Fantastic experience: Been a costumer for over 10 years and Always had a great experience. Dr. Sama and Dr. Amer are the best doctors that I had the pleasure of fixing any of my dental problems. 10/10 will always be my 1st option for any dental procedures

Negative experience: The doctor’s reputation and medical expertise are very good, but unfortunately, the administration and front desk staff create a negative impression. The way they respond to patients on the phone feels unprofessional and sometimes dismissive. Instead of helping, they often interfere in matters outside their role, and when there is an urgent medical case, they tend not to take it seriously. I believe the clinic could improve greatly if the administrative team received proper training on patient communication, empathy, and handling urgent situations more responsibly.

Fantastic experience: I usually be with Dr Adnan for braces and Dr amer he is the best orthodontist Dr he makes sure that’s very thing is on track and advice me… in general the medical center is very clean they make sure to sanitize the room after any patient

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Marhi’s clinic. The staff was friendly and professional, the office was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to be Dr. Amer Khalaf’s patient; he was super professional and quick, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease. The treatment was gentle and effective, and I'm more than happy with the results. Going to the dentist is nothing i look forward to but thanks to Dr. Amer he made it super easy and pleasant, I highly recommend Dr. Amer to anyone looking for a great dentist as they’re quite hard to find these days.

Fantastic experience: Best professional dental and orthodontic center in Abu Dhabi.

Negative experience: Honestly stay away, this is one of the worst dental clinics I have been to. I had to call for each follow up visit. The doctor eventually forgot about the extraction, she kept on pushing for the crown and for replacement of all the old fillings. I went for the 2nd opinion at Harley street (much more reputable and expensive place) well they said none was necessary. This place is trying to rip you off for money and are doing it in a very cheap and unprofessional way that you have a gross feeling after. STAY AWAY

Negative experience: Terrible customer service I was given an appointment at a specific time however when I arrived I wasn’t allowed to proceed to my appointment because there was another patient who was late and taking up my time.

Fantastic experience: While traveling from the US, my husband was experiencing tooth pain and we wanted to get him seen asap. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the clinic was modern and clean—overall an incredible experience. I highly recommend for anyone in need of dental care in Abu Dhabi. Negative experience: I visited Dr. Sama for a filling, but I was advised to undergo a root canal for a tooth that had never caused me pain. Additionally, the filling applied after the procedure has edges that allow food to get stuck between the tooth and the gum, causing discomfort. This experience has left me disappointed, as I had trusted the advice given during the consultation.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sama did a couple of fillings for me earlier this year and I can’t fault the work she did. I barely felt any discomfort or pain the whole time, it was the best dental experience I’d ever had. She was very kind, considerate and patient and I wouldn’t hesitate to come to her again for further treatments

Fantastic experience: Been going to this clinic since 2016 as Dr. Sama AlKhafaji’s patient and referrals to Dr. Bassam for extractions. 1. Dr. Sama’s hands are so light and perfect for someone who has anxiety from the dentist. She also helped me maintained my oral health during pregnancy and postnatal. During my years with her in each biannual cleaning we have never found any cavities or problems other than regular staining. Truly makes the visit to the dentist a breeze! Highly recommend her. 2. As for Dr. Bassam he is very knowledgeable and professional and can predict exactly which tooth will need extractions or surgery. He is quick and reliable when it comes to wisdom teeth. Will definitely go back to him for my fourth wisdom tooth now that it’s been a few years since he extracted 3 teeth over the course of 2 weeks. As for the location of the clinic it needs better parking spaces and waiting areas, regardless of that I would still stick to the same clinic as long as my doctors are there!

He saved my tooth while other doctors said to remove the root he make an amazing filling without any side effects like pain or high level of the filling. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bassam for gum treatment and Dr. Sabunji for nerve treatment, and my most praise would go for Dr. Nibal for all other treatments. She has done an amazing job.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Merhi clinic for the last six months and I am very satisfied with their work. I have been to more than three dental clinic in Abu Dhabi and they are by far the best. I was seen by Dr.Nebal Nabut she is an amazing professional doctor she loves her job and she is very good at it. I never felt uncomfortable or any pain on my teeth during the treatment or even after leaving the clinic. Dr. Nebal is very kind and friendly. She is the best dentist I have been with in Abu Dhabi especially with the filling I would diffidently recommend her. I had one visit also with Dr.Mahmut Sabuncu and he was very professional doctor and he knows his job very well .

Fantastic experience: So I have been going there for over a year and went there for many visits, including a root canal and I’ve never experienced an issue what so ever with the clinic. Amazing appointment times, waiting’s not long once you get there (5-10 mins max), doctors there are really nice and friendly as well. I personally attend Doctor Nebal Nabut for my checkups and she does it smoothly, pain free and long lasting results as well.

Negative experience: The WORST experience. I have to extract my 3 of my teeth for careless root canal procedures done by "Doctor" Sabanji or w.e. his name is. Not a coincince all 3 of them have broken instruments (google 'broken instrument root canal'). I've had my root canal treatments done with Sabanji at Merhi Dental Clinic and I kept telling him that I feel pain and a weird sensitivity and discomfort upon pressure, he just kept telling me it will go away with time. Unfortunately it never did, here I am many months later and at another dentist who showed me X rays of my teeth proving broken instruments deep down the tooth canal with only the option of extracting the tooth. Worst experience ever! On top of that..the rudest receptionist.

Negative experience: Payed a lot of money, not satisfied with any results. A very bad experience. They only focus on getting money from insurance companies without putting appropriate amount of effort for patients.
