Negative experience: رحت عالعيادة وركبت جسر المرة الاولى انكسر في نفس الاسبوع ركبنا واحد تاني انكسر بعد ثلاثة ايام بعدين ركبتي واحد تاني يعني الجسر ماضبط الابعد ثالت مره المهم بعدين صار التهاب تحت الجسر في كل مره اروح بيقولي روحي اشتري مسكن وبنشتري مسكن وبيخف الوجع بعدين اقترح علي انو يثقبلي من فوق الجسر ليعالج الالتهاب من تحت الجسر فقلت للدكتور ليش ماعالجت لي الضرس قبل ماتركب الجسر المهم قالي اشتري جهاز ينضف بين الاسنان وكمان الالم ماراح المهم رجعت اليوم على نفس العياده ونفس الدكتور فاشتكيتله من الالم والا وعم يستفزني يقولي انا شو بعمل اشيلك الجسر وقالي انتي كل شوي تنطيلي يعني كيف هيك دكتور يتكلم مع المريض تبعو ً انت لو كان شغلك اوك انا ماتقعد كل شوي راجعه لعندك وحسسني كانو عم يعالجني ببلاش وانا دافعه مصاري ومالقيت نتيجه ففي هل الحالة شو بعمل ولو كنتو محلي شو بتنصحوني هل اروح ارفع شكوى للسلطات المحليه
Dear Joulia. Thank you for your review. Regarding the bridge. As per the doctor. He made for you Root canal treatment. For both of the teeth. And he made the bridge with your case with no enough hight for the bridge because of the deep bite you have. Also for the water flosser he recommended for you to clean in-between the teeth. But since there is no usage of the machine. There will be no improvement for the periodontal pockets that you have. We are pleased to re- evaluate the condition again and we can make the dental treatment. We apologise for the dispute from your side. And thank you for your cooperation.
