Negative experience: Had a bad experience with RCT of 2 teeth with the dentist, worst place to visit after procedure it started painful as the RCT was not done well. So be careful this I went thru although I paid 2k+ for the procedure.

I did 3 sessions of combination treatment such as chiro, physio, dry needling, cupping, rehabilitation theraphy, deep tissue with pressure points and foot massage which really helped target the issue i have been suffering for a long time. thanks to Dr. Noor and her assistant Kristine who did well with the treatment.

Negative experience: FALSE Advertisement!! Never FALL into their false commitment and promises you will end up suffering! The worst after care dental service. My calls are being ignored. Their manager is not returning my calls and no answer to my email. I am suffering from tooth sensitivity and my Fix bridge cementation is poorly done. See the email I sent them. Until now there is no response.

Noor and to her assistant kabayan kristine.

Negative experience: I'm disappointed with my experience. The staff are kind but seem untrained. After my tooth whitening and deep cleaning, I ended up with a hole in my front teeth. They applied a temporary filling but got remove after drinking water. Idk if this is normal but my teeth got uneven color after the tooth whitening.

She's very friendly, approachable, and for giving a good advice to my twin son's to become brave especially it's their first time to do the cleaning teeth. And also to one of the doctor there we came before there 2 weeks ago for my daughter for removing her front teeth but as per doc since my daughter is a kid she can do that to herself instead of she will feel pain and put anesthesia. Big salute to you doctor because she's not looking for the profit only but for the health to her patient Receptionist they are nice and pretty thanks for assisting us. Negative experience: The staff are noisy they keep talking inside the room while chiropractic massage still on going. Dr Noor was OK however, I'm not satisfied coz they allow the trainee from Filipino Institute staff to do massage my neck which is a delicate and sensitive area.The doctor wasn't inform the trainee that I have high blood pressure.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment confirmed via text for 1:00 PM. I arrived on time, only to be told the doctor wasn’t available today. They told me—and another patient—to go to their Satwa branch instead. Ironically, the other patient had just come from Satwa. I waited for them to send me the address, but they never did. Then they claimed they were trying to call the doctor to come now. I lost trust and left. Shortly after, I got a call from their Satwa branch trying to reschedule me. I explained what happened, but instead of an apology, I received excuses. They tried to blame it on the number (9502) that confirmed my appointment, saying it was from Satwa. Ridiculous. Even if the doctor had come, I doubt I would have been treated properly after that kind of confusion. Extremely unprofessional—won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend.
