Negative experience: Today i have a really bad experiance i go for followup after 3 days but still i did not get my x ray report in rediology department they make me up and down from 4th floor to ground floor 3 times to get my report but nothing i waited for an hour with seviour kidney stone pain.

Negative experience: Horrifying experience! If there is anything less than 1, I would rate that. Slow response with the call center, no one picks up when being transfered to your preferred hospital location. The first question I got asked at the reception is what is my insurance? I wait to see a consultant surgeon ( Zelal Al Abed ), and the treatment was abysmal. No respect for my condition, she doesn't even care to take my medical information card when I extended my hand ( that has instructions from my surgeon, that knows my condition and was the one that did my surgery ) which I needed to follow by the way, refusing to follow that saying that she will conduct her own assessment and will pick what needs to be done regardless of what I require and need not taking into account how crucial that is to my recovery and healing to follow the instructions of my surgeon ( Being a consultant surgeon, that doesn't justify this treatment and lack of basic manners and disregard for the instructions provided by a fellow colleague shared for the care of their patient ). Not only that, I get sent to wait at the procedure room expecting as she said that she would be following shortly, I find out that she starts accepting another patient during the time of my consultation where there was no respect for my time which is paid for. I was kept waiting with no news whatsoever and with this rudeness I left refusing to be treated this way. Wouldn't recommend this hospital or this specific doctor, that has no regard for their patients , their care or their specific needs ( Seeing as clearly this was a response to knowing it was done by a different surgeon that is not from their hospital or done in their hospital ).

Fantastic experience: A life changer experience, just as I thought that my left eye will never ever be cured Dr. Aaed Jalal Mohammed save me. I’ve been depressed and hopeless for 5 months for a redeye that keeps coming back and getting worse,I’ve been with a 4 different ophthalmologist but only Dr Jalal cured me. With right treatment and prescription all went back to normal. What an amazing dr. Saying Thannnnnnnnk youuuuuu is not enough❤️

Negative experience: Not recommended at all. Very bad experience and behavior with the patients.. The valet parking is mandatory by their third-party company and without responsibility for any damage in the vehicle. Many complaints to the customer service department without any response and with bad behavior with the patients ( No solutions and bad response and behavior ) and the reply is ( No solutions and do whatever you want!!! ) I will never visit this hospital and i will share this bad experience with all of my friends and relatives. Fantastic experience: I was admitted as a day patient for a procedure. From the moment I stepped into the facility I was treated with care. The nurses were very attentive and helpful, the anaesthetist informative and calming and the consultant very courteous and educational. Members of staff not involved in my care engaged in conversation and enquired about my health. The experience was a very positive one and made the experience much more relaxed. Thank you. ☺️

Negative experience: I was seen by Dr. Moath and Dr. Moufid, who were both excellent, friendly, professional, and highly experienced. However, my overall experience was not smooth, and I left feeling disappointed due to issues with the coordination and communication from the support team. The call center and clinic reception, particularly at the urology clinic, lacked proper follow-up. I received incorrect information from the call center regarding follow-up appointments. They informed me that follow-ups were not restricted to 7 days, but later I was told I would need to pay the co-payment again because no slots were available within the 7-day window. Additionally, no one from the clinic’s secretarial team contacted me to arrange my follow-up, which I believe is essential to avoid unnecessary charges or inconvenience. The clinic should take responsibility for coordinating follow-up appointments to ensure a seamless and patient-friendly experience.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 5:15. I arrived 4:45 to complete all the formalities. The doctor was running late. Nobody informed me of that. The doctor showed up 5:35 and started attending another patient. I waited until 5:55. I went to the counter and asked the staff to cancel my appointment because I had been waiting too long. She returned my ID like nothing had happened. Nobody bothered, and I wasted my time in the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Niaz Khan today honestly, he is one of the best doctors I have met in my life, but there is a bad note, which is that the doctor was alone and there was no nurse to help him, and he asked the person in charge more than once, but to no avail, while every doctor has a nurse to help him and the patient as well.

Fantastic experience: The endoscopy unit team and gastroenterology consultant Dr Naglaa were very caring, patient and professional. From when I entered the unit, the receptionist was very welcoming and had a smile on her face. We joked about couple of things and this made me feel less anxious. The assistants also informed me at every step of the way what to expect and reassured me it would be fine. They were all welcoming and made me feel relaxed and less nervous. Fantastic experience: Dr Khaled Al Aal Vascular surgeon @ Medi Clinic Town Centre. One of the nicest, most humble and thoughtful surgeons I’ve encountered. He is definitely worth the visit by anyone who has been suffering with their varicose or spider veins.

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experienced! When I go for check up for severe cough flu, due to the weather change. When I reach to Mediclinic Al ain, I was entertain directly by the reception guy who's named Javudullah Balkiaz Khan this guy promote the quality and equality of the hospital. And to mention the nurses that checking my vitals, they are very attentive to the patient, and mostly the doctor, she come several times into my room to check and explained about my status of what I fell. Thank you so much Doctora Anna Marie Diaz the best doctor ive ever meet after a long period of time staying in UAE. God Bless you all mediclinic staff and management.

Negative experience: Dr. Samira (gyne) the worst and rudest doctor ever..NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED !! Never met a doctor with such impolite behavior, I took my wife for check up yesterday but due to her comments and way of talking on my wife made us soo upset that we left her room without taking any treatment. Mediclinic is a reliable brand in the hospital industry but such doctors are the reason people dont wish to come there !!

Negative experience: Today Friday 28th I went to consult a general doctor. They had been sending me to one reception to another just to open a file for me. It took so long and the receptionist was so rude. She didn't attend to the patients she was busy enjoying talking to a lady about her personal things. It was so annoying. Doctor hana was so good but the main receptionist and the one in emergency section were sooo annoying.

Negative experience: On July 10th I went to Mediclinic to book an appointment with a doctor but to my surprise, I had to stand there at the reception almost for 20 minutes since I found them talking on one phone with a patient a bit at a loud volume and even a by passer can hear what the patient was saying I thought maybe it's an emergency for all of them to be on one phone. when they finished we started on my appointment I asked if I can see the doctor the following day but they told me that it was not possible so asked when the doctor will be available they told me on Sunday which was a bit far but said it's okay. I booked the appointment but to my surprise, they sent me a message on Thursday that my appointment was canceled since I found there missed call I called back to know the reason why but they told me that the doctor will not be available on that day imagine waiting all those days for to just cancel. I wanted to book again but they were giving me another week so I had to give up.

Negative experience: Very very poor service of all the receptionist in the groundfloor!!! I get mawaqif fines because of them!!! I informed them when the valet parking came pls call me in the room, as i have my baby in emergency!!!! but no one called!! And i get fines!! Im was leaving my key to the reception that time but he dont want to take. Then i told him to update me when the valet is there and he said ok, so i can give the key. But he never informed even the security!!! I file a complain but no one called me!! Local guy from reception he get my number but until now no one called me!!! Very very unprofessional!!!!

Negative experience: I Received a call from a GP, she speaks like she wants to go to toilet. Too fast, angrily and not detailed . And I’ve been in pharmacy, and the pharmacy supervisor was loudly talking to another pharmacist asking “why theres lot of patients, when will they die” They sounds unprofessional. I’m here today again! With my mobile app appointment. I wasn’t entertained with my online appointment through their “mymediclinic24/7” app but it wasn’t accepted because im only a daman basic holder. I was certain with my appointment because i was supposed to book an appointment for ortho specialist but its bot for daman basic holder. So i booked for a GP and it was proceed and appointment was confirmed. But when i come to he facility here in Al Ain i was declined with my appointment. What is the sense of this application if it will not be validated here in the facility.? useless. At least make you app as MyMediclinic PREMIUM . So basic holder will not use it. It’s not useful.

Positive experience: The waiting time at this hospital is so long!! You wait easily 30 mins after your appointment. But on the other hand, Dr. Waleed for ENT is an excellent doctor! I was disappointed by the long wait times at the hospital's pharmacy. I had to wait for over an hour to receive my medication, which was frustrating. If you're in a hurry, you might want to consider going to a pharmacy outside the hospital to save time. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hospital for its competent doctors and high-quality care.

Negative experience: Worst hospital ever , in emergency its taking longtime to wait before they assist you I bring my husband in emergency for suffering high fever and severe headache but its take 2 hours we are waiting in the emergency reception before we got assisted. This is the worst worst hospital ever .Some Indian nurse are unprofessional mostly the Doctor name Ibrahim Anwar he is very unprofessional doctor I was there with my husband because his suffering a high fever when he visited my husband he was talking so loud like he is shouting my husband and he call me by his hand oke a dog to move out in the room of my husband.. Positive experience: We would like to thank Ms. Dalia, you can see her at the Front desk cash counter in Al Ain Mediclinic OP and Ms. Shamaila, lab technician, both of them are kindhearted, good behaviour and help all types of patients equally. Both of them helped us to solve a difficult situation. We had similar experience many times before. Having theses types of professional staffs, are really helpful for many patients. . However, there is a Filipino short haired lady staff at the main reception, behaved very badly and insulted my 2 month's pregnant wife recently.

Negative experience: The worst experience I have ,no proper assessment, wasting of time ,came to pharmacy the give token and i wait for my turn like 1 hour and then they said there is no prescription and the doctor already left by 1 pm and the end they will say sorry for that and you will wait untill tomorrow again for the prescription. Negative experience: I had a bad experience with one of the receptionist. It took me 3 hours to see a doctor because of the mistake they make and this receptionist is very rude and don't want to assist but has time to laugh and chat with his colleagues. And this receptionist guy instead of accomodating me, he looks very angry and ask me to speak to another receptionist even though i informed him that i am not feeling well and i have an appointment.
