Al Kamal Medical Polyclinics LLC is a full-fledged multispecialty centre incorporating several specialist services. We are recognized by DOH as a Primary Healthcare Centre.

Negative experience: Worst staff in the pharmacy,,,speaking to customer like we are servant to them...unacceptable behavior!Staff doesn't look happy with their job,they look frustrated and sad,and looks angry towards customer they should have atleast customer service trainning. Fantastic experience: On 19th June I consulted Dr. Assia Manhammattil for kidney stone and mild dialation (Hydro nephroses) and the treatment was gone very well, after 17 days I did a scan again and the result was amazing; the stone was resolved and washed away without any disturbances or pain, kidneys are back to normal. الحمدلله

Negative experience: Actually i came there first and already asked am I first or not , reception said yes then I wait for 35 min , After that they were saying there 2 patients waiting before me , it’s not their first time same incident happened me 3 times , after me there there was 1 guy more he also left because of their negligence , if they want to do favour for their friends tell us before taking appointment

Negative experience: Horrible clinic I called doctor kamal Ajaikumar to discuss the lab result of my maid , he spoke rudely to me and asked me not yo call him again and I should email lab to get the report ! He is the doctor he should discuss the results with me and makes no sense that I go to the clinic to sit and have a discussion about test result ! An email will not explain to me what the tests say ! It’s my right to ask for this .

Positive experience: Homeopathic treatment is also available here, that's what I should mention, it's not difficult to reach here but parking is a problem, I don't know if they have special parking anymore, there is a small clinic and its pharmacy, I visited on a Sunday and it was less crowded.

Fantastic experience: Had an orthodontic treatment with dr. Navas. The doctor is professional and polite, and takes time to explain and help you choose and decide. Thr medical staff are helpful. The facility is a litle bit old but clean. They need to improve the accessibility with new panels and maybe open the stairs.

The Touch of God “ These people have the “PERFECTION” This was my first time that I had the worst tooth pain with my wisdom teeth and I was recommended to visit this clinic by my friend . Infact, I was so nervous and scared as I heard people had many bad experiences of taking out the wisdom teeth. However, Hatsoff of two of the best doctors in the dental clinic Ms. Rashmi and especially credits to the surgeon to whom I was referred to Ms. Anita for making the whole process pain free. “ You are a Hero “ Trust me through out the whole tooth extraction and afterwards I have never gone through the pain. Also, it is commendable the way they educate us and make us feel so calm and relaxed before and after the procedure. Special thanks to the whole clinic staffs and those who assisted the Doctors, very friendly and extremely experienced as well as great coordination . The places is so neat and calm. Fantastic experience: Me and my son had allergic issues and consulted the homeo Dr Assia . Negative experience: Hello, Good Day! Please allow me to express my experience by one of your staff in the Pharmacy name Viju. I called to inform them that I was there in the clinic and had a check-up with Dr. Monika (A very nice doctor btw), I explained that I was supposed to get the medicine in the pharmacy but when I wasn't able to get it right after my check-up as I need to rush home. So then I called to ask how much would be the total and so I can pick up later on, He said, just give him sometime as there's a lot of patient. I said okay, no problem, I will call after an hour. While I’m still talking he dropped the call, very rude. Then I did the next call, after 2.5 hours, the same guy who answered and explained to him, he recognizes me, I said if he can prepare so I can pick up, he said the same thing, I told him that's what you told me earlier when I called. He said, you didn't tell me to prepare, I said I know, I asked how much so at least I have an Idea of the price and I can pick it up later. HE RUDELY said just come here. I mean come on now, you are working in a customer service .And that attitude is not for that field. I’m sorry, the staff inside the center is all kind and proper but I guess there's always an exception.

Negative experience: Please do not visit Al Kamal for a PCR test. The results are extremely slow and the staff at the reception is very slow to respond. I did my PCR around 9.30 pm on Saturday evening and the results are yet to arrive. My friend who did her PCR at 10 pm on Saturday at Mena labs received her results this morning around 4am. Absolutely pathetic! Pls avoid PCR at Al Kamal at all costs.
