Best Dental Clinic LLC in Dubai - Teeth Cleaning AED99 - Al Karama (Br)

Fantastic experience: Very good service at the clinic! Dr. Harsha is specially amazing - she treats me like a sister and makes me feel completely at ease. The receptionist ladies are also very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch.

Negative experience: Omg! They were running a campaign on the internet for 75aed flat fee for tooth filling, when I went there doctor said no it will be 150aed, after starting to drill my tooth! I had a small tiny filling to be done but the dentist insisted on drilling the cavity and - BROKE MY TOOTH and blamed that the tooth was weak! Are you even serious! Firstly your cheating patients by putting 75aed flat charges, then you charge me 150 AED, then u drill my tooth to the point its broken into half - such POOR TREATMENT and a terrifying experience for a simple filling! My tooth is now sensitive and I’ll have to get it removed anyway! So much for trying to save my tooth!

Negative experience: I visited this clinic on March 3 with my friend (Indian nationality) for a tooth extraction. The dentist initially explained that the charge would be AED 250 only if the tooth broke during extraction. However, even though she managed to extract the tooth without it breaking, we were still charged AED 250, which felt misleading. Unfortunately, my friend has been in pain ever since, and it turns out there are still small fragments of the tooth remaining. This has caused prolonged discomfort and will require months of healing, especially after removing the remaining fragments. Given the unclear pricing and the incomplete procedure, I cannot recommend this clinic to others.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ammu at Net Care Clinic for teeth scaling. She was incredibly gentle, and I barely felt any discomfort throughout the procedure. Having undergone scaling with other dentists before, this was by far the most pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional and gentle dental care!

Negative experience: I could give them a star that is lower than 1 if there is because of the bad attitude of one their dentist The dentist attitude was so disgusting. He was very sarcastic throughout my denture trial. I told him that the dentures was not comfortable to wear, and the dentures fitting was kinda loose. I requested for it to be adjusted. I don't want to lose my dentures while I'm talking or laughing. He keep insisting that was how the dentures normally feels, it was normal. I mentioned that the dentures edges was sharp, it was hurting my tongue whenever it glides over it and the other tooth was sooooo thin, it doesn't look like a normal tooth. He begun to change his tone, he was sarcastic. Says that he had so many patient which he doesn't have any problem and I'm so hard to pleased. Insisting that it was all normal. So I leave the clinic. I'm not recommending this clinic to anyone. An update 28 Jan 2024 After a year the denture that I bought from this clinic was broke in half. The tooth fell off too. I was eating and the dentures keeps moving when I'm munching vegetables I mentioned in my previous review that the tooth and gums was thin, and now it didn't even last for more than a year

Negative experience: This is the worst clinic! I had got my filling and bridge done here with Dr Naziya and terrible services! My tooth filling of both the tooth came out 2-3 times and because of the reckless service! And when u come and complain they don’t take the blame! Even the staff don’t follow by the rules and it’s not done right! Really dissatisfied with the Dr who dint do the job right and then damage the tooth and blame it on the genetics!

Negative experience: Not a good dental clinic. We tried to request our records since we moved to a new country and needed our records, turns out they have no records to provide. Called and tried to speak many times but not helpful at all. No response to email or messages on the website.

Fantastic experience: Its been years of years since i visited a dental clinic for a fear of the doctors comments (scold) actually. One of my friend recommended best dental clinic in karama and met DR.KARLA, she was the opposite of what i expect of some strict dentist i had encountered years back! She was so accomodating, very relaxing voice that you will not hesitate to tell your oral problem, that painless tooth extraction ,by her careful hands makes me calm and remove my stress! Dr. Karla did a great and amazing Job , a trully professional kudus for more patients! I highly recommend her!

Negative experience: Frustrated!! Appointments are of no use! They overbook their appointments! You have to wait for hours before you’ll get your chance! They have one dentist who see the patients..they let patients wait in two separate rooms! Also the clinic does not observe proper social distancing!
