Negative experience: أسوأ تجربه لي وتوبه اني ارجع لهم . اسبوعين عايش بألم السن بسببهم

Negative experience: I visited this dentist office so they could replace my fixed retainer that was seven years old. My retainer had to be reattached four times, requiring four separate visits. Later, when I had to visit another practice to have the job redone, I learned that the price was significantly higher than the going rate. I was treated horribly by Dr. Bachir, and he refused to offer me a refund. I was pregnant at the time and he actually yelled at me and claimed it was my responsibility for the retainer breaking. His receptionist was also extremely rude and brought me to tears. In the nine years I've spent in the UAE, it was one of the worst experiences I've had at any practice. I also made an attempt to file a formal complaint with the authorities, but this proved challenging to follow up on. A horrible experience and clearly money is more important than work standards or the customer.

Fantastic experience: I was searching all of Dubai for a good dentist.. and I did not find anyone until I met my doctor.. he is smart and talented, he knows what suits you the best and do not complicate things, and he is easy going also. Fantastic experience: Today I finally removed my braces after suffering from previous bad orthodontic experiences for 7 years. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Bachir for correcting my bite in less than 6 months, as it was a compromised case with a bridge in the upper anterior segment and poor enamel stripping done by previous inexperienced dentists. He fixed other orthodontists mistakes. Finally, I have a good bite and my teeth meet nicely. I am extremely overwhelmed as I am writing this review and I wish I had known Dr. Bachir a long time ago. He is a true genius and a teeth engineer. أخيراً قمت بازالة التقويم اليوم بعد معاناة 7 سنوات من تجارب تقويم سيئة سابقة. أنا ممتنة للدكتور بشير لتصحيحة العضة التي فشل في اصلاحها أطباء سابقون و في أقل من 6 أشهر. حالتي لم تكن عادية حيث لدي تركيبات في الأمام وكذلك كنت أعاني من حساسية أسنان شديدة بسبب برد مينا الاسنان بشكل رديء قام به أطباء عديمو الخبرة. أشكر الدكتور بشير لأنة قَبل بتصحيح أخطاء تسبب بها أطباء آخرون. أخيراً وبعد معاناة 7 سنوات، لدي عضة متطابقة وأسناني تلتقي بشكل جيد. تمنيت لو أني عرفت الدكتور بشير من قبل، هو طبيب تقويم عبقري ومهندس أسنان رائع.
