Fantastic experience: Good experience at Wellness Center. We consulted Dr. Swetha for physiotherapy to treat back pain. She thoroughly assessed the pain, created a treatment plan, and delivered excellent results in a few sessions. I highly recommend her as well as the center.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr. Adeeb (dentist) for many years, and I can safely say that he's the best dentist in Abu Dhabi.

Negative experience: I would honestly give this clinic the award for the most perfumed air. While the clinic itself is lovely and well-kept, the air quality is a real issue. There are fragrance dispensers throughout the space, and the addition of the Dr. Scent diffusers makes the air extremely heavy with perfume. Every time I walk in and sit in the waiting room, I find it difficult to breathe. Clean, unscented air should be a priority—especially in a healthcare setting. I kindly urge you to consider reducing or eliminating synthetic fragrances for the wellbeing of all patients. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: السلام عليكم - بعد التحية : أود ان اشارك تجربتي في مركز ويلنس لجراحة اليوم الواحد ، كنت متردد لعمل زراعة اسنان منذ اكثر عن 15 عاما وراجعت اكثر عن جهة صحية ولكن لم اشعر بالراحة والامان وكنت جدا متخوف من عمل زراعة اسنان وبالاخص احتاج لزراعة عدد 5 اسنان ، ولكن والحمد لله عندما راجعت مركز ويلنس عند الدكتور أديب حسن شعرت بالراحة والطمأنينة وخاصة عندما شرح لي بعد أخذ الصور وعمل الفحص المبدئي السريع وهذه اول مره أشعر بكمية راحة وطمأنينة والله لم أتردد ولا لحظة وتوكلت على الله وبدأت بالعلاج . واليوم اكملت زراعة اسناني وكانت هذه الجلسة الرابعة فقط لعمل زراعة عدد 5 اسنان . اليوم الاول - فحص واشعه اليوم الثاني - تثبيت على العظم اليوم الثالث و اليوم الرابع تم تركيب الاسنان واشعر بارتياح كبييييييير وبالراحة وبالاخص كنت اشعر بشعور عدم الارتياح عند الابتسامة والضحك ، ولكن اليوم والله ثم والله شعور جميييييييييييل جدا هذا فقط من اول ساعات كيف باقي الايام . يعني خلال 3 اشهر زرعت اسناني الي كنت خايف منذ 15 سنه تقريبا . وبعد تجربتي مع مركز ويلنس أنصح اي واحد يريد علاج الاسنان وخاصة الزراعة ان لا يتردد ان ياخذ موعد مع الدكتور أديب حسن. وبهذه المناسبة أشكر جزيل الشكر الدكتور الاكثر من رائع وأسلوبه الراقي في التعامل مع المرضى وروحه المرحة وإبتسامة وجهه وإلمامه بعمله وبدقة الدكتور / أديب حسن . والله يجعله في ميزان حسناته. وشكرا

Negative experience: تكرار نفس الملاحظه ... و للاسف حتى مدير غير متواجد حتى النجمه كثير عليكم معاملة اصبحت سيئة جدا انتظار بدون اسباب مقنعه مع عدم وجود مراجعين عند الطبيب . تكرر اكثر من مرة ادخال ناس قبل ناس على اهواء شخصيةبحجة انه لديهم موعد مسبق علما بكون الواحد اله ساعه او اكثر جالس وبيجي واحد من برا بدخلوه قبل الجالس .... لولا وجود الدكتورة روان ما بدخل هالعيادة علما كنت اراجع عند طبيب العظام وغيرته وطبيب الانف واذن وحجرة وغييرته لنفس الاسباب مش عيب بالطبيب العيب بالنظام الي عندهم

Negative experience: unprofessional behavior I experienced at the front desk today. I arrived at 2:10 PM, slightly late for my appointment, and I informed the front desk staff that I was already running 10 minutes behind. Instead of properly addressing the situation, the staff member simply told me to have a seat and wait, giving me the impression that I would still be accommodated. After waiting patiently until 2:30 PM, I approached the desk again, only to be informed that the person who initially took my details “didn’t know” about my status, and that now they are unable to take me.

Negative experience: اسوء خدمة شفتها في منشأة صحية كانت اليوم في عيادة ويلنس .. اللي عالاستقبال قالت بتنتظرين حول الساعة واللي صار انتظرت ثلاث ساعات ليش!! لانهم يدخلون الناس حسب مزاجهم مش بالدور على الرغم من انه طبيب عام والكل جاي بدون موعد .. انا وصلت الساعة تسعة ونص تمام والتسجيل وقت عشرة ونص يوم دخلت عند الدكتورة وخلصت حرفيا كانوا النيرسات شالين شنطهم والليتات مبندة في بعض الغرف وين المرضى اللي سجلوا بعدي!!!!! ويوم سالتها على اي مبدا تدخلون المرضى قالت بالدور وشلت سماعة الفون تتكلم يعني ما عطتني مجال اتكلم في وحدة شفتها تسجل وراي مش موجودة خلصت.. رعاية شيئة حدا مافي ترتيب ولا بالدور ولا انصح اي شخص يروح هالمركز ابدا

She's a really sweet physiotherapist, she takes time to explain your symptoms and what might be causing you the pain. I highly recommend her in case you have a never-ending pain, she'll for sure help you out.

She made sure that i get the professional care i need. My experience included receiving valuable advise on post treatment care.

Negative experience: On December 24, 2024, I visited the clinic in basement due to issues with my stomach and digestive system. Following the consultation, the doctor requested a blood test. Two days later, I contacted the clinic’s call center to inquire about the results. The representative informed me that the doctor’s assistant would call me back, but I received no follow-up. As a result, I went to the clinic in person to discuss the results with a doctor. However, the doctor I initially consulted was unavailable, so I requested to see any available doctor to review my results. The receptionist asked me to wait, which I did for approximately 45 minutes. When I followed up, she asked me to wait further. Eventually, a nurse handed me the report without any explanation, which was not what I had requested. I specifically wanted a doctor to explain the results. When I addressed this with the receptionist, she explained that she assumed I only wanted the report. She then informed me that I would need to wait longer to see a doctor as other patients were ahead of me. Due to the prolonged wait and lack of clarity, I decided to leave. Later, I called the clinic again to speak with a doctor. I selected the Arabic language option, and while the call initially seemed to connect to an Arabic-speaking representative, the person informed me she did not speak Arabic after I had explained my situation. She then transferred me to another representative who spoke Arabic, but after explaining my case again, I was transferred back to the original representative, leading to further frustration. Ultimately, I sought assistance at Burjeel Hospital, where I received a professional and patient-centered experience. The contrast in service was stark. At Wellness, I encountered a complete lack of professionalism, common sense, and communication. This experience was deeply disappointing and far below the standard of care one should expect from a medical institution.

Negative experience: The reception staff, Minah and Shahed, were professional and provided excellent customer service, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Osama, the ENT, was disappointing. He was unprofessional, spoke in a bad way, and often shouted at the nursing staff in front of everyone. Additionally, we waited more than an hour to see him, despite arriving on time.

Negative experience: تجربة سيئة للغاية مع دكتور الجلدية. مهند رحت لعندو عاساس يوصفلي علاج لنضارة البشرة ولخشونة الكعبين وصفلي جل للبشرة وكانت النتيجة سيئة طلعلي انتفاخات تحت العين وخطوط وتصبغات من الجل مع العلم أثناء الموعد قلتلو وصفلي منتجات تفيدني يقلي هاد المنتج هو يلي رح يفيدك بس بدو يخلص الموعد عالسريع …. التعامل سيء والنتيجة سيئة لا انصح به

Negative experience: If there were an option for less than one star, I would give it. It's been a very bad experience. This place is just a supermarket trying to make money. On June 18th, I had Botox done, but unfortunately, today it has disappeared and my face looks the same as before. I do not recommend anyone visit them.

He showcased a wealth of knowledge and skills during the procedure, displaying a high level of proficiency in diagnosing and treating my deep infection (yet other doctors were not sure about my issue and it was only getting worse). Negative experience: This might be the worst medical consultation I've ever had. My appointment was at 3:30 PM, but I waited until 5pm The doctor didn't even bother examining the area of concern; he just prescribed medication based on talking. Unbelievable! I don't think I'll ever visit this hospital again at any cost! ( it’s a waste of time LITERALLY waste of time!).
