Fantastic experience: Раньше по всем плановым стоматологическим вопросам летала в Москву. Но на днях у меня отлетела пломба с клиновидного дефекта, и я пошла в Polar Bear к доктору Маниже Рахмановой. Уровень супер! И это общие стандарты клиники, как я понимаю - зуб изолировали коффердамом от остальной полости рта, вели фотопротокол, пришлифовка пломбы идеальная. У меня прямо бальзам на сердце от такого уровня работы - вот теперь можно и не летать в Москву по стоматологическим вопросам. И на русском языке общаться очень приятно, хочу сказать спасибо администратору Парвизу за доброжелательную поддержку и ответы на многочисленные вопросы тревожного пациента.

Our child is usually not easy when it comes to doctors, but Dr. Kristina worked like a magician. She made the whole experience smooth and even enjoyable. Grateful for this wonderful care!

Поставили бабочку. Дочь спокойно все выдержала. Всегда приветливо встречают . Спасибо огромное и большая рекомендация.

Negative experience: We visited them for my 4 years old daughter , clinic is nice as business , on the phone they mentioned there will be no consultancy fees , hence I’ve already visited another clinic I had panoramic x rays , once we arrived there the dr k took some photos and made some X-rays again saying she can’t see in the panorama clear things (the Dr English was not to the level to illustrate the situation) , AND ( she removed the cavity in 2 molars and kept it open ) she wanted to start the treatment same day , we asked about treatment plan she print it out ( sure exaggerated one ) , we told her that our kid still didn’t have her breakfast so she said we can’t start , due to that I asked her to apply some temporary fillings to the opening she made in the molar teeth but she said no need and told us to Give her some painkiller if she get pain ( which was totally disagreed with other dentists to keep the tooth exposed ) For me was bad experience and since we couldn’t do the treatment same day, they told us we need to pay 710 dirhams Despite that they said there will be no payment today ( the excuse was you wouldn’t pay if you start treatment today itself ) , however I went another clinic and I am very happy with the treatment so I don’t advise to visit this clinic , After posting review , we’ve been called by the manager she was instructing us to remove the review and the threading us by police ( everyone can understand how she treating people from her answer ) . Her answer for the review are totally wrong. Our daughter didn’t have any pain , We just visited the clinic for the external cavity Which already treated in another clinic and everything is fine now . All dentists we consulted They agreed that keeping the tooth open is totally wrong . I have the photos which can prove that ( I’ve report from other dentist as well ) . they took 712 dirham and I have the receipt but she mentioning that they took less than that sounds I need to post the payment receipt :) . I will be posting the photos & the receipt soon, My advice is to investigate multiple times before you choose the clinic where you will treat your kids .

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience here: extremely professional, attentive and caring service. Did hygiene with Dr Anna Tkacheva, who was very thorough but gentle, could not be more happy. She even showed me before/after photos and explained how I could better care for my teeth. Also wanted to thank Anastasia the admin for her amazing help with managing multiple bookings and making sure I do not miss any .

Fantastic experience: Очень рада, что появился второй филиал клиники. Ходили всей семьёй на JBR, теперь ходим в Business Bay. Администраторы всегда на связи Вырывала 4 зуба мудрости у Александра, (собиралась с мыслями для этой процедуры целый год, но всё прошло отлично).

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental clinic. I have visited for cleaning care with Dr. Anna, she was super professional, showed examples, provided all information and shared videos to take care after. I also visited clinic for treatment of teeth, Dr Yuriu explained in details all relevant information, showed pictures and areas of treatment, supported and improved my teeth health a lot! Overall, also wanted to thank administrators, like Parviz, who shared all details with insurance and helped around the process. Will surely come back!

Negative experience: У ребенка болел зуб , после осмотра врач сказала он проблемный и если его лечить не факт что там не будет свища потом (!) я бы советовала удалить но вы решайте сами. Я ее послушала .удалила ребенку зуб , вместо того чтоб просто пролечить кариес и поставить коронку ! Клык верхнюю чктверку .когда я увидела этот зуб мне стало так стыдно перед своим ребенком .показаний к ударению не было абсолютно ! Врач должен был сказать -конечно вылечим ,все будет хорошо ! Удаление это крайняя мера ..я проплакала весь вечер .новый вырастит лет через 5 Просто кощюнство .абсолютная врачебная ошибка и не компетентность . Я очень сожалею что обратилась туда и что мне в голову не пришло просто уйти на консультацию к другому врачу .ребенок без зуба .там не было ни свища ,ни гноя ,просто кариес . Я очень себя ругаю за этот грубый поступок . Врач не долга была давать мне решать что делать с зубом , я абсолютно в этом не компетентна . Врачи должны лечить и сохранять зубы . Ему 5 но новый вылезет в 10-11 .теперь будет огромная череда побочных проблем из за этой дыры … я просто в ужасе честное слово

Dr. Anna was highly professional , the cleaning procedure was thorough and gentle, and she took the time not only to explain each step during the procedure but also to go over the results afterward. Her clear explanations and helpful advice made everything easy to understand and gave me real confidence in the care provided. Fantastic experience: Лечимся в polar bear всей семьей. Нравятся все врачи. Трое моих детей лечатся у Кристины в bay square, раньше лечились в Дубай Марине, у Кристины и Ильдара. Детские врачи легко находят общий язык со всеми детьми. Мой доктор - Юрий в bay square - всем рекомендую его! Максимально профессиональный врач и хороший человек. Клиники прекрасно оснащены и уютны, есть детская комната с игрушками. Детям после лечения дарят подарочки и мороженое! Здесь дорого, но надежно. Но нам повезло, страховая покрывает часть лечения.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday my 2,5 yo son visited Dr Kristina. She is amazing! She managed to brash and polish his teeth and used a floss. He was seating still even without cartoons. It is important to indicate that he doesn’t allow me to brush his teeth at all or I can do it for 5 seconds…. Dr Kristina did her job for 10+ minutes and he was absolutely fine with it thanks to her constant cheering. We are both in love.

Fantastic experience: Great Experience at Polar Bear!!!! I recently visited Polar Bear clinic and I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist, Aida, greeted me with a smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. She made sure that I feel welcomed and offered me amenities. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had a calm atmosphere, which helped me feel at ease. Even the music was changed based on my preference , big thanks to Aida. My appointment was right on time, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Dr. Yuriy was fantastic! He took the time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions. I appreciated how gentle and thorough he was during my treatment. He and his assistant Florence made sure I was comfortable throughout, which really helped reduce any anxiety I had. Whole procedure went very smooth , and didn’t cause me even inch of discomfort or pain. And at the end, it was so overwhelming to see results of the procedure. Overall, I’m really happy with my visit to Polar Bears. The whole team, including Aida, Dr. Yuriy, and Florence, provided top-notch care, and I left feeling confident about my dental health. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dental team!

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone! I wanted to share a great experience we recently had. I took my kids to the dentist for a routine hygiene check, and we were lucky to see Dr. Anna. She’s amazing! She did the cleaning for my son (8 y.o.), my daughter 12 y.o, and even for me. Dr. Anna has her own special technique—she explains everything step by step, shows it to you, and uses advanced tools like a microscope and high-tech equipment. I usually need anesthesia because of sensitivity, but this time I didn’t even need it! The kids were also very comfortable and pleasantly surprised by how easy and stress-free the whole process was. If this is something relevant for you, I highly recommend her. Dr. Anna is there almost every day, and once a week (on Thursdays), she’s also at the Polar Bear clinic in JBR. I know how hard it can be to convince kids to visit the dentist—or even go yourself—but this was such a positive and painless experience with amazing results. If you’re interested, I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Dr Tikhon made quickly and professionally, absolutely no pain.
