Fantastic experience: Before 2 months I had a knee injury in my left knee at home and I consulted doctor ghasan orthopedic doctor and I did surgery in my left knee which went successfully and after surgery I started knee rehabilitation and physiotherapy with Saad in less than 2 months I got full knee movement and I’m improving my strength and in daily life and I’m still progressing with my condition. Fantastic experience: In 24 of July 2024 my son Brocken his arm. He was with cast within 45 days, after it we made Phisiotherapy in our country (Kazakhstan, Almaty) within 5 month, but without any success. My son losing believe that his arm will improved in the future. In December of 2024 we visited first time Dr. Gassan and Saad, after 6 session of Phisiotherapy elbow improved to 55 degrees. In our next visit in January 2025 after injection we improved elbow to 110-120 degree . After procedure my son first time after 6 month eat food with right hand. He smile and was really happy and talk all day without stopping)) very huge thanks to Dr.Gassan and Saad for treatment, for positive attitude. For us it was big victory, of course we need to continue work with rotation in the future, we are in touch with clinic and will come again for control. Negative experience: Arrived at our appointment and sat waiting with no update to be told sometime after our appointment was due the machine is broken and surgery could not be performed with no notice or compassion from staff after being promised a refund for the scan which was no longer relevant 3+ weeks am still waiting and chased multiple times extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and organization after being recommended. Very Unprofessional
