Negative experience: Hello dear concerned This is regarding the no care attitude of the receptionest staff blonde haired lady who showed no regard to the uae identification card left behind by my eldery mother who has been looking everywhere for that ID. When asked why they didnt call her to remind her she forgot the identification at the hospital the blonde lady said they the hospital must of been very busy to call my mother , its a hospital it should always be busy that is not an excuse are there no protocal for left behind ID ? Losing emirates ID is fined by law and needs to be reported to police this is a serious matter that need attention.

He truly lives up to his reputation for having gentle hands — the whole process was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Negative experience: I visited the Canadian Medical Center at this branch to undergo an X-ray, as requested by the branch located in Khalifa City A. Unfortunately, I was told by the receptionist that the X-ray could not be performed due to technical issues. I had traveled a long distance specifically to complete the procedure recommended by my doctor, but regrettably, all that effort was in vain. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled — it was a truly disheartening experience.

I had to change around my day’s work schedule to make it on time for a 5:00pm appointment only to be made to wait for 35 minutes with not a single explanation to what is causing the delay. Fantastic experience: When I first came to Dr. Paula I had terrible dark scaring on my face from an infection and medication. Dr. Paula said I would need 4 treatments to see if it would go away and I was very skeptical. But, I was pleasantly suprised and so pleased that in just one month of two sessions my scarring was 90% gone. She even recommended I postpone my 3rd treatment because she didn’t want to hurt my skin. I am so pleased with her attention to detail and care of my face. I had just started a new job and was mortified at the condition of my face and she saved the day. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist with staff who really care. Fantastic experience: The CMC Delma location has excellent appointment availability, offering Ramadan hours which worked perfectly with my schedule. I was very pleased that there were a good number of parking spaces available. The receptionists were professional, providing swift guidance and assistance. The nurses were warm, empathetic, and attentive, while simultaneously guiding me throughout my visits. The orthopedic surgeon was kind, performes an initial exam, and straightaway informed me of the next steps. The podiatrist, Dr. Edon, was very kind and professional. He asked pertinent questions and paid attention to my responses, all while explaining his reasons for asking, and suggested several options that I could take, depending on his examination. He then examined my problem, spoke through his assessment, and explained what he would do right then and there, and why. I agreed. He then proceeded to resolve the immediate issue, while also explaining what my next steps should be. Overall excellent service!!!

Negative experience: I asked the refund for a payment that I did in advance for invisible aligners treatment, due to the fact that there was too much confusion in the way the dealth with the payment plan and I decided not to go for it. I feel very sorry because the doctor, Dr Sally, is very nice and competent and I really would have like to benefit from her clear braces. I am glad I didn't because now it's It's been 2 months and I still didn't get any refund, even tho I was told that would have been in 10 days. Feel bad for the doctor, but the rest is totally unreliable and cufusing. I never write negative reviews, but I am very disappointed.

Negative experience: I want to express my disappointment regarding the unprofessional behavior of one of the receptionists, Alena, during my visit yesterday, 03/02/25. As a new patient, I was hoping for a warm and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, I was met with quite the opposite. Upon my arrival, I informed her that I had forgotten my physical Emirates ID and asked if I could provide a soft copy instead. Rather than responding professionally or offering guidance, she spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, making me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Later, when I was asked to make a payment, I requested clarification about the charges. Once again, she answered in a condescending and unhelpful way, making me feel as though I had no right to ask and should simply pay without explanation. This treatment was not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful. Instead of feeling cared for as a patient, I left feeling small and disrespected. I understand that hospital policies must be followed, but I strongly believe that every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, patience, and respect. No one should feel intimidated or unwelcome when seeking medical care. I hope that this matter be addressed, as no patient should have to go through such an experience. Update: I have decided not to delete this review as I believe it reflects my experience. However, I appreciate the receptionist reaching out and apologizing today, 04/02/25—it means a lot. I hope this experience serves as a reminder to improve the service for the future.

I’ve visited countless dentists for an array of issues over many years, and none were as skilled, attentive and reassuring as Dr Ahmed. I needed very complex dental work done to my very visible four front teeth after extensive damage. My enamel and fillings were compromised, and I was skeptical of the treatment options offered by other dentists in other clinics. I am beyond satisfied with the results of Dr Ahmed’s work. My teeth look very natural and healthy now. He made sure to use the highest quality filling material and was very patient and careful with the restoration process, despite it requiring intense focus over long periods of time, which is impressive. Negative experience: I don't know what's wrong with this clinic a minute ago. The orthodontist doctor contacted me himself to tell me that he cancelled my appointment for his personal reasons, but I had paid for a taxi before to reach the clinic and he didn't care about this. Everyone must understand that we have other obligations.They must not comply with appointments and cancel them minutes before. This behaviour is not suitable for this clinic. I am very sad and I hope someone will act to solve this problem.

Fantastic experience: Recently visited CMC Abu Dhabi branch for a procedure with Dr Paula Maria Nelson. (lovely facility). Never thought it will be that fast and nicely done, but it was, and done to my satisfaction. Thank you Dr Paula.

Negative experience: I recently visited CMC and was quite disappointed by their procedures. Unlike most medical centers and hospitals where they send for insurance approval before starting any physiotherapy sessions, here they would ask you to schedule an evaluation first with a physiotherapist before sending the claim form for approval even after already seeing the doctor. This feels like a backward approach and time consuming to be honest as in other hospitals and medical centers, they always send for approval first before doing any evaluation for physio sessions. They also charge AED 100 for a medical report so even if you have insurance, you still need to pay extra charges. It's frustrating. They also don't have a pharmacy and I had to go to an external pharmacy only to be told that I couldn’t get my medications under insurance without that costly medical report. While the doctor and nurses I saw were kind and professional, the overall experience at this facility left much to be desired.

Fantastic experience: I have my wisdom tooth extraction scheduled and even postponed the original schedule because Im afraid of the pain I need to go through but I am extremely grateful to have been treated by Dr. Dheeraj Ramesh. He is very knowledgeable and have explained in detail. His gentle touch made even the Anesthesia injection pain bearable. Throughout the entire tooth extraction procedure, I did not experience any pain at all, and thanks to the medications he prescribed, I felt comfortable even after the process. Dr. Dheeraj Ramesh also makes sure to keep you informed about the next steps he will take. His assistant is equally friendly and helpful. I used to dread getting my teeth cleaned because it was always painful, but thanks to this amazing Physician, I am no longer anxious about visiting the dental clinic.

Negative experience: I met with an orthopaedic for back pain and he was a thorough professional and gave me the right advise. However, the management of the Medical center is extremely poor. I have been waiting on for 4 days now to get my physiotherapy started. It turns out that the center has not even applied for an insurance claim yet, even after 4 days! And the excuse that I have been given is that the staff member who applies for insurance claims is on sick leave. Is there no one else available in absence of the staff to get the work done? What if the staff goes on annual leave, do they wait for them to return and all claims remain pending until such time? Very disappointed. Not going back again for sure.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to write this review about my dentist Dr Dheeraj , it was an excellent experience with him . If anyone is seeking for a good dentist in Abudhabi undoubtedly i can recommend Dr.Dheeraj. I was not comfortable to smile with my broken teeth and also suffered alot with my decayed tooth . Dr Dheeraj solved my all problems. He did an amazing job with my broken tooth repair.He is very kind and professional. Thanks for treating me well.

Negative experience: Really nice facilities, but I had a terrible experience with Dr. Paula Maria Nelson! She recommended Accutane for my skin, but the way she did it was really shaming. It felt like she was putting me down just to make a sale. I've never experienced such blatant body shaming from anyone, let alone from a medical "professional". It seemed like she was more interested in pushing the medication than caring about how her words affected me. Honestly, if you're looking for a dermatologist who treats you with kindness and understands sensitivity, I would NOT recommend Dr. Paula Maria Nelson. No one should leave a doctor’s office feeling worse than when they arrived.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr Steve Marsland and he is genius as a chiropractor. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He always sorts out my back problems and provides great relief.

Fantastic experience: I did visit the clinic for my chronic neck and lower back pain, I met the Chiropractor Doctors and they are the best! Each Doctor had their own kind of expertise. I also had a positive experience in the treatment, customer service, and overall process in the clinic. I highly recommend this medical center if you are looking for a certified clinic inside Abu Dhabi City.
