Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Kamran, he is truly attentive to your needs, will never do any procedure which is not necessary, and he will try to save your natural teeth as much as possible. I personally had a very good experience, and each of my visits I know that I will leave the clinic happy On another hand I would also like to recommend Dr. Afreen, specialist orthodontist. My friend did braces with her, and she had a great experience too!

Negative experience: زرت هذا اليوم العيادة وكنت أعاني من إرهاق شديد، وارتفاع في الحرارة، وألم في الجسم واللوزتين، وللأسف كانت تجربتي غير مرضية مع الدكتور عقيل فاروق. كان أول سؤال وجهه لي هو “هل أتيتِ فقط لطلب إجازة مرضية؟” دون أن يستمع إلى شكواي أو يتحقق من حالتي الصحية، مما جعلني أشعر بعدم الاهتمام والتقدير كمريضة. كنت بحاجة إلى الراحة ليوم واحد فقط، ومع أنني كنت أتناول أدوية لخفض الحرارة، لم يتم تقييم حالتي بالشكل المطلوب، ورفض منحي إجازة مرضية. أتمنى من الطبيب مستقبلاً أن يُظهر المزيد من التعاطف وأن يستمع إلى المرضى قبل إصدار الأحكام

Negative experience: Recently visited to MedCity Medical Center. We have waited three hours and there was no fan and air conditioning on reception. No good billing system and washroom Clean. On our turn with Dr.jahan Ara, she does not care and listen to the patience. She gave 5 min time only. overall, very bad experience.
