Fantastic experience: Dr. Sidra was amazing ~ thank you for ur service doc I went for cleaning and polishing only, but she told me that i am accumulating cavities on my molars whereas my previous dentist never informed me about it, instead she keep on telling me to try veneers or braces which is i don't really need I guess. Today that tingling sensation was gone. Thanks for not ripping me off as well

Negative experience: I had tooth cleaning and tried to claim it in my insurance but was denied as the procedure mentioned on my claim form was something else. I informed the clinic/reception about it but nothing was done. This is not just lost of money but trust.

Negative experience: went to Miami Dental Clinic last Friday night around 10:30 pm without any booking I went as a walk-in guest when I inquired regarding the teeth cleaning they said it was 100aed ( I expected that including scalingbrushing and polishing of the teeth, after that they took my blood pressure and asked me for height measurement and some details for documentation,. after that I go inside of the clinic for the procedure and the procedure was about to start I was just surprised when the egyptian doc did the scaling without using the machine instead hes doing manual cleaning without using a machine and after a few minutes the procedure was done!! without brushing and without polishing! it was just a simple "MANUAL cleaning and I was really disappointed!! With the outcome of the supposed to be " deep cleaning" and I asked the Filipina reception if that's really how teeth cleaning with veneers is? my concern was I didn't like the cleaning and my teeth still looked dirty and I demanded to repeat the procedure,. and the Filipinareceptionist said it's different because it's different in other clinics like "hello this is not my first time having my teeth cleaned for my veneers?! and infact when u said deep cleaning it should be including the brushing and polishing! But in this clinic they just did manual scaling of my teeth for 100 aed and if u want brushing ang polishing its another additional dirhams ,. the Egyptian doc repeated the procedure but this time he used the machine for cleaning but still no brushing and polishing happens I just left the clinic with full of dissapointment! And i will never come back to this clinc ever BAD SERVICE! ,.Miss communication from the receptionist up to the dentist And not going to recommend this to eveyone

Negative experience: I called for the tooth extraction and the receptionist told Minimum 200aed I booked my appointment and went there they told me it’s 400aed because 200aed for the X-ray also I have to pay. Doctor told me without X-ray he can’t extract then I told them if it’s like then you guys should not tell minimum 200aed it means minimum 400aed. I was in pain and I already went there so proceeded but it’s not good to mislead. Although Doctor Majid is nice and I explained to him that what they told over then phone which is not correct .
