Negative experience: Me and my whole family have been constantly visiting right medical center for our medical concerns and were very satisfied until what happened today, (Dr.Subramanian Meyeppan) was the one I met and I need to mention this that my experience was very bad, he was extremely rude as if he's not getting paid and being forced to see patients for free, he asked me to visit him then completely denied the fact that he did, and when I asked him about my further medication which he himself said he would prescribe on my visit, he got upset and accused me of irritating him, unimaginable and unacceptable behavior, he wasn't behaving like a doctor to begin with, infact he was acting like a frustrated, mannerless individual who is not at all interested in what he's doing. Hence I have now decided to consult another doctor in clinic, not going back there again, I would like to thank clinic incharge Mr.Rishi for helping me deal with this issue later on but I am very disappointed with the clinic's higher management for recruiting such incompetent, mannerless doctors, I am also going to escalate this issue to the health care authorities as well so no other patient in pain goes through this because I was in tremendous pain.

Fantastic experience: From my experience that lasted for a month on a daily basis. I underwent two surgeries in a hospital, followed up on the wound cleaning and dressing at Al Karama Medical Center located in Al Khail Gate. There is a team that is distinguished by organization and speed in completing patient services and the excellent performance of the nursing team in terms of dealing with patients and listening to them. And their technical performance in nursing. I would like to mention Ms. / Thanuja Palpandi Registered Nurse and also Mr. Bijoy. A very wonderful team. I would like to add this story which is happened with me in alkarama medical center in alkhail Gate. As I've experienced before, all the staff at Al Karama Clinic in Al Khail Gate are distinguished by their quality and outstanding performance. I remember that during my post-operative treatment, I felt severe pain and headed straight to Al Karama Clinic in Al Khail. When the receptionist, Ms. Sulochana, and the receptionist, Mr. Pruthvirajsinh, saw me, they rushed to me at the clinic entrance to help me enter the nurse's room directly. Ms. Sulochana asked me for my ID, and I took it and entered the information in less than two minutes. She then came back with my ID, leaving me with two nurses and a doctor. I received my full treatment in less than 20 minutes, and my admission procedures were completed in two minutes. Al Karama Clinic in Al Khail stands for order, responsibility, speed, accuracy, dedication, and sincerity in work. Thank you to all the staff at Al Karama Clinic in Al Khail Gate.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t even give one star if that were an option. Booking an appointment through any of the provided platforms feels like nothing more than a formality. It has been over an hour, and I still haven’t been able to reach a live agent or find any functional system to schedule my appointment. On top of that, every time I call the provided 800 number, the call gets picked up but there’s no response—and then it just disconnects. I honestly don’t understand what kind of medical facility treats its patients this way. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Negative experience: I visited Karama Medical Centre (Al Khail Gate) today with my cousin for a checkup, and I was extremely disappointed with Dr. Sudan Puri. He is only a general practitioner, but he unnecessarily scares patients. My cousin went in with a small issue, but the doctor started talking about unrelated serious problems and made it sound much worse than it was. Instead of reassuring the patient, he creates panic. On top of that, he takes 30 to 45 minutes with each patient—even for simple cases. This causes huge delays, and we saw emergency patients waiting outside for a long time, which is unacceptable. This is not how a responsible doctor should manage time or communicate. Definitely not recommended.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Faisal Khan during a recent visit. I came in for a check-up and requested a sick leave form, but was met with unexpected and unprofessional remarks. He questioned why I needed a sick leave, saying my vitals were fine — as if I was exaggerating my condition. I’ve been in Dubai for almost 8 years and have never encountered such treatment from a doctor. What shocked me the most was his tone and comments. He said things like, “Why are you doing this, my friend?” and insisted that I should have come in before deciding to take a sick leave — as if falling sick is something we plan ahead. It felt like he was accusing me of lying, which was extremely disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never return to this clinic, especially after being treated that way. Patients deserve compassion and understanding, not judgment.

Negative experience: I came here today in Right Health Al Khail Gate for my Medical Test Result, unfortunately the doctor who checked up on me last week wasn't on duty. The doctor named ANUSHKA SAVLE(not sure the last name, maybe SAPLE) was the one on duty. She was completely doesn't care with her patient. Like feeling lazy and irritable. I did not even take 2mins in the doctor's office as she was rushing and not even care what the patient needs. Me : Good evening Doc. ( I handover my lab test result ) Her : Who was your doctor? Me : I forgot his name doc. Sorry Her : (Irritably checking in the system) Her : How do you feel now? Me : I am feeling dizzy doc. I need a medicine for dizziness maybe you can prescribe. Her : (Looking at my test result) I will give you antibiotic, you have infection. Me : Would that stop my dizziness also doc? Her : I WILL GIVE YOU ANTIBIOTIC. (Insisting the antibiotic from the test result, and not prescribing additional medicine for my other sickness which I mentioned I always feel dizzy this past few days.) Me : Can u also prescribe me some medicine to stop my dizziness doc? Her : I WILL GIVE YOU ANTIBIOTIC FOR YOUR INFECTION. So if you come here with additional sickness aside from the test you've done(not related to your last sickness when consulted to the doctor) this doctor ANUSHKA will not prescribe you another medicine. The way she talks like don't want to do her job properly, very irritable, rushing and not listening to patients concern about her health. I HOPE THIS MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION ABOUT THIS. DOCTOR SHOULD ACT PROFESSIONALLY AND GIVE THE RIGHT SERVICE WHAT THE PATIENT DESERVE!

Negative experience: With my personal experience i wouldn’t recommend Dr, Sarla (Gynecologist) . Month ago i visited her with some issue, she did some test and gave me medicine. Even after completing all medicines i was not feeling better After few days she confirmed my reports are all good, no problem at all. But I was still suffering with same issues still so i visited another Dr. in another branch with all medicines and report (because Dr. sarla was not available )and she confirmed that my reports were not good ( shown infection ) and she didn’t give me proper medicine ( some medicine weren’t given ). Negative experience: Very bad service. Today i went there to see a doctor iam waiting for their more than 3 hours. My friend is a patient. he have a pain for kidney ston. He waiting for 1 hour for the insurance aprovel for injection. After one hour i am just asking for the reception he say nobody dont put the insurance aprovel for injection. Very bad service. But the doction is very good person. He is very attendive. His name is Dr Dileep. The receptionist people they dont know anything to send patients details to the doctor. I recommend that all of the people not come to the clinic. They are notsafe. The reception people is very bad servics.

Negative experience: Right health clinic receptionist in alkhail gate don’t have a proper endorsement to the patient she just told me that I can book an appointment to the main branch anytime never did I know that there was a validity so the main branch cannot process my ultrasound.Better next time they will informed the patient properly if there is a validity or not so it’s not a waste of time.And I ask also the main branch In bio health if they can extend it they said they cannot do anything.

Negative experience: Very Bad Medical Centre in here. The receptionist people, they don't know anything to send patients details to the doctor. And the doctor was so rude and then we approached receptionist people said that one is not our, they are blaming the doctor and the doctor blaming the receptionist people. We are waiting for 1:30 hour to check the medical, but they sent the wrong doctor, and the generalists doctor didn't know anything. And then they send another doctor to another. If the emergency patient they can't handle and the patient got more trouble. I recommend that all of the people not come to the medical centre. They are not safe. The people life, they are taking the money. I got happen today.

Negative experience: I hard an appointment with doctor Anika at 12:45pm on 1st of January 2025 but once I get to the clinic to on the desk to if can seen doctor I was told that doctor wasn't yet at the clinic and the receptionist tried to reach out doctor but she's wasn't responding it was a very bad experience because I travelled all the way to the clinic and I get help at all.

Negative experience: I came all the way from Al Barsha for a check up from dermatologist and when I came here the receptionist told me to book an appointment from online or by calling their official number… What if there is an emergency??? They need to call their official number and wait 20 mins to get the right person to book an appointment I mean I was there personally and I couldn’t take appointment through the receptionist.. I don’t know how does it works but I didn’t like the service at all.. They do have very nice doctors though but service by the front line was very poor..
