Fantastic experience: I recently have visited Paramount Dental Clinic and my experience is excellent. Dr. Fatima is very professional and skilled dentist. She did an amazing job with the veneers. I’m completely happy & satisfied. The clinic environment is also tidy & comfortable. Negative experience: Unfortunately after last experience it was not good at all . i visited you And not one time only. 4 time 3 time very good experience in 2022&2023. But in june 2024 Last time was so hurtful Ac not working . Super hot He works with my tooth quickly without waiting the Dental anesthetic. I couldn’t stand up after his treatment. I called the clinic next day and no any answer.

Negative experience: Terrible Experience at Paramount Dental Clinic I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Paramount Dental Clinic, and I must say it was an extremely disappointing and frustrating encounter. The staff at this clinic displayed a clear lack of professionalism, and their treatment towards me, as a normal Indian guy, was utterly disrespectful. To begin with, the staff showed a complete disregard for my scheduled appointment. Instead of promptly attending to me, they made me wait for an extended period without any explanation or consideration for my time. To my astonishment, a girl who arrived after me was taken in before me, which only added to my sense of mistreatment and frustration. The most disheartening aspect of my visit was the blatant rudeness displayed by the staff members. It seemed that they had no interest in providing quality care or treating patients with dignity. I was left feeling discriminated against solely because of my Indian heritage, and this kind of prejudice has no place in a professional healthcare setting. Interestingly enough, the owner of the clinic appeared to be the only person who displayed a friendly demeanor. While I appreciate his efforts to create a positive atmosphere, it does little to compensate for the overall poor experience caused by his staff. I would strongly advise anyone considering Paramount Dental Clinic to proceed with caution. The unprofessional behavior, lack of respect, and apparent discrimination I experienced make this clinic an unfavorable choice for anyone seeking dental care. There are plenty of other dental clinics in the area that prioritize patient well-being and treat individuals with the respect they deserve. In conclusion, my visit to Paramount Dental Clinic was marred by the staff's rude and discriminatory behavior. It is crucial for businesses, especially healthcare providers, to prioritize professionalism and treat all patients equally, regardless of their background. Unfortunately, this clinic failed to meet those basic expectations, and I strongly discourage others from subjecting themselves to such an unpleasant experience.

Negative experience: Worst clinic ever !! I did my veneers there, since I am not a dentist I do not know the process of veneers. They did bad shape I changed twice, my veneers got broken and they don’t even respond at my calls !!! Bad experience ever! Even if they offer promotion please, do not go there!!! I am with a broken veneer in my mouth and I don’t know what to do !!!!! Shame on these people !

Fantastic experience: I proceeded my veneers 2 month ago. And since that time I’m happiest person in the world. Now my teeth and smile are perfect. I’m so happy that at one day I met adv of Al Etisama clinic in my Insta. Once I came for consultation and Dr Rafael checked my teeth I decided to start process without delay. I felt that Dr Rafael very professional and confidante. Process of cutting was not painful. And after that I had sensitivity only for 1 day. After 1 week Dr Moussa called me and said that my veneers are ready and made appointment for a next day. I said that I’m gonna be busy and kindly asked for a late evening time. So, they agreed to in stall my veneers at convenient time for me, despite the fact that at this time clinic the clinic should have been closed. That’s amazing service! I never met such an individual approach for a client in Dubai. After veneers were installed Dr Moussa asked about condition of my teeth several times and invited me for a free consultation in case if I feel not comfortable. For a first week it was unusual to feel veneers in my mouth and was a little uncomfortable to chew, but it’s normal. And after that week I feel same as with my natural teeth. Thank you for Dr Rafael and Dr Moussa for amazing service, high care , professional hand and good material. Thank you for my Hollywood smile, I’m so happy about it❤️

Negative experience: PLEASE READ ALL...WORD OF MOUTH AND REVIEWS MAKES OUR SOCIETY I could give 5stars negative I would!! Total rip off! We had a consultation with Dr Rafael...and we had a clear discussion on the main reason is to restore the length and shape of the 2 front teeth which were filed down before because of a chip. We showed photos on how they originally looked. He said after fixing the teeth.. they can be adjusted on the follow up. My wife ended up with short front teeth..square in shape...one tooth bigger than the other...one looks like chipped and smoothed out! When we went for the follow up to ask for their replacement...that's when the shock came...and he said he can adjust anything BUT the length! I explained to him that was the core of our discussion and reason! He offered to replace them if we pay again! I come from a dentist family..and I shared the photos with friend dentists and family..and varying comments from: horrible shape, Mature and Masculine Style, gap in the middle....etc Eventually they just slapped the consent form that we signed that basically says they can do an awful job and get away with it!! Total waste of money...DON'T go there.. We now have to pay again to replace at least 2 of the 12 in a proper clinic.
