From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was professional and welcoming, and the overall vibe of the clinic felt calm and professional. The doctor took their time and used high-quality tools for the cleaning — you can really tell they care about both hygiene and comfort. Everything felt smooth and thorough. Fantastic experience: I went to the LOLDENT clinic, and my tooth started to hurt a little. The doctors Anis conducted an examination and revealed deep caries. I was treated on the same day, my inflammation was treated, and my tooth was sealed. Additionally, I had my teeth cleaned and fluoridated, and the enamel was additionally strengthened. The result is excellent, there is no plaque on the teeth, and the enamel has become stronger.

Negative experience: В этой клинике прекрасно работает реклама, но на этом, по моему мнению, все плюсы заканчиваются. С организацией процесса — полный провал. Сначала меня просто не записали, когда я обратилась после просмотра их рекламы. Только когда сама вспомнила и уточнила, они наконец-то внесли мою запись. На телефон не отвечают: я попросила приехать на 30 минут раньше, но никто даже не увидел мое сообщение вовремя. Менеджменту определенно стоит провести работу над бизнес-процессами и обучить персонал. Клиника небольшая, чистая, но сервиса, по сути, нет. Администратор еще и ассистент стоматолога, что выглядит странно — сначала встречает, предлагает кофе, а потом уже держит отсос во время процедуры. Отбеливание выдержала только один этап, потому что это была самая болезненная процедура отбеливания из всех, которые я когда-либо делала. И это при том, что у меня уже был опыт отбеливания Zoom, и он прошел довольно комфортно. На мой вопрос “почему так?” ответ был: “Мы используем гель с 40% активным веществом”. Хотя при бронировании я специально писала, что у меня очень чувствительные зубы. Мне обещали, что специалист будет уведомлен, но, видимо, как и в случае с записью, просто забыли. Соответственно за один этап отбеливания я хоть и получила результат, но на потраченные деньги и вытерпленные стреляния Зубов точно не тянет. Я уже молчу о том, что никаких рекомендаций ни до, ни после процедуры мне не дали. Не было сказано ни о каких ограничений после отбеливания, никто не сказал, что можно есть, чем пользоваться, что наносить. Просто сделали и отпустили. Точно не вернусь и никому не посоветую. Но вот контакт их таргетолога спросила бы — реклама у них действительно работает.
