Thank you to Dr. Dora (my OB), Dr. Smitha and to the operating room team, to my midwife from the first day of my admission, to all the nurses especially Ana and all the staff, and thanks also to the maternity coordinator Ms. Thelma, no words can describe how they will treat you well with tender love and care. The foods are great also. Housekeeping is also good, Admission is not difficult also specially in assisting for birth notification. Service is a complete package that you will not worry and get stress. Definitely one of the best service we experience.

Fantastic experience: I have a very positive experience with Wellcare Mediclinic in Garhoud. All doctors and nurses are very professional and more importantly, they have a human approach towards their patients. I spent here few times, always with something different and every time, they took very good care of me. The toughest surgery I've done here was most likely the seploplastery with a doctor Salwan Alabdullah. He's a real professional. I remember that he went to check on me after the surgery even at 10pm (most likely after his shift as he did my surgery in the morning the same day) just to see, how I am recovering. Moreover, the cleaning staff they keep rooms, corridors and toilets neat and clean. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have known Doctor Amir Nisar from Fakeeh University Hospital. He had previously treated me for toe nail and for the second time I had look to look out for him for a different toe nail and luckily found him working for Mediclinic WellCare hospital. When someone looks for previous doctor either it means he’s in trouble or he’s too good. In this case it does mean that he stands out when it comes to knowledge and expertise in what he does. He has professionally handled my toe nail treatment even for the second time and recovery is pretty fast which he rightly indicated. Although he is a surgeon with his vast experience he can also handle teo nail issues. Mine was bothering me for years until I met him. Let’s not forget he is accompanied by a great Nurse staff Mrs. Naseera Tabassum. They make a great team and are well versed with what they do. Fantastic experience: We went to Dr Alphy with the reference of a friend who was also her patient. We have no words really to describe the care and empathetic treatment she did for my wife's laproscopic surgery for hysterectomy. From antenatal classes with Ms. Thelma Uy, who’s been supportive and informative with mother and baby’s support and Mediclinic facilities; Dr. Dora Dimarucut, our OBGYN, from day1 was very pleasant and hands ON, which is the number one reason that affected our decision to choose Mediclinic to deliver my baby; our midwives/nurses namely Chipo, Fatima, Steph, Ann who were there for us every single time of our journey meeting our little one, easing my pain during labor and always reassuring us; the housekeeping team headed by Shaimah and catering staffs, all gave us wonderful experience. The facilities and care were highly recommended and appreciated even post delivery care by the doctors. We left hospital with the assurance the me and our baby was in good hands. Negative experience: The hospital staff and the doctors are excellent but I had bad experience with the pharmacy. I clearly mentioned that don't obtain the approval for medicine as I opt to take the medicine from outside. In spite of informing up front Welcare pharmacy has taken the approval and when I went to get medicine from outside it was denied. This is the third time it happened to me from the pharmacy. I have already made complains to the hospital staff but not sure what corrective action taken.

I was a little worried as the kid’s saturation was not good but under the kind observation of dr jessy and fellow doctors my baby recovered Alhumdullilah moreover the nurses and the staff made me relaxed they calmly satisfy me with all the question I am asking them repeatedly. Negative experience: After meeting the dr. No one calls with updates or shares the reports. Follow ups and.complaints raised, no solution. When I miss the call they closed the complaint saying it's resolved. So no call from doctor or hospital, no reports shared and complaints closed after 1 call to the registered contact number irrespective of whether welcare spoke to the concerned person or not.
