Negative experience: Worst experience ever! This happened in the jurf location pharmacy of mapple The staff misplaced my product, and when I went back to ask about it, they were unbelievably rude, aggressive, and even used bad language—as if I had done something wrong. There was zero accountability or apology. Just pure arrogance and shouting. Absolutely unprofessional. What’s worse is when I asked about the misplaced medicine, one of them said, “The person behind the counter doesn’t know every medicine there.” Really? Then why hire someone who has no idea what they’re doing at a pharmacy counter? Maple seriously needs to rethink who they’re employing. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Fantastic experience: I must say it’s very good service and very helpful doctor I have been there few months ago I really appreciate the lady doctor I don’t know the name she’s from Pakistan There was nurse from Kerala she’s also very helpful thank you so much for your great service

Fantastic experience: Affordable prices and nice and capable doctors both the GP and the dentist i m very happy its near my house. Only for x-ray we have to go to ajman medical center

Negative experience: Opening time is 9 a clock morning but doctor ar not available they will bee 10 a clock so better open it on proper time don't let the people wait here in al jurf 3

Fantastic experience: The service on maple is amazing starting from the doctors to nurses, so professional and so caring. Most amazing is Kiran the receptionist, she is so humble and so kind, her priority starts with the patient and she guides you all the way to what your looking for. I advice everyone to visit maple and you all will be the permanent customers of it..
