Fantastic experience: Dr. Sneha Parekh (and all the staff):Best dentist ever I'm italian and I lived with my family in many countries in Europe and out of it. I got to this dentist by chance as I just moved to Dubai and my 12 y.o. daughter broke one of her teeth at 7 pm. I felt a warm environement as soon as I entered. Dr. Sneha was ready to go but she came back to the studio and took care of my daughter. I was impressed by everything starting from the staff at the reception and from Dr Sneha, she was so professional, calm, sweet and emphatetic ,making this experience really smooth for my daughter. I'm a dentist fobic person and after meeting Dr Sneha that day I started thinking that maybe I found the right person to take care of my mouth, too. So, she and all the lovely and warm staff, gave me the courage to step that door and start my treatment that lasted 2 whole month..I went there every day and the studio became my second family. After waiting almost 20 years I got a brand new mouth!! I cannot believe I had 7 extractions, filling, crown, whitening, bonding and more..!! My husband also had a wonderful treatment. I will be always grateful to Dr Sneha and all the staff (I don't remember the name of the assistant who was holding my hand every time). Now I moved back to Italy but Dr Sneha will always be my and my family dentist( I don't mind to travel to Dubai for having such a service!). Its so difficult meeting such a special people that really love this job. I want to say thank you thousend times. If you are an anxious patien you really got the right place. If I did it everybody can do it , believe me! Dr Sneha and all the staff..Thank you for helping me so much!

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to be treated by Dr. Akanksha. She is highly professional, delicate and very communicative. Her hand is divine and she knows how to put you at ease and make you relax. At the reception I was supported from Miss Ash and was always kind and very helpful. Fantastic experience: My daughter had problem on her teeth and she is 4 years old. All doctors from other hospitals said that requied to do like a operation with full anesthesia, We went to dentist direct and meet doctor suhel dabawala, he removed her teeth with local anethesia in 15 minutes in very nice and proper way. Fantastic experience: The dentist can be a scary place for most people, myself included but at dentist direct I’ve never felt more comfortable and looked after by people that genuinely care. From the receptionist (Claire) being so accommodating with scheduling as well as showing genuine compassion after the procedure, making sure to check on me a few days later. To my amazing dentist Dr ZUL who was not only highly professional but made me feel comfortable throughout, making me laugh through what should’ve been a very scary procedure. And showing me truly that he’s someone who not only loves his job but truly cares about the person. I also must comment on the nurses who made me feel so comfortable going above and beyond to be more then a nurse, holding my hand through the procedure - although small can make such a difference. The clinic as a whole is a compassionate, caring, highly professional clinic. And I can truly say that there’s not many clinics in Dubai that will show warmth quite like this one. Fantastic experience: I’ve came to Dentist Direct clinic last May and met Dr Raghdah for the first time. She has examined my case carefully and it was concluded, I needed braces. I was 32 years old by then and it was not my first consultation with the orthodontist. I’ve been trying to find doctor that I could connect with since end of university and I was never successful. My first consultation ever, years ago, was in fact traumatic as while explaining what needed to be done, Dr I’ve seen at that time did not care much of how I felt and how information was delivered to me. With Dr. Raghdah and Dentist Direct team experience was smooth and I felt comfortable right away. She is a Doctor you can definitely trust and she has given answers to all my questions and concerns based on my scan. Now, year after, after removing my braces, with corrected bite, I cannot believe this is my smile. I’ve never had a „teeth-showing“ smile on the pictures before, but now I surely will :) Would highly recommend clinic and Dr. Raghdah to those who require an orthodontic treatment. I’ve already referred colleague to her for Invisalign and she is so far very happy too.

Fantastic experience: I went to this clinic for teeth cleaning and also wisdom tooth removal. I highly reccomend Dr. Zul Paliwalla. It is second wisdom tooth which got removed by Dr. Zul and it was very smooth! Injection with anesthesia is done with gentle so you don’t feel any pain from needle and later the removal is just so fine! Recovery perfect! I did not feel any side effects, no pain and it is second time already so it means that this is the way the Dr. Zul is doing the removal. I highly reccomend.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been seeing Dr Sneha for a little while now and she really is excellent. My wife was absolutely petrified of the dentist and hasn’t been for over 30 years due to a previous bad experience in our home country and it really did take her a lot to go to the dentist even for a check up. My son was also very nervous and has ADHD making him extremely anxious too but Dr Sneha goes out of her way and put both at ease; she explains what she is going to do every step of the way; she even told my wife to take her ear pods to listen to if that was going to help! Dentist Direct give you positive advice is any work needs doing but doesn’t push you to have work done that isn’t needed. Would thoroughly recommend without hesitation.

My son Khalid needed to visit a Pedodontist- and my dentist recommended Dr Suhel to me - as soon as I contact him from his home page - (late at night) I receive a reply and our appointment was set up right in the morning. Khalid felt at peace and Dr. Sahel performed his craft in the most caring professional manner - replied to all of Khalid’s queries n concerns. I consulted Dr. Akanksha S twice - once for a simple dental filling and more recently for a complex dental extraction. On both occasions I had the very same experience - treatment with utmost care and caution paying particular attention to the patient's individual requirements, clear post treatment instructions for quick recovery and great follow-up support on queries and recovery. Fantastic experience: Recently visited for a checkup and consultation. As someone who is very apprehensive of dentists, I can comfortably say Dr Sundip Parekh was one of the best dentists I have been to. Instead of telling me what’s wrong with my teeth/gums,, he showed me and explained in detail what’s going on and how it can be prevented so it doesn’t get worse. Fantastic experience: Havent seen a dentist for a very long time and that came with consequences. I came in for a consultation with Dr. Sundip Parekh because i had a very bad tooth ache and he checked everything, it turned out I had multiple cavities and also needed a root canal treatment. It sounded very scary but Dr. Sundip made me feel so relaxed and at ease. He explains everything thoroughly and guides you throughout the process. Positive experience: Sir/Madam, I was satisfied with the dental cleaning service given however my only issue was that I was charged for photos, 2 xray shots and a consultation fee but this was not communicated to me at time of making the appointment and was billed after finding out about it and at the end of the appointment when having to settle the bill. When the booking was made I asked how much and was told Aed 500 but the bill came to Aed 1160. I think better transparency is required when advising clients on the cost for dental treatment. Negative experience: Worst Dentist in Dubai! AVOID!! Do not trust their instagram or anything you are told about this dentist clinic. Ask about all about all their staff…Dr Neil, Dr Sami - all were not paid for months and lost their jobs. Patients treatment not fulfilled with many loosing money and having health issues because of this surgery. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Fantastic experience: *Update* I've unfortunately moved insurance providers and as a result Dentist Direct are not covered with my new company. Having a bit of work done this week has drilled home how much better Dentist Direct are, from facilities, approach & care. *Original* Visited Dentist Direct yesterday. I'm very reticent to go the dentist, but they made me at ease immediately, with the whole team's professional manner. The clinic is the most up-to-date I've seen in seven years in Dubai and Dr. Neil was wonderful. I'm not exactly looking forward to the work I'm about to have done, but happy in their hands!

Fantastic experience: Hello! I started my procedure for invisalign recently with Dr. Sami Samara and I have only positive words to say about it. While other doctors told me before that my case can not be solved with invisalign but with classic braces, he tried his best to find a solution for me, which I really apreciated. After only 1 month I could see already a big difference in my teeth alignment. Dr. Sami is very professional, always answering my never ending questions in detail. I was very concerned about the procedure in the begining but he was there to confort me and assure me everything will work in my favor. Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Neil for cleaning. It was perfectly done and Dr Neil was very patient and clarified any doubts that I had. Parking was very easy as well there is 2 hrs of free parking. The procedure was fast and smooth definitely coming back for my next cleaning session.

The clinic is great and Dr Sundip is such a warm and patient man as well as highly skilled and knowledgeable. It was by far the most enjoyable visit to the dentist I've ever had! I am often a little afraid of the dentist, but everything about my visit left me feeling relaxed and happy. I have never laughed so much and felt so happy in a dentists chair! He always takes extra time to explain everything to you and if you anxious like me he prepares you with warnings before sensitive work begins or gives you frequent breaks during dental cleaning. Fantastic experience: I visited dentist direct on two separate occasions at the start of May 22. The first visit was for a check up and scale / polish, the second for a tooth extraction. I feel compelled to write a positive review about my experience and would highly recommend Dentist Direct and specifically Dr Abdulrahman. I was not looking forward to the treatment following some bad experiences with other dentists over the years however the procedure was straight forward and pain free. The dentist put me at ease and I was pleasantly surprised to how quickly the procedure took and the how quickly my mouth returned to normal... I won't be making a habit of having teeth removed but if I have to have a similar procedure in the future I will be returning to Dentist Direct.
