Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered Cosmetics Art Dental, I felt well cared for. Nurse Manju Rojin is so supportive and gentle, and Dr. Faris is very helpful, always explaining treatments with patience and clarity. The clinic is very clean, comfortable, and even has a coffee machine and water station which makes waiting pleasant. I had a laser session at an affordable price, and when I came with tooth pain, Dr. Faris took time to explain everything thoroughly. Negative experience: Completely shocked by the fact that they are manipulating the price. I called the first time to inquire about scaling, polishing and whitening and I was given the price of 700 AED. Then I drove all the way to them and when I called to double check the parking details I asked again about the price and suddenly it jumped to 900 AED. Not only that, but the lady answering the phone was literally discussing this with another colleaugue! And I could hear them say that “Majou” gave her this price and they were discussing the situation in their native language. And then when I told her that this is disrespectful and dishonest she offered the 700 AED price again. Is this a JOKE?? I now booked somewhere else and I will happily pay 1000 AED because they were honest and clear with their pricing and professional on the phone. I will also report this to DED.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mohammed Aboueida was the one who treated me for veneers. To be honest, the veneers look so natural, and he did exactly what I asked for — the shape, size, color everything was perfect. He was always open to corrections whenever I tried them on and made adjustments patiently every time I requested. Finally, I got the smile I always dreamed of!

Positive experience: My first time to go for cleaning and without appointment. Prior to coming, I checked the reviews, there were mostly positive. I was amazed how thorough Doctor Nahila with me. I've been to an expensive and the cheapest dental clinics and she's by far the best dentist I have had in the UAE. Although I came late at 9pm, she wasn't in a rush, she took time and meticulously cleaned my teeth. Highly recommended for cleaning. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I got my veneers done with Dr. Mohammad Nour and also consulted with Dr. Feras during the process. They were both extremely patient and explained all the steps in detail. I previously had bad experiences getting the mould taken at other clinics; Dr Mohammadd Nour on the other hand was very gentle and made the whole process as comfortable as possible. My entire veneers journey took less than 2.5 weeks to completely and i am extremely happy with how they look!
