Negative experience: My experience started positively. The staff managed to schedule a same day appointment for me and prescribe my antibiotics course. However, when I picked up the prescription from the pharmacy I was only able to receive 40 days of tablets (60 day course originally) when it was meant to be a longer period. I called the Clinic 3 times and wrote one urgent email to them. They ignored the email that I sent them. When I called called them they told me they’ll call me back about the prescription , but they did not. I had to chase many times x I told them I am travelling and it is extremely urgent, unfortunately now I travelled to a new country without my antibiotics. I had to go through private healthcare in the new country and had a relapse of my condition due to a stopped course of antibiotics , I had a flare up and this is because they chose to ignore me. I have to say I am quite disappointed and it caused new a lot of distress. This is a warning before you choose to book with them.

Fantastic experience: So far having a very good pregnancy experience at Mediclinic Meadows. Dr Swanepoel is simply the best and will always be grateful for her thoroughness and personal attention. All the staff have professional and friendly

Negative experience: I was charged AED 450 for a 1.5 minute ‘visit’ just to get a due approval for a blood test !! Then I will have to go back and pay for the said blood test. Hopefully they will not charge again AED 450 to receive the results during another 1.5 minute ‘visit’ (cannot say consultation as it’s not at all a consultation- only quick visit to get more money from clients and insurance)

Positive experience: I've been going to Dr Sweta at this branch for a while. Happy with my experiences so far, the app works well never had any issues with appointments, and the staff are polite, courteous and professional.

Fantastic experience: Easy access and parking. Appointments on time with no delays. Best doctors to visit would be Dr Sweta Das for Derma and Dr Sarah the dentist. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I visitied the meadows branch over a month ago and I thought its time I leave a review of my experience. The front desk staff checked me in and told me to wait at the nurse station for my appointment. After half an hour of waiting past my appointment time, I went back up to check and they had forgotten to register me so I wasted 30mins waiting for no reason. I had a consult with Dr. Maisam and the consultation was good, she did a bunch of tests and told me she will get back to me in 2 days with the results. Its now been over a month and she has still not called or discussed my reports with me even after calling the clinic 3 times and emailing her multiple times yet no reply. The clinic finally ended up emailing my results but no one till now has had the courtesy to explain it to me. Then I did an X-ray and after being done with it and getting dressed to leave the staff member tells me he forgot to X-ray a different angle so I had to get back in the gown and go back in. Extremely disappointing experience overall from the staff members and also Dr. Maisam for neglecting patient care. I would not recommend this branch, unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sweta is amazing! She listens carefully, explains every step, and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. My skin has improved significantly under her care. Couldn’t be happier!

Negative experience: What’s the point of giving me an appointment time if every visit I have to wait 30 minutes later than the agreed time

Negative experience: Visited this clinic for a simple couple of tests. They did not revert with the results until I called, and they forgot to do one of the test ! Completely unacceptable experience!

Fantastic experience: I got my vaccine today from nurse Michael — he was amazing! Super quick, professional, and honestly, I barely felt a thing. Would especially recommend him for kids — he has such a calm and gentle approach. Total star!

After two years of being dismissed and receiving incorrect treatments from four different doctors, Dr. Maria was the one who finally identified what was wrong. She is incredibly skilled and dedicated to her patients. If you're looking for a great OBGYN, look no further—she is the absolute best. Thank you, Dr. Maria! ✨

Fantastic experience: Catherine- staff nurse in meadows mediclinic was amazing, she guided me through the steps to make my consultation with Dr. Shweta smooth and easy. I will strongly recommend Dr. Swetha -dermatologist in meadows mediclinic. She gives the practical advises and takes extra care to make sure you get the right treatment.

Negative experience: Not a good service at this location. Very bad experience from GP doctors there (male and female) First I went for a check up with some symptoms. Doctor ordered the labs on the system without any clinical check up at all; then the cashier tried to sell me the health package, and went back to the doctor so she could order it; the insurance did not approve. I had to call myself and I find out if I could proceed with the lab test cause no-one called me. Then I went fasting to get the labs done, 3 nurses had to prick me in order to find the vein. Exactly 15 days passed, and Doctor never bother to call me, not email, no text, with the results from the blood test and an ECG that was also done that day. I decided to go to mediclinic batuta to get my results instead since the service at meadows was not thorough. At least in batuta I know a good GP. Well the ECG done in meadows was not in the system they have no clue what happened, so she ordered another one in batuta and was done on the moment and I got all results as well as recommendations. My other experience was also this January with the other GP on a Sunday morning I went in with possibly a fracture hand from a fall. He only looked at my face, never at my hand, and said there is no XRAY today or tomorrow you may want to go the Parkview. I asked is there another closer location ? He said batuta just go there. There was no sympathy no kindness no sense of helping. I showed up to mediclinic Batuta with no appointment; and all doctors were fully booked, however they were very helpful and a doctor ordered the xray for me even though it was not his specialty. Doctor at meadows could have ordered the xray on the system so when I went to batuta I could have gone straight to the xray, but since there is no intention to help he just quickly got rid of me. Honestly, even though is my closest location I have no desire to come back.

Negative experience: I have had two less-than-satisfactory experiences with the pediatrics department. While the nursing staff was generally attentive and professional, my interaction with the doctor regarding my child’s care was disappointing. The doctor appeared impatient and dismissive when I sought to clarify and better understand the optional vaccine she recommended, leaving me feeling unheard and concerned about the overall communication and approach to patient care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Siddique is such a wonderful ENT specialist. We are so grateful to him. He takes interest in his patients and cares so much for their wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Dr Siddiqui provides excellent services. His diagnosis are correct and to the point. I highly recommend everyone to get treated by Dr Siddiqui for any ENT issues.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sweta Das at n my skin condition. She is first doctor who suggested the accurate line of treatment. We started with microneedling and it has given me absolutely amazing results. Dr. Sweta does everything with an absolute precision. Catherine, her nurse has been amazing with the preparations & after care. I would certainly recommend this to all who are looking to do something for their skin with the age. Thanks

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with mediclinic considering this is such an old existing location. There is a huge gap in communication and awareness about services/ tests available at the clinic. Everyone seems to be on a different page, met the dermatologist who informed us we need to go to The PArkview hospital for Allergy tests and an immunologist for skin patch test, whereas the reception informs us allergy tests are done at the clinic itself with no idea on skin patch test, and creating the confusion they did, while we are trying to understand, the lady at the cashier( head covered)keeps looking at us and constantly giggling disrespectful to say the least. I suggest the staff uses extra time on hand to learn basic courtesy and be aware of tests offered by the clinic than create confusions and giggle away at confused patients. Disappointing to say the least!

Negative experience: Nice courteous nurse. Algie was great and gentle taking blood. However service is terrible. Blood tests taken 4 days ago haven't been uploaded into the portal, no contact from doctor at all after all samples provided. Phone lines go unanswered. Recommend going elsewhere.

What I really like about Dr. Sweta is how she goes above and beyond to cater to her patients' needs. She takes all the time to understand the concern and to conduct a proper diagnosis. I highly recommend Doctor Sweta. You don't find such doctors easily in Dubai.

Negative experience: I’ve just been charged almost 600 aed for a consultation in which nothing happened. The dermatologist I was assigned to, did not bother to check my skin, the visit seemed a very bad joke where no one laughed except Dr. Sweta as she clearly noticed my allergy to fucicort, my face all red, she literally had no intention to advice on healing the wounds on my body. She told me to go to Dubai hills for nitrogen sauna. No treatment advice and a lot or irony. What was worse, after complaining at the reception for such a scam, and being in the rush as my baby needed me, the manager came and totally ignored the fact I am in a rush or that I should not be kept under sun exposure because of my skin problem. She was literally holdinv me to chit chat under the sun despite my continuous request to let me go. A nightmare.

Negative experience: The most complicated and unpleasant interaction that I have ever had when it comes to hospital visits. If it’s not for the great doctor, I would never ever come back or deal with them. Reception a communication, requests follow up and record handling skills are non-existent… Maybe I just got unlucky with the reception and admin person who was ‘helping’ me out.

The doctors have years of experience and their warm bedside manner reflects their care for their patients. Everyone is extra friendly and gentle with children. The physiotherapy department is great too.

Complete (nurse) team was supportive and friendly during this period and also helped sort out (communication) challenges to ensure all medication arrived on time for daily treatment. Negative experience: Rude reception I had physiotherapy scheduled at 9 AM so I came early to register, there was a lady sat at reception who ignored me knocking (she kept looking at her comp and chating to the lady next to her) and I stood outside their doors for 15 mins till a nurse came running to open the non operational automatic sliding doors

Fantastic experience: Dr. Johannes van Dijk is one of the best GP's in the UAE, caring bedside manner, with unsurpassed knowledge and experience. I can recommend him as an excellent family doctor!

Negative experience: Visited Doctor Tamar Fawzy. ENT specialist. The most impersonal doctor I have ever met. Very transactional, cocky and dismissive. Major attitude. Felt like I wanted to get up and leave half way through the consultation. An extreme let down and a hard NO from me. Side note: it's your job to interact and address people. Learn to speak up. It's your job. Don't know how many times I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying.

Fantastic experience: I went for a broken front tooth and Dr. Khalid Al Jaafari helped me to restore it and gave me plenty of advices ref my teeth foundation and look. Recommend him to everyone. Thank you very much doctor.

Fantastic experience: I came for my appointment and i was welcomed by a lady called asma she was very sweet and friendly and she told me what to do and what steps i should take to complete me procedure regarding my insurance because I left my work and i face some issues regarding insurance but I followed her advice and now i have insurance and complete my following appointment.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars, if possible. We have been waiting for weeks for my husband's biopsy results, and requested them several times. No one has updated us, no one has told us when we can expect results, but they did ask for more payment - twice. We still don't know if my husband has cancer! Avoid at all costs!
