Fantastic experience: A friend recommended this clinic and I tried it for the first time I had chin n lip filler and they did such an amazing job the doctor did my lips perfectly just how I wanted them and gentle aswell

Fantastic experience: A few days ago, I visited this clinic for a laser hair removal session, and based on my extensive experience with trying laser treatments in many different places, I can confidently say this was the best laser hair removal I’ve ever had. Their machine is very powerful ,completely painless and without any discomfort. What impressed me the most was the precision and expertise of the laser technician, which made me feel extremely satisfied. She was very polite and professional, and I noticed this the laser room was very clean because this is important for me and I felt truly happy with a laser hair removal session at 515 clinic. I want to say thanks to both the laser technician and the kind doctors at this clinic

Negative experience: Reception staff of academy department is very unsatisfactory. No one responds over phone after paying the money for the training. They'll forget all their promises done before training.There is zero response over phone and calls from Reception staff.I am truly disappointed with them. You'll get NO SUPPORT from them which they promise before training. Cost of all trainings are SKY HIGH compared to other clinics.In other clinics the training cost is half of this and they provide post training full support .like continuous shadowing or job placements which they don't provide. You keep on calling everyday but they'll not pick phone. After many days some one will reply that the concern person was busy in meeting and all.Total waste of time and money.I did a mistake by paying full amout. I should have paid in installments to observe their behavior.If you give bad review then the reception person (who is a male in a cosmetic clinic) will misbehave and harass you during hand over of the certificates which was given after so many months.He doesn't know how to speak to a lady. I'll never recommend to anyone for this 515 clinic.Please share it to others to avoid harassment and this continuous calling and getting No response for weeks and months.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic after seeing an ad for their Endolift procedure and booked a free consultation to better understand how the treatment works. From the moment I arrived, I felt uncomfortable. The clinic looked old, unclean, and not welcoming. During the consultation, I was observed by a doctor while another person in the room was being guided on what to do. At first, I thought he was a trainee, which made me uneasy. Later, I was told he is a qualified doctor is working at the clinic, and although he doesn’t speak English well, thats why she is with him, she assured me that he’s skilled, so I chose to trust her judgment. The treatment coordinator then stepped in and explained their offer. I made it clear I wasn’t ready to proceed and needed time to think. Despite this, she asked for a deposit, promising it was fully refundable. I paid the deposit and left. Later, after researching the clinic, I found several negative reviews that raised serious concerns. I contacted her to cancel and request my refund, but she dismissed all my concerns and tried to convince me further by offering to include my tummy area and sides (from under my chest to the thighs) in the procedure. I explained that I have loose skin due to losing a lot of weight and had three C-sections. I chose the tummy because it’s a hidden area—I expected honesty about whether Endolift was suitable. But instead of giving realistic advice, she insisted I didn’t need surgery or a tummy tuck and promised that three sessions of Endolift would fix the issue. I believed her and decided to go ahead. When I returned, I insisted on paying after the procedure, just in case. But the whole experience was shocking. The nurse who prepped me wore a dirty, old uniform and looked visibly unprofessional. The doctor started the procedure, which was extremely painful, and told me he was instructed to treat only my stomach. I asked him to check with the coordinator, and she agreed to include the sides—but in the end, he only treated the lower stomach and lower sides. To make matters worse, during the painful procedure, the coordinator came in three times to ask for payment. On the third time, she brought a form and made me sign a payment acknowledgment while I was still under treatment—something I found completely unprofessional and manipulative. Despite being promised a compression garment as part of the package, they refused to provide it. The next morning, I developed a fever, soreness, and heavy bruising. I had to go to the hospital, where I was given antibiotics and anti-inflammatory injections. Days later, I am still bruised and have not recovered. Not once has anyone from the clinic followed up to check on me or my condition. I paid 4,000 AED for a treatment that left me in pain, distress, and with zero results. I feel deeply disappointed and deceived. This clinic is only after money, with no proper medical ethics or care for patients. I hope by sharing my story, I can prevent others from going through the same painful experience.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed with the Service at 515 I rarely write reviews, but my experience at 515 has been consistently frustrating and unprofessional. First Visit: I waited over 2 hours for a simple Botox and filler appointment. No explanation, no updates—just left waiting. Only when I asked for a refund and was ready to walk out did the doctor magically appear, accompanied by endless apologies. It felt like they only took action when they realized I was serious about leaving. Second Visit: I had a scheduled appointment at 1:30 PM. I arrived on time, only to sit and wait again. I could see the doctor relaxing in his office, and by 2:15 PM, he still hadn’t shown up. The receptionist told me he was with another patient and needed 10 more minutes—but then he walked in with a coffee cup from outside, clearly just returning from a break. This showed total disregard for my time, again. I’m sorry, but respecting people’s time is the bare minimum. This kind of repeated behavior shows a lack of professionalism and poor management. If you’re looking for a clinic that values your time and treats clients with respect, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere

Negative experience: The Worst Clinic ever!!!! I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the unprofessional service and lack of communication I experienced at your clinic. I visited your clinic for a lip procedure after a consultation with a doctor who told me that the Fotona laser was not available. However, I later found out that the clinic does have this device, indicating either a lack of knowledge or miscommunication within your staff. To make matters worse, the procedure was performed by a different doctor, not the one who did my consultation. During the procedure, this doctor was shouting at the receptionist in front of me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the professionalism of your staff. I was charged 735 for this procedure. I have not received a proper receipt, and I was never informed about a no-refund policy—not verbally, in writing, nor through any visible signage. When I later requested a refund, I was told there is no refund policy, and its very complicated ( You will never get your money with them ) which is both unprofessional and unethical, especially considering the lack of prior disclosure. Since then, I have been in contact with three to four different receptionists, none of whom seem to know what is going on. Every time I call, it’s a different person and a different answer. Instead of resolving the issue, your team keeps trying to push me into booking more procedures I do not want. It feels as though the clinic is more focused on retaining payment at all costs, regardless of customer satisfaction or proper process. Furthermore, during the initial appointment, the doctor even tried to pressure me into lip injections I did not request, which I found highly inappropriate and sales-driven rather than care-driven. This entire experience has been stressful and disappointing. I feel misled, mistreated, and ignored. I am still demanding a full refund of the 735 I paid, and I would appreciate this issue being taken seriously and addressed immediately. Until now, I have not been provided with the most basic level of customer service. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone based on the experience I’ve had.

Negative experience: I would like to share my personal experince cause i’m really disaapointed , I was initially told that I would lose an average of seven kilograms of my weight within a month by fat dissolving injection moreover after the second session of rapid fat-dissolving injections I should get a clear difference in the size of my waist and lower abdomen. When I did not notice any differences, they suggested another type of fat-dissolving injections. After 15 days,with severe diet and working out I did not notice any difference and I only lost one kilogram of my weight because I was committed to the diet and exercise. After that, they wanted me to pay additional amounts under assumption that the result would appear at the end of sessions and i will not . I never recommend 515 clinic at all based on my experience with them. I lost my money and my time for nothing
