After a big struggle I was able to connect with Gargash Hospital. Fantastic experience: The overall service here is way better than other premium hospitals, very high standards. I visited a few doctors here, ENT, Cardiologist, Internal Medicine. I found all to be very good, knowledgeable and take their time to explain. The client manager came to see me, just to check if everything is alright. From the moment you enter, you feel cared for. There is barely any waiting time and excellent support staff. My new prefered hospital.

I came to her at 33 weeks pregnant after a not-so-great experience elsewhere, and from the very first appointment, she made me feel completely comfortable. Her presence during the birth was amazing and she made the entire experience feel calm, special, and supported. I can’t thank her enough for being such a vital part of our journey. Her nurse assistant Ruby was equally wonderful, kind, gentle, and so genuinely caring. Their teamwork and warmth meant so much to us during such an important time. The British Care Team (Julie, Leanne , Cora & Suzi) were another huge highlight of our experience. Always just a call or message away no matter the time of day. They provided incredible support from the very start of pregnancy through to after birth. Their kindness, reassurance, and genuine care never went unnoticed. No question ever felt too big or too small, and their continued check-ins after birth really meant a lot. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for us. A huge thank you as well to all the maternity ward staff, who were truly lovely. They couldn’t do enough for you, always making sure you were okay and offering help in every possible way. The night nurses especially made those first few nights so much easier! They were patient, attentive, and always ready to lend a hand when we needed it most. Even the catering staff were amazing and friendly , always providing service with a smile. We also want to give a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Amany, our baby’s paediatrician. She has been incredible throughout. When our baby had to be admitted to NICU a few days after birth, Dr. Amany reassured us with compassion and clarity. Her care and calm presence meant so much during that emotional time. The NICU staff were also outstanding! So informative, and so loving with our baby. We cannot recommend this hospital enough. Every single person we encountered was part of what made our experience so positive and memorable. We are forever grateful to each and every staff member who supported us through our pregnancy and birth journey. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Fantastic experience: I am currently 6 months pregnant and had been going to another gynaecologist in Dubai that I just did not feel really cared, all the appointments were rushed and there was just a lack of a personal touch. After speaking with some other ladies they told me this is normal in Dubai. Then I met the British care team recommended Dr Sabari at Gargash and she was so welcoming, really got to know me and my husband and explained what the next 3-4 months looked like. She made us feel really comfortable. We left the room feeling the best, which has been the opposite affect of what we have experience in the last 6 months. Could not recommend the hospital, Dr Sabari and the British Care Team enough. ☺️

He told me, “At Gargash, we treat people like family” — and I genuinely felt that. It’s this kind of mindset that sets healthcare leaders apart. The quality of service was a clear upgrade compared to Aster Clinics and Medcare — a noticeable difference in professionalism and patient care. Even though the hospital is far from Jebel Ali, it’s absolutely worth the drive. Special mention to the gastroenterologist, Mr. Salloum — a real gem. He took the time to explain my case with sketches on paper, which I found both original and incredibly educational. And Dr. Tarek, the dentist, was equally professional and reassuring. Fantastic experience: I visited this hospital and found the medical staff to be extremely cooperative and warmly welcoming — from the youngest employee to the most senior consultant. I would like to especially thank Mr. Ma’moun, who accompanied us from one place to another until all our needs were fully met. I chose this hospital because I was looking for a high-resolution MRI with 3 Tesla strength. After a long search, I finally found it here. I also suffer from claustrophobia, so I requested sedation before the scan. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. The room I stayed in was clean and excellent. Even the hospital meals were great – healthy and tasty (I still remember the rice and yoghurt combo!), and the room felt more like a private hotel suite than a hospital. In short, Gargash Hospital combines medical expertise with the service of a 5-star hotel. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of serious, compassionate healthcare in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: 2 weeks ago I had a "Labioplasty" operation. The operation was performed by Dr. Daria Fedorenko. Everything went very well, I was transferred to a ward where I stayed for half a day, then they sent me home. The rehabilitation at home also went very well. Nothing hurt, there were no complications. Dr. Daria is a very good specialist, I recommend her to everyone!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. We verified our insurance eligibility with the call center prior to our visit, which led us to travel a long distance to see an ENT doctor for our 1.5-year-old son. However, upon registration, we were informed that the hospital had an internal conflict with our insurance and would not accept it. This was particularly distressing as it was an emergency due to my baby's ear infection. The following day, we booked an appointment with Kings Medical College Hospital, and our experience there was excellent. The appointment process was hassle-free, and we encountered no issues. Later, I received a call from the original call center, apologizing for the miscommunication and confirming that our insurance was indeed accepted. I was shocked to learn that this mix-up caused my baby to endure additional pain for a day due to the hospital's negligence. I will never consider returning to that hospital again, and this disappointment will stay with me.
