As for my son's pedia, Dr. Girlie truly knows how to connect with kids. My son used to be afraid of doctors, especially when it came to tests. Fantastic experience: My OB is Dr. Dora Dimarucut and my son's paedia is Dr. Romulo Dimarucut and Dr. Romulo's nurse, Nurse Grace. They're so amazing. They're all approachable and service wise is also great. 5⭐'s is for them.

Negative experience: Yesterday I was having appointment to my kid and while waiting I saw one lady she entered to the dr room and the manager of the clinic she came shouting telling her to go out she was too rude and no respect to the dr and to the lady and to us as patient.

Negative experience: It’s the very first time I got so disappointed and upset with Mediclinic Deira. Our son has grown with them and today he was vomiting. Because we trust and already know them, we chose of going to them, willing to pay cash because our insurance has changed. We called before coming and Were informed they will accept walk-in by call center. When we came, we were turned down by the reception, Ms Kawthar. Despite telling her were willing to wait and we came from Warqa, and that call center informed us they accept walk-in, her line was “yes, but call center always give the wrong information”. So? And? Is it our problem now that you and your colleagues are not on the same page? Then she only pointed to the nursing station and told me to ask the nurse myself in a very dismissive way which I did. The nurse whom we spoke assisted me by asking the assigned nurse but this is after she told me “have you not considered taking your son to the ER”. I was really taken aback by this. By this time, I’m already feeling so down. Then the assigned nurse Ms Mary spoke to us, emphasizing the waiting time and that Dr will definitely see us but does not want patients who were in a hurry. Which we are not by the way and which we understand. And she did not even bother asking us what happened to our son. Let alone check his vitals. So we really felt unwelcome today. I understand we were just walking-in but we were anxious parents who’s first thought was to ask for help from someone we already know and trust and be guided accordingly and not to be made feel like we are a bother and being set aside. I know we as walk-in will wait but despite saying my son has been vomiting, at least his vital signs should have been checked. Few minutes after realizing and feeling bad about all these, we decided to leave and just went in a different clinic. While were on our way outside, I even saw the nurse again happily discharging her patient, laughing with them and I thought to myself, that smile was not extended to us and she had the time to laugh and smile with other patients but no time to check other’s child.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Alam and Doctor Razak are so amazing. I visited Mediclinic with a migraine and some other issues but the smiles these two doctors put on my face took all my sickness away and I was 90 percent well even before taking my medication. Thank you Dr Alam and Dr Razak. I really appreciate you.

Negative experience: Pathetic service. First didn’t issue the medicine saying it’s that the insurance platform is down. I called to follow up at 7.30pm , mind you I went to clinic at 4pm They said the request have been made the call center cannot seem to get through to the branch. Then I got a WhatsApp to place the online delivery only available from tomorrow 9am onwards , is this how you are supposed to take care of patients ? And both the times I haven asking for the prescription to be sent out which they don’t. When I asked to speak to a maneger I was put on hold for 10 min This is unacceptable behaviour for a healthcare sector. I want this concerned raised to the highest level possible

They made everything feel easy. Doctor They are an asset to your organization. I can’t recommend them enough. Updated Review on 27-Apr-25: It was extremely disappointing to find out that Dr. Tanweer is no longer part of Mediclinic. She was truly one of the best dentists I have ever met — talented, skilled, compassionate, and genuinely patient-focused. Unlike many, she never made me feel I was just a number over proper care. Mediclinic has lost a remarkable talent, and it’s a real shame. Finding someone with her level of expertise and integrity is rare, and her absence will definitely be felt.

Negative experience: Complain - It’s really disheartening to receive a charge of 450 dirhams for just a brief 10-minute consultation, especially when you were told that nothing serious was found. Such high fees for minimal service can feel unfair, particularly when you feel you have no other option but to pay. The lack of transparency or justification for such charges only adds to the disappointment. It would be ideal if hospitals provided clear information upfront about consultation fees and gave patients a better understanding of what they are paying for.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant visit. My appointment was at 2pm and I waited for an hour, when I entered room they covered bed with towel so I had to ask for proper sheet. Pharma forced me to wait another 30minutes. This is just visit experience while I had whole unpleasant experience with call center

Fantastic experience: Me and my daughter recently visited Mediclinic Deira to see Dr. Chyrell-Lyn and Dr. Girlie. The registration process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff guiding us through each step. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The medical staff were exceptional-both our doctor and the nurses were professional, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Both Dr. Chyrell and Dr. Girlie were equally good and very pleasant, they explained very well about our complaint. I was very pleased with the care and would recommend Mediclinic Deira to others.

Negative experience: Okay experience with the customer service at the center. after 1 hour session when I went to get my car which was given for Valet parking, it was found on, not sure if this was on for the whole of 1 hour but was very disappointing. The usual calls we receive a day prior is not followed by this facility of mediclinic either.

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my experience at the Mediclinic Deira branch, specifically with the exceptional physiotherapist, Regina. I've seen many physiotherapists over the years, but none have been as effective as Regina. She has a unique and highly effective approach to patient care. I’ve had a long-standing knee problem, and thanks to Regina’s guidance and the daily exercises she recommended, I’ve experienced significant improvement. I now feel much better and am hopeful that both my knees will fully recover this year.

Negative experience: Hello ,today i visited the clinic for my reg check up ,and it was sad to see tht such a huge brand has got such a bad service when it comes to pharmacy .Do u think after paying 600 dhs consultancy do patient need to wait for one hour for taking the medicine .I do understand people need to take break but keep alternative options also ,u cant have just one person in the pharmacy to handle evyrhting .I spend 40 mts to wait for someone to finish his break .This is pathetic service with so much big name .

Fantastic experience: Awesome and wonderful I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Mamata Mittal in both eyes. It was a delicate procedure since one of the affected eyes was partially compromised. I got my vision restored to pre cataract levels within a span of fortnight and will remain grateful to the doctor for giving me a new lease of life. Positive experience: This clinic needs to hire two pharmacists. It is often closed for breaks. They also don't have a good range if medication available which means you almost always need to go elsewhere to get your medication.

Negative experience: Mediclinic staff are usually accommodating, and offer friendly approach in every possible way towards everyone who needs their services. But just a while back, a telephone operator named Reyna/Reina/Reena sounded rude and unfriendly when I inquired about health package. Her way doesn’t fit your core value - Trusting and Respectful. You may want to check the recorded call (if there is any). But as far as I felt, that is not the Mediclinic way.

Negative experience: I noticed with regards to the service is the system and process that you need to improve - Centralization, datas, insurance etc - Alarm and Notification for both Doctor and Nurses, this is to help to tracker the patience, pharmacy and lab test requirements - Lab test alam notification, to notify the doctor that they have pending result to review Yes, I am still waiting for the review. I whatsapp Mediclinic they said they share my request to the doctor but its been 3 days already. Please change your insurance coordinator and do some audit. Kabayan nurses is best for to help.

Positive experience: Previously I had seroius neck pain. Thru doctors assesment, I was recommended to have physio therapy sessions on weekends which lasted for almost 9 weeks. I think long term treatment thru proper mobility & strenght training exercise helped me recover. Also, thanks to my therapist, Regina Correa.

Negative experience: Mediclinic Diera - Very unfriendly Admin Staff and Patient Registering Staff. No matter if patient is standing for hour. They should be trained how to deal patients with humbleness, being front desk, and not like admin staff is the owners of the hospital.

Positive experience: Great branch of Mediclinic. The staff are exceptional. When there's a delay, they inform me to set my expectations better. The physio department was top notch. I came in with a pain in my shoulder and now I can work out again. One thing to note (and this is not in any way related to medicine or services), to probably spruce up the place. Dubai Mall's branch was like a lounge area. This one feels like a clinic through and through.

Negative experience: Very poor customer care service. I got an appointment without even informing the covered networks. I reached here all the way from Qusais and just got informed by the receptionist that the RN network is uncovered.
