Fantastic experience: This review is for Dr. Mekki Medani, Consultant Vascular Surgeon. I had an excellent experience from diagnosis of venous insufficiency, through surgery and after-care. Dr. Medani has a calm, confident manner that put me at ease as he explained the condition, treatment and post surgery experience. The entire process was efficient, painless and without stress. He even responded to a distress call on a Sunday when my washing machine broke with my compression stockings trapped inside. I highly recommend this Dr if you require a Vascular Surgeon.

Positive experience: Wonderful clinic and beautiful work expert doctors and nurses - very kind ! - but the waiting time …. Too long - 45mins minimum to be even “addressed “ or serves

Negative experience: I came in for orthopedic appointment and got prescribed physiotherapy. Once I came for the physio appointment,unfortunately I was late due to the crazy traffic outside of the mall and once I reached the reception,the receptionist named Noura made it very clear to me I will not get the full 45 min treatment since I was late. I explained why I was late and did not like this approach with lack of empathy for the patient who was in pain. I told her I did not come for the hair appointment and there is no point in having a short physio therapy session. She then informed the next available slot is in 2 weeks when I snapped and left. Once I started walking away she said “byeeee” just like when we were kids in kindergarten with that sarcastic tone. I did not want to raise the complaint because Djordje (a physiotherapist) run after me and found an available slot for the next day (which made the receptionist look even worse) and this I appreciated very much. Both him and Arshi are great physiotherapists , caring ,kind and smart. On one of my multiple visits for the physio I popped in to see a dermatologist for a minor skin problem. I got the prescription cream along with two other less relevant creams. Once I came home,I realized the “main” cream is not in the bag. I checked in the car if maybe it slipped out somewhere but it wasn’t the case. I called the hospital and they were not able to connect with the pharmacy?!This hospital is a joke and feels very junior in their approach to patients. Clearly the staff is not trained and has no comprehension of responsibility when you work in a hospital

My husband had a great experience so I took a chance too. I found Dr. George gentle and took the time to explain each step of the procedure, reassuring me throughout. Cherry, the Dental Nurse Assistant, is highly competent and attentive—she ensures everything runs smoothly and makes the experience even more comfortable. Ana, the Patient Administrator who handles billing, is always accommodating and helpful. She’s warm, efficient, and makes every visit seamless. The entire team is professional, kind, and works together beautifully. I highly recommend them.

She took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand without ever making me feel judged or rushed. Her patience, her calm presence, and her ability to guide me through each next step with clarity (and zero stress!) made a huge difference in my recovery process. I walked away not just with answers, but with confidence. PS: She’s absolutely adorable, and that made the whole experience even sweeter.

Negative experience: The best doctors and facilities in Dubai there is no question. However the slowest most frustrating check in and billing process. Despite giving feedback for over a year through surveys after every visit nothing has changed. I’ve been with Mediclinic 15 years and I am seriously considering moving to another medical group as the process is so bad and it is just getting worse. The staff doing the check in and billing are incredibly slow. Every appointment runs late due to this inefficient process, sometimes you haven’t even checked in by your appointment time even if you are 20 minutes early. For a private practice you should not have to arrive 20 minutes early and you definitely should not be waiting for your appointment after the appointment time. Clearly you are not allowing the doctors enough time per appointment with each patient otherwise appointment times would be honoured. Processes need to be reviewed, technology needs to be better for check in process instead of relying on slow staff who do not care that you’ve been waiting and missed your appointment time.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience during my visit with Dr. George John at his dental clinic in Mediclinic Dubai mall and his assistant Cherry. Dr. George was very gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. Cherry was kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Their teamwork and warm approach really stood out. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I came to visit Dr manal Adi, she is the best pediatrician in Dubai, Dr. House of children. Highly recommend her and me and the kids love her. They are never scared and always a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Arshi Zohoor after suffering from persistent pain in my ankle and fascia due to some inflammation! After three sessions of physio therapy by Dr. Arshi and several exercises, I can say that the pain has markedly subsided. Her experience and deep scientific knowledge combined with her dedication and diligence have impressed me a lot and I can say that Dr. Arshi is unique in this respect. I’m writing this post to express my thanks to her.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction today and I just want to say thank you to the amazing team. Ms. Ana at the reception was so friendly and full of positive energy she made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Archana was very gentle and explained everything clearly, and her nurse was also really kind and caring. I felt well taken care of the whole time.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Zara Arezu Akhavan and her assistant were extremely professional, caring and supportive. No unnecessary actions. As a very spoilt and fussy Russian client , I’m used to a very high standard service. I could say that it is very difficult to satisfy me. But I am completely satisfied, happy. I trusted Dr. Zara from the 1st minute. I now booked all my family with the same doctor. If I could put 10 starts it would be there.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Chandan Tickoo for more than 10 years now and she has never disappointed me. She is very calm and gentle in nature. Always on point with her information and never gives false information. I had struggled with so many gynes before and now I’m just happy I’m in the best hands. She was with me throughout my two pregnancies and delivered my second. She has never failed me once and has always put me at ease. I can always trust her advice blindly and know I’m in safe hands.

Negative experience: Please do not rely on the positive comments about Chandan Tickoo. She often asks people to leave good feedback and only acts friendly before receiving it. Afterward, her behavior changes completely, she becomes indifferent, does not inform you about important screenings, and even forgets to request essential lab tests during pregnancy. What she says at the beginning does not match what happens in the end. Initially, she reassures you not to worry and promises to support a natural delivery. But later, she talks about induction or cesarean without much explanation and acts as if she no longer cares about your birth plan.

Fantastic experience: Dr George John did a very good job and the receptionist from the dental department was very accommodating. Would love to come back to this place 10/10

Fantastic experience: I don’t like visiting Hospitals in general, but the Dentistry Wing in here is great! Dr Zahra and Angelo are like your cool cousins.

Negative experience: I come to Mediclinic Dubai Mall only for the excellent doctors they are truly professional and caring. Unfortunately, the reception service is very poor. There are several staff at the desk, but usually only one is working, and very slowly. I often wait 20–30 minutes just to check in. It’s the slowest Mediclinic branch I’ve experienced in terms of front desk efficiency.

He came recommended by my terrific surgeon, Dr. Ahmad Yacoub, who performed surgery with impressive outcome. John is extremely knowledgeable, with a wealth of experience in handling a delicate rehab following surgery. He has done a great job guiding me towards full recovery. John also does all he can to accommodate my difficult schedule. Outstanding professionalism & great focus on patient care.

All the nurses were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure I felt well cared for and comfortable throughout my visit. I was kept well informed at every step, and the doctors came across as highly competent and professional. Of course, I wouldn’t wish illness on anyone – but if you do need medical care, I can truly recommend Mediclinic.

Negative experience: ⸻ Appalled by the unprofessional and insensitive treatment my mother received from Dr. Mona in the Dermatology department at Mediclinic Dubai Mall. My mother was only 7 minutes late to her appointment — due to delays at the clinic’s own reception — and despite having scheduled this consultation three weeks in advance, Dr. Mona refused to see her. What’s worse, this wasn’t a routine visit — my mother was experiencing an allergic reaction to a medication Dr. Mona had prescribed, and yet she still refused to accommodate her, not even a phone call. This level of negligence and lack of compassion from a healthcare provider is deeply disappointing and frankly dangerous. Mediclinic should seriously reconsider how they allow their doctors to treat patients, especially those in need of urgent follow-up. I would not recommend Dr. Mona in the Derma department to anyone.

Negative experience: I really like Mediclinic. I’ve been many times in few of their branches. Writing this review because the waiting on the reception for registration and payment in the Dubai Mall branch has become really really really long. I waited one hour last time. I thought that’s unusual and won’t happened again but today is exactly the same!! Please speed up the registration and payment process!! I took my token at 10:37 AM, now it’s 11:10 and I still haven't been registered! My token is 541, they’re currently calling 534.
