Fantastic experience: Great doctor Dinara, she was very professional , polite , kind and I didn’t feel any pain at all. While she was doing treatment for me, she explained to me a lot of things about teeth . Now it’s not only healthy , clean and white , but also i know how to keep them all the time in this condition For sure will be back!

Negative experience: Well where to start.. so got the worst experience ever starting from reception .. informed receptionist that am allergic to adrenalin, literally explaining her everything for 10 min, about my allergy and she said that will inform a dentist which she didn’t.. Then went to a dentist which has no idea about side effects and anesthesia apparently. She maid a test coz I insist.. but in her way, instud of skin test, she injected in gum and that’s when the “fun” started.. I got an allergy and end up in emergency where I spent 4,5 hours. Was informed by doctor that this medication is on high alert for people allergic to Adrenalin both the one that not include Adrenalin and the one that is ... Texted to her screen shot and ask for the future to be more careful, and got a reply back that she didn’t agree with doctor.. anyway the point is please make sure u r aware of your allergies and double check all info. Coz in this clinic they have no idea of what they use or how it can effect you .

Fantastic experience: Look for Evgeniya or Dmitry - they are really professional and the prices are bearible vs other clinics in Dubai with the same professionals and equipment.
