Fantastic experience: absolutely amazing service and super friendly and professional staff! They even waived many charges for me after knowing that I was ripped off by some ridiculous dentists in Dubai before. So sweet!!! There are 2 Japanese doctors, dr. Ippei Miyakawa & dr. Atsuko. Thorough, efficient and precise, meanwhile the price is surprisingly affordable. I wish I knew this clinic earlier so I didn’t have to suffer that much from the some butcher-like dentists in Dubai. A quick update on 21Aug2024: Dr Miyakawa is not in Sakura any more. He is now in American spine centre. He works in a dental clinic in Shanghai was well. He stays 2 weeks in Dubai 2 weeks in Shanghai. He is absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Azizov did a great job removing my wisdom tooth, same day scan and removal. In the UK this process would take at least 2 weeks. Dr. Azizov is very proud of his work and is happy to discuss at length and detail the problems, procedures and intricacies. Thankfully my teeth are relatively healthy so I don't have to visit the dentist frequently, but whenever I do I will come back to see this doctor at Sakura. Would recommend! Especially for anyone who is normally scared of dentists.

Fantastic experience: A very late review, but I had to share! Having had terrible dentists living in the UK I had neglected visiting for over 20 years. My wisdom teeth of course continued to grow until they broke an adjoining tooth. (see photo) From the very first visit I had a great experience, I felt relaxed and taken care of. I had both wisdom teeth removed over two separate visits, an absolutely pain free procedure thanks to multiple local anesthesia injections (Also pain free thanks to the area being numbed ahead of time with a surface anesthetic) I was of course sore for a few days after but easily manageable. Next they needed to repair the damaged tooth (from the wisdom tooth) which also needed a root canal and crown. This turned out to be quite complicated and required multiple visits due to unusual root but each visit was a breeze for me. From Cici on reception, Dr's Atsuko and Marat with their wonderful dental assistants I cannot recommend Sakura clinic highly enough. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have to highly recommand CC as she is a kind and warmed lady , that was my first time to visit this clinc , i dont know where is it even though i have been linving in Dubai for many years , and i called her , she guaided me many times , thanks very much . Also after my treatment , she warmly told me the precautions, make me felt very comfortable , am never a person to leave message everywhere but cant help to highlight her here , more important , the Japanese doctor also excelent . In a word, a highly recommanded dental clinc .

It is especially worth to mention that the Chinese reception girl, CC, is really helpful with arranging my emergency booking.She is amazing!!! And she also helped a lot interpret the diagnose. Anyway it is really difficult to understand the medical words for a non-native English speaker.><

Fantastic experience: This is the best Japanese dental clinic I have come across in my years living in Dubai. First of all, the staff were very enthusiastic. Especially the lady at the front desk who a staff from China. Second, The dentist are very professional. Wisdom teeth extraction was very fast and no pain after anesthesia. After filling the tooth will be very serious around the grinding smooth. Recommend to your friends

Fantastic experience: First of all, I’m not a person who usually leave feedback. However, the recent experience that I encounter with Sakura Clinic as well as the impressive customer service, knowledgeable, great personality of a staff named CC particularly. Thank you! She helped clarify many questions I had regarding the treatment that I went through and all responses were prompt and professional, except very few occasions that she replied slightly later as she was the only mandarin speaker in the clinic for translation. It’s fully acceptable and understandable. The attention to detail provided by CC was impressive and her customer service skills are excellent. I am traumatised for dental visit but she made my recent dental treatment experience at ease. She is a fine ambassador for the company. Keep it up and once again thank you so much CC!

And the Chinese reception girl always very careful to remind me of all kinds of precautions，She's amazing and lovely.And she's the reason I'm here. Negative experience: I have no idea, how good is this clinic, I only can say how horrible this clinic， oh maybe is not about this clinic, just that Chinese lady , reception lady, I send her message before I went there, when she give me the location, I told her I will be there soon, until I reach the place she told me, I never confirm with you, coming tomorrow What’s this attitude? I came here from far away, no even a words of apology 。 Cause my friend recommended me this place. However, this’s worst experience

Fantastic experience: Dr. Raja Ben Chaabane，一位不但非常专业，而且很耐心细心的医生。在她这里做了根管治疗，整个过程比较顺畅，体验很好，另外性价高（还会说简单的中文，即便不懂英文沟通应该也没啥问题，）。 PS. 这里的医师跟前台都很热心负责，会尽可能给客户以最好的服务。

Fantastic experience: 日本から仕事でドバイに一ヶ月滞在！の2日目に治療中の歯が悪化、、 緊急でネットで調べて見つけたのが、この日系向けのさくらクリニックさん 受付には日本人の女性一名、先生も日本人の女性で、とても対応が良く、英語が話せない僕も安心して行く事が出来ました！ 僕の場合結構酷くなり、抗生剤の点滴を打ちにさくらクリニックさんから近くの大きな病院へ行く事となったのですが、そこにも現状説明の通訳などで先生の是木さんが同行してくれる事となり、本当に優しさが溢れていました！感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです‍♂️ 料金は、僕は海外保険に入っていなく、少し高くなりましたが、そこも日本へ帰ってからの保険の書類などを作って頂きました‍♂️ （海外保険は入っておくべき） 日本の皆様、ドバイでもし万が一の事がありましたら、さくらクリニックさんへ、、、 物凄く丁寧で優しく対応してくれますので安心してご利用頂ける事かと思います！ 本当にありがとうございました‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Very competent and welcoming staff, and I am very lucky to have been taken in charge by Dr. Ben Chaabane. I have rhumatoid (chronic disease) and she adapted very well to my treatment which made a big difference compared to other dentists.

Fantastic experience: Great service, fabulous doctors and reasonable price comparing to the Jumeirah dental clinics. The Japanese doctor can even speak fluent Chinese, who is very nice to me. Just known that they also have medical service. The doctor is from Switzerland, I think. Will definitely go in future.
