Negative experience: I visited Citicare Clinic yesterday and was very disappointed with the service. The receptionist, Nithish, was extremely rude and dismissive — as if he was doing us a favor instead of doing his job. When I asked a simple question, I was ignored with no response. I received only a paracetamol infusion, normal saline, and nebulisation — but later noticed that insurance approval was taken for many other injections also that I never received. When I asked about this, again, no explanation was given. This kind of behavior and lack of transparency is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I hope the management looks into this and takes it seriously. Patients deserve respect and clarity

Negative experience: Never go to doctor Aisha, she treated me for my leg injury she couldn’t see I had a tendon cut later after 1 month I had to undergo surgery because she couldn’t recognise the problem. I am facing a lot of pain because of her.

Fantastic experience: I visited Citicare Medical Center for my wellnessp health checked up 3 months ago and I observed that their facilities are well maintained. Employees are polite especially the nurse that assisted me ( I forgot to ask her name) has a gentle touch that hardly feel any pain.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the care and attention provided during my visit ( a couple of times). The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the staff were courteous. However, there was a longer-than-expected wait time regarding the approval of my insurance. It would be helpful if delays were communicated in advance. Overall, I value the professionalism of the doctor Farhan, the receptionist, the nurse and the quality of care received. I would rate five stars out of five for the doctor Farhan for explaining patiently.

Positive experience: Mr Nidhish was very helpful and assisted me and guided me for the whole process I get to see Dr Aisha as i was on walk in basis , she seemed knowledgeable and listened to my health complaints very patiently and wrote a prescription which provided extreme relief over all total professionalism was portrayed

Negative experience: I visited City Care Medical Center around midnight and was very disappointed with the night shift staff. The Pakistani male nurse was completely unprofessional—he was focused on his phone the whole time, didn’t greet me, didn’t explain anything, and just handed me the blood pressure machine without saying a word. When taking my temperature, he tried to put the device in my ear without any warning or communication. I had to tell him that this is not how a patient should be treated. The receptionist was also busy on his phone and barely paid attention. No proper welcome or assistance. This is very different from the daytime staff, who are respectful and professional. The night doctor even asked me if I wanted a sick leave before listening to my symptoms, which is not acceptable. Overall, the night staff need serious training in communication and patient

Negative experience: The worst clinic I have ever seen in my life. It's so dirty. For blood collection they took me to a patient room that looked like a storage, full of dust. And the bed they made me sit on was dirty with blood stains and smelling like vomit. Also, nurses have no idea what to do and how to communicate in English. They do not have basic tools needed in a clinic, for example they use very old blood pressure reader machine used manually. It's unacceptable, they should not be allowed to treat any patients!!!!

Negative experience: I took my child in the evening , i entered the doc room it was full of cigarette smell , plus i guess he us not a doctor , he diesnt even look a doc , he gave even wrong medicines with wrong doses even profein for the fever he 3.5 ml for a child who is 10 years old ...,

Fantastic experience: My 8 months daughter has namonia because of neglegence of other pediatrition Dr nofil danish from other clinic. And she was very serious and I visit this clinic and I met to Dr enomen was very help full and fully loaded with knowledge and experience and very cooperative and good human he even stay after his duty to complete the treatment of my daughter. Negative experience: I had a high fever and went to City Care Medical Center, Arjan, without insurance. Despite being too weak to talk or stand, they were more focused on payment, charging me 1200 AED for just a consultation and blood test. They prescribed a lot of medication before even seeing my test results. Later, I visited another clinic in Sharjah and was diagnosed with dengue fever, which City Care completely missed. Very poor service and lack of proper care.

Fantastic experience: I dont trust hospitals and i try my best not to go but this time dr Enomen and Thomas from reception changed my mind they are very careful to the smallest details also they treated me in a hood way that k forgot about my hospital’s anxiety

He was explaining the procedures while the treatment going on. He makes sure that I am comfortable with each procedures.I am highly satisfied. Prices are reasonable. The clinic was very clean.The receptionists were very pleasing.
