Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at MED7 Clinic DIP 1. Dr. Shibili (GP) checked my hand pain and guided well then referred me to Dr. Hisham (Orthopedic), who explained everything clearly. I then received physiotherapy from Dr. Anju, who was very kind and supportive, making me feel comfortable during every session. Her care truly helped me improve. And the best thing all off them are are very good listeners.

Negative experience: I wanted to bring to your attention the poor reception service I've experienced 5.30 pm 27/03/25/. Despite multiple attempts, dr on time refer me specialist. Same time I came back to the reception nd sign same time. All my mistake I am sitting not asking again nd again after 30 mins when I asked me Sumit’s to whom I contacted first nd Tht time she said she sent for approval 5.40pm Thn when I came back 6.10pm Abhiram said it’s still pending I asked did you sent for approval or not Thn he replied now doing only, 6.20pm he processed nd approved in 6.30pm. Same time he said anyways your insurance will take 1 hour for approval fair enough, but my insurance approved in 10 mins. You can check all your records on this. Pathetic service at reception. Negligence on there part make me wait extra 1 hour 30 mins. Thanks

Positive experience: Going to this Clinic is always great as the receptionists are accommodating and fast to arrange an appointment with the GP. Medical Staff are also nice. Unlike other clinics I visited, here you will not be in a long queue and takes hours before you see a GP.
