Fantastic experience: Highly professional health care staff. Great thanks to Ms. Stephanie in ICU, Mr. Ussama in Cardiology and special thanks to Dr. Ahmed Mostafa Cardiologist for their support and care.

Negative experience: You might expect something entirely different from a centre that looks like a luxury hotel and where few insurance policies apply because of how expensive it is. But no… Horrendous service: impersonal, arrogant staff, and painfully slow. Avoid if you can. It’s a real pity because many of the doctors here are truly excellent. But god help you if you need anything from the phone line (which will ask you to walk in and then leave you on your own fighting the nurses...), half empty check-in desks with long lines. The attitude suggests they think no other hospitals exist in Dubai… Today was my last bad experience with you.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Shikha Saxena for many years since Parkview hospital first opened it doors. Dr Shikha successfully delivered both my babies in 2019 and in 2022, she is truly an incredible Doctor. Dr Shikha is kind, attentive and patient centric. She listens to every concern and explains everything clearly, balancing her caring nature with professionalism. I have always felt safe, supported and confident in her care and in her diagnosis and decisions throughout pregnancy and non pregnancy related care. Thank you Dr Shikha, you are truly one of a kind! Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Mediclinic, especially under the care of Dr. Sheila, my OBGYN. I faced some complications during my pregnancy, including bronchitis that landed me in the ER in my final month and a transverse baby. Throughout it all, Dr. Sheila’s medical expertise, professionalism, and care were truly outstanding. Thanks to her, we were able to safely deliver our baby, and both of us are healthy today. I felt completely safe knowing I was in such capable hands.

Fantastic experience: Embracing one of the most beautiful things in my life was pregnancy journey where it would never be the best without Dr Iman and Dr Azam. Their communication simplifyung all steps and clearing out doubts was really important and helpful. Then came in the maternity experience where Dr Daisy was best of the best, proactively handling the situation with it's complications made it within few hours. Giving birth with Dr Daisy was an unforgettable moment since she's so supportive and cooperative. The staff are really professional specially midwife. Nurses were there all the time providibg care and support. Thank you Mediclinic for the care, hospitality and the Celebratory dinner.

Negative experience: Very bad queuing... despite multiple complains from many patients... the queueing on check in, billing, Lab and pharmacy is terrible... you need to wait more than 20 mins to reach check in counter and then wait again 10-15 mins to be checked in... then again 20 mins to reach counter to do billing... that's a waste of time and disrespect for patients time... the hospital management has to give attention to this and find a solution... I personally complained multiple times during last year and things are getting worst and worst

Your first instinct is to seek immediate relief and answers, trusting that medical professionals will guide you compassionately and clearly. Unfortunately, our recent experience at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital with Dr. Ashok Bohra, Consultant Physician, General Surgery MPAR was the opposite of compassion, clarity, and professional care. My 22-year-old daughter recently suffered severe gallbladder attacks, causing intense pain, nausea, and repeated vomiting, leading to hospitalization. Initially, we received a recommendation for gallbladder removal surgery. Understandably concerned, we sought a second opinion from Dr. Ashok Bohra, at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital to better understand our options before proceeding with surgery. From the moment we entered his clinic, instead of reassurance or guidance, we were met with abruptness and dismissiveness. Dr. Ashok Bohra, immediately demanded previous test results, which we explained were still being transferred from another hospital. Rather than offering patience or professional guidance on how to proceed in the meantime, he insistently pushed for us to redo all tests at his clinic, despite our assurances that we would promptly provide existing results. When we asked if there were alternative strategies we could explore prior to committing to surgery, such as dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, or monitoring, he responded defensively and dismissively. Our questions, rooted in genuine concern and natural hesitation about the lifelong implications of surgery for someone so young, were treated as challenges rather than valid inquiries. Dr. Ashok Bohra, went as far as ridiculing my concerns as a mother, mocking my legitimate questions about potential long-term impacts on liver health. When I shared that I initially learned about gallbladder issues through online resources, including reputable AI tools like ChatGPT, he openly mocked this approach instead of acknowledging our valid search for answers during a time of uncertainty. To compound this unprofessional interaction, exactly 14 minutes into a paid 15-minute consultation (which cost 650 AED), we were abruptly ushered out without resolution, guidance, or even basic courtesy. The message was clear: patient care was secondary to TIME and BILLING. Healthcare is not merely transactional, it demands empathy, understanding, and respect for patient concerns, especially when surgery is involved. Our interaction with Dr. Ashok Bohra, lacked all these crucial elements, leaving us feeling undervalued, unheard, and deeply disappointed. We hope our experience serves as constructive feedback for Mediclinic Parkview Hospital to reconsider the approach taken by its medical professionals. Patients deserve clarity, empathy, and thoughtful advice, not rushed consultations, dismissive attitudes, or ridicule for seeking understanding from multiple sources. Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience at Mediclinic Hospital. The nurses were kind and attentive, and the hospital room felt more like a hotel room — clean, spacious, and very comfortable with complete bathroom amenities. A special thank you to Dr. Sheila Labrador, who always made me feel safe and reassured. Her positive words really helped me stay calm and not overthink before my surgery. I’m truly grateful for the care I received.

Negative experience: One of the most tiring trips to the emergency. I came to the emergency due to gastroenteritis and dehydration, and instead of seeing me they sent me up to the outpatient clinics, when i could barely walk, they made me pass by billing and receptions instead of feeling better i felt worse. And then the doctor prescribed IV medication and they sent me to a small room instead of a bed. It was a recliner chair which was very uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the care and knowledge shared by the sports medicine specialist Dr Alan Kourie and his department. Parking, valet or self parking is chaotic and stressful. You need to have better communication in allowing cars in & out your parking. It's a collateral unnecessary added stress to patients pre and post care. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Parkview hospital for my hand physio with Charmaine Reed. She has been an important step in my recovery from carpal release surgery. She is well informed and has an evidence based clinical approach to treatment. I would also like to commend the physiotherapy front desk for their friendly and helpful attitude towards all the patients, especially Ms Anjali Nichani who went above and beyond her duties to find appts for me,despite my difficult schedule.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting the physiotherapy department in parkview hospital since last year when I had my 1st hand surgery. Then, again this year after my 2nd hand surgery. The front desk people in the physio department are very friendly. In particular, Ms Anjali Nichani has been very profesionally cooperative and supportive, managing my appointments, handling my insurance issues, and following up with all parties. My hand therapist Mr Arthur Agero has played a fundamental role in my recovery and healing, due to his professiobal knowledge and evidence based approach. He also showed genuine patient care and personalised treatment approach.

Negative experience: The worst experience I've ever had. Extremely poor service, they seem more focused on charging for unnecessary appointments than actually helping. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I will definitely never return and do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Negative experience: Good doctors but service is very bad. Torn my meniscus, did mri and almost 10 days since my first visit i still did not start a treatment because of poor efficiency from their staff. Asked for a manager to call to share my feedback hoping they can sort it out, but ofcourse no manager/supervisor called. Whats the point of getting treated after 2 weeks when you are in severe pain? Extremely disappointed!

Negative experience: Sadly I’m sharing my experience here after failing to find anyone who could help on this matter during my stay at the hospital. The mattress of the maternity bed put me in agony on top of all the pain I was going through after CS, it only added a new pain for me which is lower back, the mattress was worn out in the center with zero support, putting all the body body weight pressure on my lower back spine bone and caused some sort of skin burn in my lower back. I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t sit anywhere comfortably in the room as it only had wooden arms charms with very lightly cushioned seats. Everyday I complained to a different staff about it but no one had any solution to offer. Even the breastfeeding and pumping was so inconvenient due to the chairs with wooden arms - being the only option in the room. The TV screen was malfunctioned also and the cleaning of the room was not done properly, we had to instruct them to dust/wipe the surfaces otherwise it wasn’t getting done. The celebratory meal was a very nice gesture though I wish they paid more attention to the basic needs like the mattress and customer feedback during the stay. And I have to give it to the most amazing night nurse Jean who was such a super star!

Fantastic experience: My Pregnancy and Maternity Journey with Mediclinic is beyond compare and simply amazing! I'm so grateful to be under the care of Dr.Sheila Labrador;- she provided me with genuine care and carried me through my pregnancy complications till delivery. Her fun, calm and reassuring support helped me get pass my placenta previa and fear of CS-operation, as this is my first major operation. I'm So happy with my "INVISBLE CS-SCAR" made by her capable and magical hands! It's great to have doctors like her who treat patients with utmost care beyond expectations. Overall, my experience with Parkview is impeccable and unforgettable. The surprise "CELEBRATORY MEAL" for parents and Gift bag is something that i would treasure and be grateful for, -along with the Nurses on duty, anesthesiologist, Pediatric doctors and even housekeeping staff for exceptional service and dedication given to all patients. We were treated like Guests in a LUXURY HOTEL-hospital. All needs are provided with quick response and compassion, making sure that our stay was comfortable. We were not discharged until both me and my baby are well and healthy. Will surely highly recommend Mediclinic for a memorable Life event.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this hospital for its excellent care and friendly staff. Especially to Dr. Sheila, I am forever grateful to her. Since Day 1, She is very easy to talk to, and taking time to listen to my concerns about PCOS, I thought before I won’t get pregnant but she assured me I will have a baby. Fast forward, I recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Though I had a transverse baby, She did a phenomenal job with my c-section. She made the entire birth experience exactly what I was hoping for. I felt safe and confident knowing I was in good hands. I am so blessed to have her and she will be forever be an integral part of my journey. I felt very comfortable also during the operation with all the nurses and anesthesiologist who reassured me that everything would be okay and provided me all the support I needed. It was a wonderful experience. Hospital looks like a hotel, Staff are professional and caring, they gave us also maternity bag with all the stuff I need for me and my baby. And one of the unforgettable experiences, hospital prepared a celebratory meal after I gave birth. Meals are delicious. Kudos Mediclinic Parkview Hospital!

Negative experience: If you care about your time being respected, do not come here. Our appointment was at 7PM, we arrived at 6:55PM. It is now 7:51PM we have been sitting here for an hour and still have not been let in for a simple family medicine appointment. Never bringing my family here again this is absolutely ridiculous.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this hospital for general issues like colds, and it used to be fine. But when I recently needed to see a specialist (orthopedic and physiotherapist), I was told the earliest appointment is in over a month - even after explaining it’s an urgent case. Getting any kind of feedback or action from their side takes an unreasonably long time. There’s no sense of urgency, and things move painfully slowly. Most recently, I requested an MRI, which is a relatively quick procedure, and again - I was given an appointment a week later, despite clearly explaining the urgency. No flexibility, no effort to help. This kind of delay in care, especially when someone is in pain and asking for timely help, is just unacceptable. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We had Rhiann visit us at home three times after our baby was born, and each visit was absolutely wonderful. She is super sweet, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. As new anxious parents, we felt so reassured and comfortable every time she came by. Her calm, supportive presence and expert advice made a real difference in those early days. We would highly recommend Rhiann to any new mums looking for guidance and a warm, caring professional by their side.

Negative experience: I’ve been waiting nearly two weeks for my iron infusion and a blood test to identify some antibodies my body has started producing to be scheduled. I’ve contacted the hospital's call centre daily and have been repeatedly promised call backs, none of which have ever happened. I raised a formal complaint with a senior nurse who personally promised I would receive a call back on Monday 9th June. That also never happened. I have submitted multiple complaints, all of which have gone unanswered. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and this ongoing negligence is putting both my health and the health of my unborn baby at risk but they don't seem too concerned with the lack of response. In addition to this, I was referred for physical therapy due to extreme back pain. I was given an appointment date that was just one week before my due date, at which point physical therapy would be of little to no benefit. When I inquired about seeing a male doctor who had earlier availability, I was denied access solely on the basis of being pregnant. I was even questioned why I would want to see a male doctor “in my condition” which I found both inappropriate and unprofessional. If I am happy with seeing a male doctor and he is capable of helping me then this request should not have been denied. If this is the level of basic care being provided, I strongly urge other pregnant women to consider alternative hospitals.

Negative experience: I went there for a blood test and stated that I did not want a doctor's examination and that I was just having a test. They made me wait a long time. When it was my turn, they directed me to another officer. They directed me to the same officer again. After waiting for a long time, I could not complete the process. I was kept waiting and no correct information was given, no help was provided. The prices are also high. Definitely not recommended. I had my tests done easily and at a much more affordable price at another health center.

Fantastic experience: I came in to Parkview Emergency ward on Saturday afternoon and was immediately sent to the Ophthalmology department where I was quickly diagnosed by Doctor Nazimul and advised I needed surgery ASAP. The operation went very smoothly and the room on the ward and treatment by the nursing and support staff was fantastic. Many thanks to Dr Nazimul, the anaesthetists and all the theatre support staff and the hospital staff in general for the care you gave me, it is truly appreciated.

Positive experience: I had my first baby at Mediclinic Parkview, and overall, I had a really good experience—especially during pregnancy and labor. I was under the care of Dr. Daisy Koh from the end of my first trimester, and she was amazing—calm, caring, never pushy, and always made me feel safe and informed. My labor was supported by Midwife Martha, who was just as incredible—kind, gentle, and very reassuring. I felt so supported during delivery, and I’m so grateful to both of them. That said, the postnatal care in the maternity ward was a letdown. There was a clear drop in service—no communication on when we’d be moved to our room after delivery (I was even served dinner in the labor room), and the second night was a mess. Nurses kept coming in repeatedly to do overlapping checks, waking us almost every hour. One nurse, Nazia, tried to do a blood test for my baby at 4:30 AM, but didn’t seem confident or informed, and her supervisor had to redo it entirely. As a new mom, I really needed answers and calm, and that wasn’t what I got that night. Thankfully, the nurse on duty during our discharge—Merry Johnny—was fantastic. She made everything smooth, explained things clearly, and even helped us with the car seat. She was a real breath of fresh air. In short, I highly recommend Dr. Daisy Koh and Midwife Martha, and I’m grateful for their care. But I do hope Mediclinic Parkview improves the postnatal nursing support to match the great care given during pregnancy and delivery.

Fantastic experience: My surgery experience was very positive. There was good quality of care also prior and after the surgery. The facilities were very good and comfortable. There was a bit of lack of clarity on the waiting area for my family. The surgery waiting area was abandoned. After a long time, we went back to the inpatient room area, and they said they would just bring the patient back here. So better to stay in the room.

Negative experience: Avoid Dr. Maria Morales at all costs. I had an extremely disappointing and painful experience with her at Mediclinic. I went in for a cavity treatment and possible root removal. She spent over three hours on my tooth — much of that time distracted or on her phone — only to remove the root and leave the cavity untreated. When I questioned this, she simply said, “You booked for a root canal, so I removed the root and left the cavity.” I was shocked — how can any professional think this makes sense? To make things worse, her approach was rough and careless. She injured my gum and lip, and when I became visibly upset and cried, she showed no empathy or concern. It’s hard to believe a clinic as reputable as Mediclinic would hire someone so incompetent and unprofessional. Please think twice before booking with her.

Negative experience: How can you have 10 pharmacy terminals and take an entire hour to process 10 patients .. ?? I absolutely dread this hospitals pharmacy, it's such a pain to go through it after each visit. This is the reason I avoid appointments in this hospital if I know it will end up with a medicine prescription.

Negative experience: Waiting for 5 days for my baby test results. A test that takes 2 hours. Laboratory is not assuming responsibility. Call center says someone will contact me and nothing. Raised more than 20 tickets. I do not recommend this hospital or any service from it.

Negative experience: Great doctors, bad administration. They submitted wrong documents for the insurance approval, then when it was approved they did not inform me until 6 days have lapsed from the approval and were checking if I can do it the next day. After my surgery, the sick leave stated was incorrect and I did not receive any post surgery instructions.

Negative experience: One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I waited over two hours for insurance approval, constantly checking the insurance app and calling—only to find out the hospital never even submitted the request. The receptionist at the OBGYN department was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. I also tried reaching the hospital call center multiple times with no response. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Negative experience: I had come for an ultrasound and to get my report I had to spend weeks calling this hospital and every time someone raises a priority request and that request doesn’t get solved. Followed up for weeks to get a patients report. Slow no prompt response , not solution oriented. Doesnt follow up with insurance team. Everything patient needs to do Never had this experience before in any hospital in UAE.Sad to say, luxury doesn’t meet service.

Negative experience: About my experience with the pharmacy and the Cole center, as well as the speed of service from the doctors side. I had a follow up appointment with the gastro doctor on monday. She prescribed antibiotics. I went to the pharmacy. It was busy. The guy said the insurance requested doctors report so it will take time. I asked if the meds can be delivered he said yes same day. I wrote my phone nr on the paper and left. I today is Thursday and still no medicine. Im calling them every day and inly today i got to know that no one even created this request and no one followed up with the insurance. The supervisor of the call center said they can deliver in 24-48 hours. Im in shock! I said this is totally unacceptable! Anyway i will never go back there

Negative experience: Horrible the lab toilets always in a terrible condition . I would fire this cleaning company on the spot . Coz this have been a consistent issue every time I visit the lab for test I would not recommend to do any lab test there Definitely I’m reporting this to the concerned authorities .

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service provided by the ENT staff (Nurse on the reception)Despite following all their instructions, including going to the main reception as directed, I was told that the matter could have been handled directly by the ENT team — making the entire process unnecessary . What’s most concerning is the lack of care and professionalism shown toward patients. During a time of illness, treatment should be handled with clarity, and proper guidance. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unwilling to support or take responsibility, and no senior staff were involved to resolve the issue. Healthcare is not just about procedures — it’s about people. Patients deserve better communication, support, and respect, especially when they are unwell.

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with Rhiann Mounji from the Mediclinic midwifery team, and she was truly a joy to work with. We booked the 3-visit package and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Rhiann was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also warm, positive, and reassuring throughout. She made us feel completely at ease and we learned so much from her. We would recommend her in a heartbeat — Mediclinic are very lucky to have her!

Yesterday morning I informed him; that there was worsening weakness in my left arm from 70% to 50% Increased numbness and tingling also left leg plus head. A sudden onset of nausea These symptoms are a change from my previous recovery status and have come on fairly suddenly. He called me right in and immediately asked an xray. Then send me straight with a nurse to ER.Got the best care snd attention. Dr Saba was very quick in ordering catscan, MRI head. What we learned was it was a tia. But not to worry as yes left leg is weak. as well left arm, but with the right medication worse (a stroke) can be prevented. My doctor Liza Wong cardiologist already gave me blood-pressure medication am truly so sooo lucky as dr Ruediger acted so fast, we can prevent another verdict. But what a by the doctor’s at mediclinic Am so heartfelt grateful for the gem staff and doctors at Parkview who absolutely refining care to THE BEST ONE CAN GET CAREnurse liya Joseph, nurse Jancy Thomas, ER Aodh Hurle, ER amazing doctor Saba, doctor Liza Wong and doctor Ruediger Stendel⭐️

Negative experience: I had an appointment which they asked to come by 20 minutes earlier to complete their formalities so i was expecting myself to attend to the doctor at the appointment time, been sitting for like an hour with no assistance and other patients came after me and they got assistance. The nurse just saying we have procedures and bla bla and she will call me. Small clinics are even better than this.

Fantastic experience: The midwife services are incredible. Linsey was great for my antenatal care and Rhiann was awesome on my home visits. The Hospital has several great issues regarding the staff (talking about my experience on delivering a baby there), but the midwives are outstanding.

Fantastic experience: I really recommend the midwife home visits to receive support in such a delicate moment after giving birth. Rhiann has been so kind and professional giving me the right advices to take care of the baby but to myself too.

Negative experience: Horrible experience at the breast clinic .. after seeing the doctor I got all tests done.. had to call and follow up twice to hear back from the doctor with report. Doctor called and suggested a biopsy as soon as possible and that the hospital would call back to schedule. It’s been 5 days and I was bound to go collect the reports and go see another doctor. Doctors assistant had serious attitude problem and never replied back to emails and queries

Negative experience: I came to the emergency room to book an appointment and the person gave me a doctor that specialized in something that had nothing to do with my problem. I then was asked to wait as they will get me a new doctor, and I stayed there for 2 hours waiting. Disgraceful

From prenatal checkups to the delivery, Dr. Aparna Gumma was incredibly calm, professional, and supportive every step of the way. She made us feel reassured and well-informed throughout the pregnancy. The hospital staff were equally kind, attentive, and efficient, and the facilities were top-notch. We’re truly grateful for the care we received and highly recommend both Dr. Aparna and Mediclinic Parkview to anyone expecting.

Fantastic experience: The post delivery experience with Rhiann at Parkview was truly exceptional. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects including checking our baby was on track, making sure my wife was recovering well and amazing with breastfeeding techniques. She gave my wife the support she needed in those critical days and weeks after giving birth and was very reassuring whenever we had any concerns. We couldn’t recommend Rhiann enough!

Fantastic experience: I went with my kid today as he was having ear pain and crying like anything and showed to Dr Shadeen and Dr Nikita who were quick and amazing in knowing the root cause however the act which allowed me to write was Chris who was available in pharmacy.He was so prompt and helpful who noticed that kid was in pain and will not allow me to wait in pharmacy.He did all the home work by himself and without me getting into trouble arranged medicines so quickly and I was able to leave the hospital happy with my little one.No doubt some heroes act quietly and come to rescue often when required.Chris is the real hero in this hospital.Thanku for all your help as sometimes mom do need help when they come alone to show their kids to docs.

Negative experience: Bad organisation - do not recommend unless you have days/ hours to hang around and wait. 30 minutes to get car back from valet in sweltering heat. And radiologist booked out/ not available.

The pharmacy then contacted me to confirm the shipment. Everything was very fast, and I'm truly happy and comfortable with the care and service.

Negative experience: One of the Worst Experiences of My Life – Still Traumatized After a Year I delivered my first child at Mediclinic Parkview almost a year ago, and I still can’t get over how horrible and traumatizing the experience was. What was supposed to be a magical, memorable time turned into a nightmare that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I came in for a normal delivery, everything was progressing well, I was fully dilated and in active labor. But shockingly, the doctor only appeared at the last minute and suddenly advised a C-section without proper explanation. I later found out that my hemoglobin was dangerously low (6), and they didn’t even inform me the same day. I only learned about it after suffering intense pain post-surgery, when they told me they needed to transfer blood. The staff was inattentive, slow, and cold. Any basic item we requested—painkillers, water, or even food—took forever to arrive. My sister had to escalate the issue to the service manager just to get basic support. The lactation consultant came only after I requested multiple times, and when she did, she was rude and dismissive because my baby was asleep. She told me she’d return later and never did. For a first-time mom with slow and painful recovery, the lack of empathy and care was heartbreaking. One of the moments that still breaks my heart is seeing my newborn baby wrapped in a rough, hard bathing towel instead of a soft baby blanket. When I asked the nurse why they didn’t use a proper blanket, she rudely replied, “You have to bring your own.” That was the first nurse I encountered, and her attitude during the baby’s first diaper change was so cold and unkind, it truly shocked me. I read reviews beforehand that mothers received a baby bag with essentials, which I never got. I didn’t have the energy to ask for it during my difficult recovery, but it should’ve been offered automatically. To this day, every time I’m forced to visit this hospital’s emergency department, I’m reminded of everything I went through. It’s the closest hospital to my home, which is the only reason I return—but the emergency services are just as unprofessional and frustrating. It’s a constant reminder of the pain and trauma I experienced here. This was supposed to be one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Instead, I walked away physically weak and emotionally shattered. I’m still healing—not just from the C-section, but from the trauma and neglect I endured at this hospital. I would never return to this hospital and strongly urge any expecting mother to think twice before choosing Mediclinic Parkview. Your birth experience matters. Mine was taken from me.

Negative experience: Left blood tests ordered in cardiology department due to many concerning symptoms. Didn’t receive my results until after TWO WEEKS when I called for the second time begging for them. Received my results- many many red flags markers which needs addressing. Did anyone call me about it ? NO. Did anyone follow up ? NO. Why did I leave blood tests, if no one is gonna address the results of them ?

Negative experience: Came in ER for an abscess. It was extremely painful and I barely walk. Waited 20’ for vital check - fine. Waiting 30’ after the vital check - just to see a doctor - this is not fine. Husband came out several time to ask if any doctor can attend , the ER was not that busy - the staff team was hanging out in the nurse station , having their chat & giggle but nobody was free enough to check on me. We end up leaving this place ( and still body care) and went to Kings colleague hospital where I was immediately put under morphine & had an emergency operation. Couldn’t bring myself to think of the consequences if I kept staying there and wait for their miracle. Avoid this place if you value your health & money !!!

Negative experience: Been trying to get in touch with the billing team for over 2 weeks now. No one ever picks up, and they never return calls. They've now "closed" my ticket without once speaking to me or releasing my AED 10,000 deposit.

Fantastic experience: ER in this hospital was something OUTSTANDING! Went 2 times because I was having a breathing issue and didn’t know what was going on. let’s be honest, if you go to ER you shout, cry, and demands things because you are feeling bad (it’s understandable) but also you can talk nicely as a human being Wich we ALL are… I was calm and patient and they treat me beyond expectations… turns out I was having a pneumonia case and didn’t know.. first day doctor was ok but I came Back next day as I couldn’t breathe again.. Second day the female doctor was extremely good and patient, listening whatever I said and always giving her recommendations.. my wife came later and they were in 100% communication about what procedures should be done and what to expect.. always with patient and care.. I know could be a silliness to write this in a ER review but, sometimes we forgot we all having issues in our life and they try their best to take care of us.. couldn’t feel more appreciated and valued as a human being as the time I was there feeling bad Thank you.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. They charge 290 dirhams for influenza test. Seems like a money making scam. Sukoon insurance refuses to cover the charge. I thought there was a reason for expats to get mandatory insurance so that they are not overcharged for tests and treatments. Yet hospitals like these make a business out of treating patients.

Negative experience: Parking situation is a nightmare! I spent 30 minutes looking for a parking spot and was late for my appointment! And then waiting for the elevators made me even more late! Also there are two sets of elevators and it is very complicated knowing where to go! Two physiotherapy departments on opposite ends and not clear which one to go to!!!! I went to one on level 7 and they told me no its the one on opposite end on level 4!!!! So then had to wait another 10 minutes for elevator to go back to lobby and walk to the other sets of elevators!!! Then had to wait another 10 minutes for elevators AGAIN!!! The worst layout and design!

Anjali sorted out all my appointments for my physio sessions, and the team at the physiotherapy departement was kind and helpfull as well. Negative experience: Radiology has no direct contact! I had to confirm one think prior my MRI and i called the general number but why said they can’t answer and will ask radiology to call me back. But 1h lasted they didn’t call me back…. I ended not going to do. Crazy that there is no contact by phone or WhatsApp nowadays…

Negative experience: Very unprofessional hospital, am very disappointed. I was the one who was calling to set my surgery date and following up my appointments and i kept requesting for Saturdays and they didnt inform me that its the Dr’s off day, and when we finally agreed on a date on a Sunday they told me they will call me a day before to inform me about the time, until 10:30pm no body called and when i called they didnt know and after fights with the call centre they told me that my name is not even listed for surgery, while i already did my pre anesthesia check 2 days back. Am already stressed about the surgery and they just cancelled or didnt even list me and i wasnt informed about anything like am not the patient and i dont matter.

Negative experience: Communications and follow ups is not good .. my mother has a fracture in her hand and Dr.charles jack a very good doctor refer us to physical therapy and she went to one appointment only and they told her to go back to the doctor !! Since that day i raised a request to call me back so i can know what is happening and why she didn’t finish her session!? But unfortunately no one reached me !! Although i gave them my number many times they keep calling my mother and speaking English with her !!! This is very disappointing that the hospital doesn’t care about their patient’s health! Its been one week and 3 days since the last visit !!

Dr. Shikha Saxena was absolutely amazing — she guided me through every stage of my pregnancy with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Her calm and reassuring presence made a huge difference throughout my journey. The outpatient services were also excellent. Nanditha and Sini, from the outpatient department, were always kind, attentive, and efficient. They made each visit smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. When it came time for my delivery and stay in the maternity ward, the experience exceeded all expectations. The entire inpatient team was outstanding — the nurses were compassionate, responsive, and always available when I needed them. The housekeeping staff ensured everything was clean and comfortable, and even the cafeteria staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, Mediclinic Parkview provided a warm, supportive, and professional environment during one of the most important times of my life. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for their care and dedication.

Negative experience: Extremely slow ER service. Waiting three hours for a simple scan and doctor report. There were only two patients me and the other at the time of arrival. Now into my fourth hour and waiting. Last time my son took 2 hours at their ER. I wouldn’t come here for anything urgent. I ended up leaving before they even got my report ready and the doctor didn’t visit nor offer to call for the result.

Fantastic experience: The experience at Parkview Mediclinic is always a pleasure. The staff are extremely professional. Most important to note is the speed at which cases are addressed everytime. No time wastage at all. The doctors are extremely professional and have immense experience in their field of expertise. A big shout out to the Ophthalmology department especially Dr. Nazimul and his team. Dr. Nazimul is the best at his craft. His expertise and his approach to treatment have been extremely beneficial. I love the way he explains the condition so easily for me to understand which makes it easier for me to continue with my eye care following his treatment. Thank You Dr. Nazimul. Negative experience: Absolutely disappointed. Unreasonable charges for simple treatments like paracetamol injections, and pushy requests for expensive scans. I also suspect financial misconduct at the reception—management should investigate. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: I don't understand what's going on here, but no one is in a hurry. We sat with a sick child for about an hour at the reception, then in the doctor's room for another 3 hours, then finally they gave us a room. We're sitting in the room, but there's no nurse. I asked for a blanket, waited an hour, asked for a sandwich for the child, they've been bringing it for two hours. They still haven't given him any medicine. 5.5 hours just waiting. I've never liked Medclinic. But in this case it was the closest option. I'm terribly tired... I hope I won't come back.

From the very first day with Dr Anne, she was like heaven sent to us. From helping us with rectify our problems with the insurance company, to always welcoming us with a smile, to making out time for me even when I come to her without an appointment. I eventually gave birth via a cesarean section, and her kind and soft voice made things easier all through. Fantastic experience: I had surgery performed by doctor Iman Al Omari six weeks ago, and I’m very happy with the results. The entire process—from the initial consultation to the recovery—was smooth and reassuring. She was incredibly attentive, explained everything clearly before the procedure, and provided excellent post-operative care. I felt supported and well looked after every step of the way. The surgery and healing went perfectly. The doctor has truly golden, gentle hands. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a septoplasty recently done with Dr Nikita Malhotra, ENT. The treatment plan before surgery, the care after surgery and post op has been such a calming experience. I’m so grateful to have found a Dr like her to explain my case so well with me. I did not feel pushed or pressured into a surgery but very clearly explained the benefits of the procedure. On the day of the procedure, I had the best care and such a calming anesthesiologist, Barbara. She took me to the beach in Maldives before I was put under The atmosphere in the OT as well was so joyful, everyone was excited and full of joy and laughter, making me feel excited and calm at the same time. I have to say that I am already reaping the benefits of the surgery and thank Mediclinic, Dr. Nikita, the OT/ team, Post op nurses, Barbara and Nurse Jaya as well for accommodating me and taking such good care of me!

Fantastic experience: I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Ann Mini Mathew, who is truly an incredible and amazing gynecologist. I first met her during my first pregnancy in 2022, which turned into a very complicated case due to severe pre-eclampsia. I was admitted to the ICU and had to deliver a premature baby. Throughout that terrifying experience, Dr. Ann was like a mother to me — comforting, courageous, and deeply caring. Her support gave me the strength I didn't even know I had. When I became pregnant again in July 2024, I knew I was in the safest hands. Under the continuous care and regular checkups from Dr. Ann, along with my rheumatologist Dr. Maisam Musgrave, I felt completely supported every step of the way. By the grace of Allah and the incredible care of these two wonderful doctors, I was able to carry my pregnancy to full term and delivered a healthy baby at 39 weeks(14th March 2025). There are no words that can truly thank these two amazing women who I consider angels in my life. They have given me the most precious gifts, and for that, I will always be grateful. Thank you once again, Dr. Ann and Dr. Maisam — your compassion and dedication mean the world to me.

Negative experience: The service is extremely bad and complicated, I had to wait 45min to register and then another 30 min to see the doctor and another 20min to register for test at the reception, there were many people waiting and only 2 counters were operated, hospital need to look into this as customer journey is very difficult and disappointing

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of having Rhiann visit us at home as part of the Mediclinic midwife service, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her support. She was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring during such an important time for our family. Rhiann helped check on my postpartum healing and made sure everything was going well with my recovery. She also checked our baby’s weight and overall health, which gave us so much peace of mind. She patiently guided me with breastfeeding, offering helpful tips and encouragement, and even showed us how to bathe our little one properly.

Negative experience: I'd like to preface by recommending anyone considering Parkview to go to literally any other clinic. If you don’t have your pediatrician’s number for whatever reason, you’ll have to call the hospital who then will not give you their details, but instead ask them to call you back when they’re available. If your pediatrician is off their shift, the hospital will then tell you that you can expect a callback when they’re back the next day - regardless if you need some urgent information or not. Their only other solution is to ask one of the currently attending doctors to call you back regarding your question. However, no one will ever call you back since you’re not their patient, and you’ll instead be forced to call another hospital to get the information you desperately need. Had to edit the two stars to a one star review. You literally cannot even get in touch with the hospital half the time. The phone rings for 15 minutes and no one bothers to pick up while at the same time not even bothering to call you back. This isn't even during peak hours.

Negative experience: Went to see a doctor (Ann Mathew) on March 22. First thing that brought smile to my face upon arrival was a security guy taking over a role of a receptionist and guiding people around the building (real receptionists were just not there for some reason). We came slightly late for our appointment and agreed we would see the doctor after another patient, however, the hospital just kept feeding us with “we will take care of you soon” and “we can’t estimate how long will it take for the doctor to finish”, though the math here is pretty simple I suppose (15min that they spend per each patient). In the end we were told that the doctor needs to leave for a surgery and can’t take us, so we were redirected to Ann Mathew. Ann was nice but I never received a proper report though I asked for it a few times. Moreover, I took certain NIPT tests and was assured the results would hit my inbox within 1-2 weeks - it’s been 15 days already and despite multiple calls and one personal visit to seek the truth I haven’t received anything and just keep being told that i will get the results shortly. All in all, if all the other hospitals in dubai simultaneously shut down and you don’t have an option to visit the doctor abroad, then i guess Parkview should be your option. Otherwise, think twice.

Negative experience: Very bad experience I had appointment with gyn doctor and she was so careless doesn’t give me space to talk no advice nothing just she want me to leave horrible doctor!! The basic things she didn’t even mentioned very very bad experience stop making the hospitals seems luxury and perfect and work on bringing a proper doctors Humans first not doing business target giving false information just to cross the sale this is not hospital when you want to copy the big countries and trying to put your self as number 1 in everything ( customer service 0 ) start first from the basics hire humans !!!! To deal with the humans + lab results I was calling all the day to get it no one came back to me so please stop and upgrade to a real hospital as luxury and perfection we need it in holidays hotels not when we are sick

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I had to literally chase down staff to book my MRI and follow-up appointment — making multiple calls with no results until I finally complained to the doctor directly. The team kept blaming my insurance for the delay (even though my insurance had already approved everything and had cc’d me in the email). They would promise to call back but never did. There was zero consideration for my pain or medical condition. After all the delays, someone finally called me — only to inform me that the doctor would be going on leave. I was told to either wait until he returns or find another doctor. When I asked for help scheduling the follow-up with another doctor, the agent refused to assist. When I expressed my frustration, he simply disconnected the call. In top of the above, I raised a complaint and the person sho handled my complaint promised to schedule my follow up appointment with another a doctor and get back to me which never happened. THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER!

Fantastic experience: We had the lovely Rhiann as our midwife for our home visits. Being a first time mum, Rhiann put me at ease and provided assurance as well as answering any questions we had ( of which there were many! ) with her vast knowledge and experience in this field. I would recommend Rhiann to anyone looking to have midwifery support without hesitation

Fantastic experience: We’ve just finished our three at home midwife visits with Rhiann following my discharge from MPAR following the birth of my twins. Honestly I wish I had opted for the midwife home visits after my first birth because the weekly check ins for both myself and the babies have been invaluable. Rhiann has given me such reassurance with my own recovery, weekly weigh in for the twins and assistance with breastfeeding it has really been invaluable.
