Mediclinic Al Mamora

Negative experience: Doctor Mohammed Naggar did a long check-up on my leg, including making me do some strenuous movements, then asked for 4 x-rays only to tell me I have mild arthritis and prescribe a standard medicine. Clinic kept me waiting for two hours between doctor and radiology + 30 minutes because no one is at the pharmacy. As a result, my leg hurt so much today I can't even walk without pain. Staff are dry and aloof, but no surprise here. Mediclinic as disappointing as ever!

Negative experience: للاسف خدمة سيئة جدا جدا لا انصح احد ياخد موعد للجلدية في هاد الفرع كان عندي موعد مع دكتورة ايمان وبحسب ظروف شغلي اخدت موعد الساعه ٩ وربع مساء طبعا لانها ما بدها تتاخر ممرضتها كلمتني اجي موعد بدري شوي حكتلها ما اقدر لاني اصلا بخلص الساعه ٩ ولما وصلت كشفت علي ب ٥ دقايق شغل سريع وشلفقة حضرتها ما بدها تتاخر والاسف الشديد التشخيص كان خطأ واعطتني ادوية غلط بناء علي تشخيصها الخاطئ وقالتلي لو ما في تحسن بنشوف شو بنعمل ولما رحت بعد يومين لللمراجعه صدقا الجلسة ما اخدت ٥ دقايق تحس انك ثقيل عليها وكمان ما كلفت حالها تكشف صح او تتاكد من المشكلة وتحس انك انت اللي تبالغ بالمشكلة !! ما اقول الا حسبي الله ونعم والوكيل اللي خلتني شهر وانا اعاني من المشكلة بسبب التشخيص الخاطىء وهيا تقول بس اصبري بس اصبري الموضوع عاوز وقت واامشكلة عندي تفاقمت بسببها

Negative experience: Experience was unacceptable, waiting for so long just to see a Pediatric doctor then to see the nurses in completely other side was even longer . To me look like nobody cared about mam with two babies and if they okay . Nurses told us to wait in the room after waiting outside for 40 min and 30 min in the room after. Then they ask questions and did 40 min on writing something on the computer. My baby got her vaccine but it was such a painful process and long . We all ware exhausted after and then when it comes to go we had to pay because person who deals with insurance was busy . Our insurance is fast and takes minutes to pay . But in this location everything is bad . Now we are waiting for medical raport . I’m calling them and calling them and when they pick up they ask me questions update things and still no medical report. In Dubai was amazing ( Dubai Marina ) but this location is bad . We getting emails that medical report case is closed but we haven’t seen anything ! Bad !

Fantastic experience: Mediclinic Al Mamora. I love Doctor Mohammed Alameen. The way he attending patient? very calm, and not in a hurry, super kind.He will explain to you everything you need to know. He also updates his patients on test results. Thank you Doctor.. And ofcourse the pinay nurses are kind, friendly, and they will explain to you properly what you need to know too. Thank you to the nurses who took care of me during my Titer consultation on June 8 around 5:30pm to 6pm. from reception, vital's check, to the Laboratory. Fantastic experience: Mediclinic Al Mamora has been my go-to clinic for the past year, especially for pediatric care. Doctors Mary and Naanae are excellent—professional, patient, and great with kids. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. Appointments are usually smooth, though peak hours can have some wait times. Overall, a trusted place for quality healthcare in Abu Dhabi. Also Valley Parking available

Fantastic experience: We recently visited Al Nahyan Mediclinic Pediatrics and were very impressed with the care and professionalism of the entire team. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. Dr. Naanae and the nursing staff were incredibly helpful and patient while performing all the necessary tests for Laurence, who is usually very afraid of needles. Their gentle approach and reassuring demeanor made it much easier. I also want to thank the X-ray staff for their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this clinic for their outstanding service and compassion!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten a Digital Smile Design, Teeth Whitening and Hollywood Smile done with Dr. Rekha Jayakumar of GG Clinics. The personalized smile design perfectly complements my facial features. Now I smile more often. All of this was done on four visits within a month time span. Dr. Rekha and her assistant made the entire procedure quite comfortable. They took the time to explain the complete process to my understanding. Dr. Rekha and her assistant are truly professional.

Negative experience: Extremely irresponsible the closing time is 11 pm and they take a break at 10:00 pm for 30 min leaving only 30 min for work before closure, I am not waiting for then and prefer to leave my money somewhere else, but everybody should be aware of this lack of commitment and responsibility, they take the to not give you the service

Fantastic experience: Visiting a new dentist is always an adventure that we try to delay. But with Dr. Israa Ahmed I just enjoyed it. Very professional, knowledgable, attentive and patient as a doctor with skilful hands, she is also a charming person nice to deal with. My tooth crown is perfect, as if it was always there as my own tooth; besides, after scaling all my teeth look bright and healthy. Should I have to choose again, no doubt - Dr. Israa and her wonderful nurse (sorry, forgot to ask the name).

Fantastic experience: This 5 stars is only for Dr. Nisrine GP doctor, actually she deserves seven stars for her professionalism, efficient medicine and kindness and humanity. THANK YOU DOCTOR REALLY YOU ARE THE BEST. Regarding the nurses they are kind and polite but I'm sorry they need training, they couldn't find a vain for more than 2 hours, all of them they try and then I left without taking my blood sample, I went to another LAB within one minute I finished.

Positive experience: المستشفى ممتاز ويخدم اهل المعموره وآل نهيان، لكن عندهم مشكله في الصيدلية (دايماً يتاخرون في صرف الوصفات، وعندهم وحده في الصيدليه دايماً مرتبشه وتلخبط) والمشكله الثانيه في الباركنات.

Negative experience: Lethargic diagnosis by doctors here may put you in danger of worsening of your health condition. Think twice before visiting this clinic. I had impression that mediclinic as a brand has a standard when it come to healthcare but this clinic proved me wrong! Especially in pediatrics.

Negative experience: Why you don’t answer the phone when the patient needs his test results ??

Negative experience: Sad enough , you are a patient who was tested yesterday as Covid positive and you come to repeat the test at the same place , the response from the receptionist is to come after 3 hours to get treatment or repeat the test. I was so sick , sweaty and febrile and could barely stand up. I am sure there is no such a DOH regulation “to come after 3 hours”. In opposit to this the massage that I recieve clearly stated “ you should retest within 24 hours” My other suggestion is to send a nurse to take the swab at the hospital door or in my car infront of the door. I am very very very sick, and overall really upset and shocked. Terrible experience

The first experience is that the doctor referred me to take a therapy sessions , then the staff send my papers to the insurance company for the approval, after that it took one months and a half to get the approval ,when I checked with my insurance company they said we didn't get any requests from mediclinic at all , and when I went back to mediclinic they told me that the person who supposed to send the request went for a leave and he forgot to do handover!!!!. The second situation is that the lady who do the sessions did 3 sessions for me and then at the forth session I was sick and I canceled the session and then I never heard from her again to rebook a new sessions to carry-on my therapy, while in the same time I'm calling her morning and afternoon but there was no one pickup at all . After two week trying, finally she answerd and she said she is going on leave after 3 days and there is another lady ( replacement) will Contact me for my remaining sessions. I was waiting for another week no one called , so I went to the hospital and they told me she will contact me infew days , I waited another 2 weeks and then again I went to hospital and they said how come she didn't contact you , like I supposed to answer them ...then the checked my profile and they said my approval now is expired, they will talk to the doctor to sign another sessions regardless of what happened. What a shame Honestly!!! P.S in the two incidents I requested to talk to the managers but I didn't hear from anyone ...I think the staff in the management are same as the people who they work in the hospital since you can't reach to anyone or to hear from them. I advice no one to go there. Bad customer services.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for my daughter with Dr Mary Darrouj. Punctual, professional and excelent. All my concerns were properly addressed.
