Negative experience: I had an extremely frustrating experience at Sun Face Medical Centre on multiple occasions. The reception staff is completely disorganized, which makes every visit a hassle. Even their Whatsapp chat centre gives me a headache. I had an appointment with the Botox doctor and was told to wait on the sofas in front of her door. However, one of the receptionists, Lorhan, let another client go in ahead of me. When I asked her why, she just said, “I’m just a call center person, I didn’t know you had an appointment.” How can someone responsible for appointments be so clueless? To make matters worse, I have faced constant issues with another receptionist, Zaina. She repeatedly mixes up my appointment times, making me wait for up to 40 minutes in the waiting area without informing me that the room was ready and I could have started on time. Then she blames other people though she should have been the one to communicate with the laser technicians that the client is present at her appointment time. She even confused my laser package details multiple times. Zaina’s lack of organization and attention to detail has caused me nothing but stress every single visit. Overall, this clinic needs SERIOUS improvements in their staff management. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a smooth and professional experience. I’m glad my laser package finished, I’ll be moving onto another clinic. I’ve been so pleased with Ramneek’s laser sessions but I really cannot deal with how disorganized this place is.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked an appointment at Sun Face Medical Center (Dubai) to have my eyebrows refreshed by semi permanent makeup/microblading. My previous visit to Sun Face for the same semi permanent makeup procedure, took place back in August 2019...which highlights the quality and longevity of the work done almost 5 years ago in my case. The process and techniques have improved even more since 2019. Which allows for improved and more natural looking results. Ameneh Maraghi is the talented Phi Master at Sun Face. She is responsible for teaching the latest Phi techniques to the amazingly talented staff and other students at Sun Face. Ameneh is a consummate professional and very passionate about the skills she teaches her protégés. Ameneh also takes a very personal approach with clients, to ensure the best results possible for all clients. I was in the very capable hands of Christina, who excels at the detailed precision of the latest Phi techniques. The patience and attention to detail demonstrated by Christina was exquisite. The final results were above and beyond my expectations. Microblading techniques have improved 1,000% since my previous visit! I am extremely happy with the final results. My follow up visit will be on 21st March. This demonstrates the quality of care you can expect. I would highly recommend Sun Face should you be thinking about any semi permanent makeup treatment. And ofcourse I would recommend Christina, who is a perfectionist when it comes to such detailed work. I could not be happier with the results.
