Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The work they did was excellent — professional, efficient, and honestly some of the best dental care I’ve received. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for people who genuinely care and know what they’re doing.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I visited this clinic in muweilah best experience ever. Well professional and experienced doctor he explained procedure me well. Nurse also professional, caring and more support to me. So the procedure was easy and comfortable. So I recommended this place. Very good service and reasonable rate. Clinic is very neat and clean.

Negative experience: I have been going to this clinic for a while now, but the last two times have been a disappointment. Both times, I went for a tooth extraction, and I have no complaints about the treatment. However, the clinic lacks cleanliness. I could see stains all over the equipment, and they didn’t even put a sheet on the chair after the previous patient. They don’t take appointments, only walk-ins, which meant I had to wait in pain for more than two hours. With back-to-back patients, the doctor looked exhausted, and I’m not sure he even changed his gloves. Their no-appointment policy probably aims to attract more customers, but with appointments and better scheduling, they could provide quality service without exhausting the doctor. I hope they take this as feedback.

Negative experience: Useless to take appointments as if you will get late for few minutes. Other patients will be qued for checkup without giving the appointment person chance. So if their are chances of getting late then you don't consider your appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have problem in 3 tooth. One doctor in dubai told me to do root canal for all 3 teeth. After coming to prestige clinic, the doctor told me that I have problem only in 2 teeth and I did root canal. The doctors are well experienced, nurse and receptionist are also very responsive and humble. Much appreciated thing is the cost. The previous doctor in Dubai told me it would cost around 3000 AED. But here I completed my entire treatment in 1500 AED only. Now I have no pain at all, I can smile confidentially. Thanks to Prestige Dental.

Fantastic experience: I saw the reviews on the clinic and i saw some good and bad reviews on it and Honestly the clinic amazed me, i went to the clinic with my wife and son thinking the clinic would be not as good from the reviews, but it was one of the best clinics i’ve been. Everything about it was excellent, when you enter the clinic it’s clean, the staff there are very kind and nice to you, and the dentist is very good and does the treatment perfectly, i highly recommend for people to visit the clinic.

Negative experience: We (me & my 7 year old son) went to this dental clinic due to others review for economic rate. But totally disappointed by his amateur treatment. He did root canal twice in the same teeth within the short period to my son. And we request him to remove the teeth when problem still exist. But he refused to remove the teeth and suggested to proceed root canal in the same teeth for 3rd time to my son. Also he didn’t do proper root canal & cover in my teeth as well. Suffering by the same teeth. As per our experience, we wasted our money, time with this arrogant doctor. You need to spent more money by his unprofessional treatment create more visits. Means, problem never end. Given 1 star for free parking area near to this clinic.

Negative experience: I had gone there for braces and it was nightmare because the doctor had changed and the new doctor seems like he has no knowledge about orthodontics ,very unorganized system ,no proper records. The doctor literally was trying to experiment with my teeth and had the done wrong procedures. He is not an orthodontist ot seems. So guys please don't go there . I'm just trying to help. It may be affordable ,but its a waste of money if you are looking out for braces treatment here . There are cheaper yet better treatments out there by professional orthodontists ,please go consult them. Please don't make the same mistake as me. He might be a good dentist but never a good orthodontist .I'm not a person who would like to complain for no reason .
