Negative experience: I regret to say that my experience at First City Medical Center was very disappointing and emotionally distressing. After receiving treatment there, I did not see any improvement, and unfortunately, the outcome was not only ineffective but also caused me significant stress. I developed anxiety and even experienced panic attacks as a result of the ongoing discomfort and lack of proper follow-up. Due to the unsatisfactory treatment, I had to continue and repeat my dental care at other clinics, which added more emotional and financial burden. I truly wish my experience had been different, but based on what I went through, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at First City Medical Center. Unfortunately, I did not get the result I expected. The treatment didn’t help my condition, and I felt that the quality of care was not up to standard. Communication with the staff was not clear, and I didn’t feel confident during the process. I hope the clinic can improve its services, but based on my experience, I would not recommend it to others at this time.

Fantastic experience: السلام عليكم أول أمس اول مره أروح المركز عملت حشو أسنان ونظافة واسعارهم اقل من أسعار باقي العيادات وماشاء الله عليهم حصل موقف عايزه ادفع واتاخرت في الانتظار شويه وصراحه زعلت خصوصا جايه من الشغل علي طول العياده عندهم المسؤولين الإثنين اعتزرولي في نفس اللحظة وقالولي امشي بنتصل عليك وننسق معاك وقد كان فعلاً قمة الاحترام اليوم اخدت ابن اختي عندهم وبدأ علاج الجذور وماشاء الله تبارك الله علي المركز وعلي الدكتورة العربية دكتوره رنيم ❤️

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience with my recent tooth extraction, when am going there I was bit nervous but the doctor and staff are very reassuring and explained the procedure clearly, they ensured I was comfortable &used local anaesthesia effectively. So I didn't feel any pain during extraction. The whole process was quick and smooth. After procedure given clear aftercare instructions which help me to recover without any complications. It made me that to appreciate them about clear communication and gentle care..

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with this clinic. After the crown placement, I couldn’t eat properly — not even basic bread. It started with stress and led to deep depression. I couldn’t sleep for two weeks, and my mind felt completely shut down. The crowns were placed incorrectly, without any X-ray, and fixed immediately with permanent cement — a serious violation of dental standards. During the treatment, people kept entering the room — nurses and even strangers who were not introduced. They watched while I was being treated. This was very unprofessional, uncomfortable, and added even more emotional stress. I paid AED 5,000, but instead of proper care, I received pain and suffering. Now I have to redo the treatment elsewhere. I do not recommend this clinic. It’s better to go to a government hospital where treatment is monitored and patients are respected.
