai. All procedures were Completed , and now my pain level is zero, and I am getting my Range of Motion back slowly. The care and the reassurance that I have received from him is commendable. I would recommend this procedure to anyone without any second thought.

Negative experience: I don't normally write reviews good or bad, but I am hoping I can stop someone suffering financially and health wise by relating my recent experience. One star is way too many stars for this place. Based on my recent experience at this dental clinic I would like to send out a warning to anyone considering their services, if you value your teeth, health, mental health and financial health, then avoid this place. In my own opinion they should not be allowed to practice. Unfortunately I was lured in by the 'special offer' on veneers, the friendly sales pitch of the initial consultation, along with the treatment plan offered. This was my mistake, which cost me over 27K to end up with a non-functional painful bite, due to poorly crafted bridges, sensitivity, pain when eating and really thick veneers. The veneer fitting was very rushed, even though I was in the clinic for almost 5 hours, this was due to the fact the dentists time was shared between me and another patient, at one stage I got up from the chair to complain, but that didn't help, was virtually forced to sign a scrap of paper saying I was happy with my new smile, I was still in the chair and hadn't even rinsed. Any outstanding financial balance must be settled before you leave. After the 3rd visit I tried to explain the problems I was experiencing, but it seemed she was unable to or not experienced enough to correct the issues, so I informed them that I would not be returning and will be seeking advice from another clinic, there was no follow up asking why etc. very bad customer service. I have since consulted with 3 independent dentist who all seem to mention similar problems and offered similar corrective treatment plans. Bridges too big and poor misaligned fitting, over prepared teeth with excessively contoured margins to accept veneers (explaining thick veneers). Badly prepared and fitting of veneers, excessive cement in margins with no ability to floss..... could keep on going, but the bottom line is I now have to spend a substantial amount of money to correct this disaster and extra work which should of been proposed in the initial treatment plan. I could say I experienced most of the issued highlighted in all the other negative reviews here, they obviously don't listen and don't wish to improve. Please avoid this clinic at all costs, do your research, do not fall for cheap offers, they have sponsored google listings for a reason. My name is Gary, I am sure there has not been many patients with that name in the last 4 weeks, so it should be relatively easy to find my file.

Negative experience: This place doesn’t deserve to have any star in my opinion. I will give my brief experience in order to safe other patience time and teeth.. My first consultation with doctor Eman was great, she was very friendly and seems to be professional and nice person. I felt very comfortable with her so I decided to do my tooth implant and veneers. During procedure I understood that they simply don’t have enough knowledge and medical equipment which is needed to do good veneers. She was about to place them on top of my teeth which had caries and required urgent care. I came couple of times to check veneers but they were done incorrectly and didn’t feet my teeth, front teeth were different size. When I said to doc.Eman that I am not happy with this work and that my teeth are in pain and very sensitive , she turn to be completely different person. She start to tell me that I have no taste and this veneers are good, that i have depression and life is not about teeth. I was completely in shock how unprofessionally, absolutely without any boundaries she talked to her patient . But put emotions aside, she places for me temporally teeth, which never hold longer than 2 days, I had to keep coming back to the clinic to replace them, which again she was reassuring me that it’s normal to take Ibuprofen for weeks and to have constant teeth pain. After trying veneers for the third time I realized that it will never going to work, as it’s simply looked beyond fake and again not shape, not size, not even color I request. I left and went to another clinic, where they were shocked of all the damaged she made for my teeth, not to mention that implant she insert is misplaced. . Plus they refuse to provide me with my payment Receipt, I had to call them and message for 3 weeks in order to get it finally. It turn to be they charged me for services I have never received and when I asked them to give my money back for the services I haven’t done , they simply refuse and also threatened that if I write a bad comment on google it will be against UAE law. So I am writing absolutely true comment with all the scans, payments done from my side, payments taken from their side for services I didn’t do, scans of wrongly places implant, scans of teeth which required care before placing veneers, all my visits to the clinic, and all whatapp messages to prove my honesty and all damaged they did for me. Plus of course pictures of veneers which I even shy to share here for people not to laugh. I hope it will safe someone teeth, time and money.

Negative experience: Such a waste of time and money. I would not even rate it as 1 star but I have no option so I could post this. To be very honest, this clinic is super materialistic. I have done veneers two times (of course charged two times) with Dr. Eman as I was not happy with the result on my first time, because I felt my full smile was odd and my veneers were sticking out, I went back to her and told her how I felt and how I truly wasn’t happy about my smile. She of course blamed me and said that I asked her not to remove layers of my original teeth. The second time I did them I really didn’t feel comfortable as she was working with bad mood and very fast that my veneers are not on one level up till now. Also, I was told by the clinic that veneers are lifetime warranty if they would fall as one piece and not break, however, it is NOT true. 2 veneers fell and they want to charge me for gluing them. Sadly, very unprofessional and not honest with patients. I strongly do not recommend this clinic for anyone. Worst experience I ever had.

I've lived with uneven teeth my whole life and I thought it was going to be a huge job to make them look nice. Negative experience: Avoid Avoid their Laser hair removal treatment The staff is nice - place is easily accessible - and very clean However they have two laser hair removal machines - i have been a client for 6 months ( 6 sessions ) mostly treated by their old machine Now the outcome : Hair growth is worse than when i started !!! When i asked them : They claim i need more sessions but i lost my trust as the results are just disappointing & they offer me a higher price/session for the next three sessions … unless i book 6 …. Useless

Negative experience: Not worth to try, its just a waste of money. I tried CO2 fractional laser for face & back though its a way cheaper than any clinic in the same area however you'll just throw your money.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dentist that provided a quality veneer service for my wife. I did my research and decided on the Montreal International clinic. Why this clinic over others? The quality of the veneers used and the expertise of the highly qualified dentist. My wife had the consultation and x-ray and decided there and then to proceed after looking at various options and prior patients results. Fully transparent pricing and we were given the full cost of treatment prior to making a decision. The work is outstanding, she got a first class Hollywood smile after only 2 visits each about 90 minutes long. She said it was relatively painless but she is tougher than me. The staff are friendly and highly professional. Cannot recommend enough. Happy wife, happy life!

Fantastic experience: I did my 3 implants 5months ago and everything went smoothly. Now I am enjoying my new teeth, I am free to eat anything I want.The doctor is very nice and and suggested only what was needed. It took me 3 visits to finish the treatment this is because the dentist has my full trust and confidence that she knows best. Some other clinics tell you to do this or that just to add to your bill. In Montreal International Clinic they will only do what you need nothing more nothing less. I like the staff all friendly and helpful. So I recommend this clinic if you want value for your money.

Negative experience: Not recommended for Dental Implants or Cosmetic Dentistry, I had very bad experience with them creating 2 frontal Crowns + 2 Veneers + 1 frontal implant. The 2 crowns are two different colors !!, also wrong implant positioning out of contour causing a back ceramic bulge in the crown built on the implant allowed my tong hitting it in every letter I pronounce and affects phonetics and very bothering even after changing the crown. I had to attend too many visits around 17 visits, plus frequent headaches due to nerve under pressure. Completely NOT professional. I had to find a different doctor. It will be your life mistake because removing wrong implant after 6 months hardened in the bone will cost you a lot of pain and bone.

Negative experience: Terrible place, worst ever I just lost my money, my veneers looks terrible, I’m traumatized by the clinic they did horrible thing to me I had to remove all my veneers and do again in another clinic because, the smaller they gave me was fake and very poor quality. They destroyed my confidence.

Fantastic experience: This review is a little delayed as my braces have been removed for almost a year now. I am still really happy with the outcome. I had ceramic braces on both the upper and lower teeth. My doctor was Dr. Said. I never had any major problems with my braces, and when I did have a slight discomfort, Dr. Said would fix it in a very short timeframe. He was really patient, quick and always explained the procedure in detail. I was never in pain during any check up or placement/removal of braces. The reception and assistant team is lovely and always welcoming. I would, will and did recommend this clinic to my friends.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to Montreal for many years now.. they have been amazing at laser treatments and after having tried 3 other clinics in Dubai this was the only one that worked best with my skin. Friendly and gentle technicians.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted by the way I have been treated by this clinic. Having been a loyal client for over 2 years, they are refusing to correct botox that did not work - even with photo proof and have told me to go and see the Doctor in another clinic. I have had to call several times to follow up and despite notifying them when it didn't work, they are taking no liability. Horrendous experience and complete waste of money. Such a shame the management are so appalling.

Negative experience: One of the worst after procedure services I have ever witnessed. The promise to call and never call back. The quality of the product used in the procedure is very poor. And they kept me waiting for 3 months to follow up on q prceedure then they disappeared. I would never recommend them to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is super kind and the service is wonderful! I did six sessions of laser (came two times with 4 weeks in between). I saw the result already on the second week after going the first time. The laser therapist made me feel comfortable and always made sure that I felt good during the session.

Fantastic experience: I came in expecting to get a full set of veneers but after consulting with Dr. Eman she guided me to take a better approach that would be much healthier for my teeth as well As cost affective.
