Fantastic experience: Amazing experience and amazing staff they made my journey really easy ( tho im terrified of dentist ) but doctor ahmad and the helping staff are well trained and you pearly feel the work being done

The staff are also so friendly and kind, it really feels like family not just a clinic. Highly recommend Dr. Ahmed if you want a perfect smile with zero stress!

Negative experience: Good doctors but the worst customer service ever. Takes days to book the appointment as the reception simply does not respond or responds and then disappears

Fantastic experience: Had my veneers done after 2 years of hesitation but finally got my new smile with the best doctor in Dubai Dr.Ahmed and he deserves to be called the best in dubai !!! Highly recommend him

Negative experience: Got my veneers done just a year and a half ago, however 3 of them already broke off, everytime I contact the clinic, I have to almost beg for an appointment, they don’t answer the messages, but they can post on social media. I was told they have a lifetime guarantee at the clinic but they blamed me when their poor quality veneers broke. Wouldn’t recommend the clinic to anyone. I’m in pain as my teeth are shaven underneath the veneers and when they break I can’t properly eat or drink or brush my teeth as everything I do hurts.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional clinic, They open at 11am, yet they refuse to accept patients at 11am, the doctor likes to arrive at 12. The lift takes 30 to 40 min to be able to get or leave the floor, always expect delays . The doctor travelled twice as a surprise even if you have an appointment, they switched me with another doctor, and the bridge was soo wrong size that they had to remove it . Again after struggles and again the doctor is travelling , we managed to do another bridge as they promissed , i gave them the option to refund me if they Can’t do the work! They couldn’t do the bridge of 3 crowns properly and i end up paying without any service or bridge! I lost my money and my time. But back to taking appointments, they keep pushing for lunch time , which i have kids and family . I clearly told them i cannot come on lunch time , i did it once but i cannot , Still the doctor likes to arrive at 12 as the assistant said and not possible to arrive at 11 am as it shows on google. And always there is other appointments at 12 !! I’m not writing this review coz I’m angry at them, this was really my experience and i went there coz i only saw positive reviews which was not true for me at all. So very unprofessional clinic, run away.

Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic in Dubai! So attentive and caring. I had an emergency and was accommodated for the root canal treatment after 1 hour from the call. And ended up doing all my teeth and veneers by time. Dr. Ahmed is the best, made for me a perfect new smile. Thank you so much for everything!

Negative experience: My problem with them is the honesty only,I went to the clinic before and I took from them 20% discount to avail in the second visit .. when I asked for it , The lady in the cashier didn’t apply it and insisted to take the full amount without any discount telling me like thank god because you came today otherwise we will increase the rates soon!!!!!!!! I was really disappointed and decided to not go again and complete my treatment in another clinic , To be honest I like the doctor work ( Dr Sultan) he is professional and honest but what the cashier lady did was unacceptable at all.

Negative experience: Not professional at all, almost a scam, they give you a price and once you are there, they double it. Be aware
