Positive experience: My nanny had sudden tooth ache so I wanted to visit a clinic close by to get it checked quickly . The doctors were available and we managed to get a quick appointment . After consulting we were told the tooth needs to be extracted. It was quick process and the the staff was friendly . The check out seemed a bit busy . Prices are quite affordable if you don’t have insurance. Note - google maps will take you to the front of the building which is a different clinic . You need to enter from the side and this clinic is on first floor of the same building .

Negative experience: Been trying to contact this clinic for 2 weeks no one is available to pick up the call. Calling for claim form. Until finally today one person answered me and hang up the phone just like that.

Fantastic experience: After trying out many different dental clinics around Dubai for the past years, we concluded that this is the most trustworthy dental clinic one can find in Dubai. Dr. Madhu is very knowledgeable and patient. The charges for treatment are very reasonable. My husband and I decided that we shall only refer to this dental clinic for all of our dental care needs.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal issue. After researching online I concluded that Dr Madhu seemed to be the authority on this being a Endontist. My experience was very smooth and painless and Dr Madhu was a true gentleman and kept me updated throughout the procedure conducted in 2 visits. The whole process was handled flawlessly and done very professionally. I would definitely recommend Dr Madhu to anybody who requires a root canal or any of the other procedures done at the practice. The price charged was very fair too.

Negative experience: Do not go to this clinic if you do not have prices up front, written, or in a email. They initially told me my per filing would cost 200dhs over the phone. When I go to pay, they are 300dhs and receptionist says oh maybe a mistake they told you this, but they called me back after speaking with the dentist/ whomever hours later. DO NOT GO, UNLESS YOU HAVE COSTS UPFRONT !!!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Negative experience: Dear All, I had a terrible experience in Dr Madhu's clinic. I had a small cavity so I wanted to go and get a filling till it becomes a big one. While sitting on the dental chair I realized Dr Madhu was drilling a way too much, so I asked him "Why would you drill so deep, its just a small cavity?". To my surprise he answered : "I have to drill a deeper than the cavity so that tooth will hold the filling". I trusted him and went home after the filling. That same filling only lasted for a few month. When it came off I went back to him and he insisted the tooth needs more drilling even though I didn't see any cavity on it. Total he put 4 fillings and 3 of them came off SAME YEAR... two of them I had to extract. I went to a different doctor and the other one filled it up without any further drilling. Later on I was complaining to my friend about Dr Madhu in Mankhool Clinic and unfortunately she also was a victim of him. He drilled two large holes in her two back molar teeth and refused to put a filling and insisted her to get an inplant for both teeth. AND THE WORST PART IS HE LEFT IT OPEN. at least could have put some temporary filling till she finds an implantologist. I understand he didn't do it purposely but DEFINATELY nobody wants to end up in his office because he will make your situation WORSE. Anyway there are lots of websites out there who teach how to treat cavities at home with nutrition. After Dr Madhu, I am terrified to go dentists. I had to extract two of my tooth the same year cos it didn't hold any filling anymore because drilling was too much that it needed extraction. I am so sad that he drilled small cavities to PUT BIG fillings. And when those big fillings failed I had no choice but extract my tooth. Going to Madhu was one of the worst decisions I made in my life. He will answer for all the pain he caused in people's lives in front of GOD. There are many who healed their cavities with nutrition. Probably that's the best option unless you are in great pain or discomfort.
