Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning done by Dr. May, and she was both highly experienced and warm in handling her patients. The clinic’s cozy and calming ambiance made the visit even better. From Ms. Richelle at the reception, who assisted us while waiting, to the staff and doctors, everyone was well-trained, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience during a dental cleaning and whitening appointment at your clinic. Before the procedure, I clearly informed the dentist about my high tooth sensitivity and asked for the gentlest possible approach. This is not my first time undergoing whitening, and in the past, I have never experienced such intense discomfort. However, as soon as the whitening lamp was activated, I felt an extremely sharp and unbearable pain in my teeth — so severe that I had to physically stop the procedure. What disappointed me the most was that, even though the whitening was never completed, I was still charged the full price for the treatment. I find this unacceptable, especially given: • The severe physical pain I experienced; • The lack of results, as the procedure was stopped almost immediately; • The lack of proper attention to my clearly communicated concerns prior to the treatment.

So happy my teeth are in his hands and my smile ! Every visit is only joy ! Having my implant done and it’s go smooth and very well ! Second my implant definitely with doctor Rami !

After losing two front teeth, Dr. Rami did a tremendous job at restoration and they now look and feel great! Fantastic experience: Dr Rami saved my teeth..when all doctors, consulted before him wanted to remove roots straight away, he suggested alternative treatment and it worked perfectly fine. 1 month passed- my teeth feels good. Friendly atmosphere ( you can have a coffee, while waiting for ur turn:), all details was explained and all questions answered. Thank you. Also, prices are very reasonable in comparison to other clinics in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: This place is underrated for sure ! I recommend everyone to go there, great location and a stunning view with a coffe or a juice from your choice to wait for your appointment. A cozy place even just for a chill with relaxing music always playing. I used to not like dentists as most people but this place made me go and finish my teeth very quickly and feeling comfortable.
