Fantastic experience: I have to share here the great experience I had in the clinic. Dr. Michael did an amazing job at the extraction of my wisdom tooth, so gentle and caring, I didn’t feel a thing and left the clinic with a smile in 30 minutes. Must mention the lovely nurses that contributed to my confort as well. Punctuality was spot on, receptionists were fast and welcoming and the clinic had all the extra X-rays etc that’s required for a proper checkup before diagnosis. Clean and super professional staff and doctors, easy to reach and park too.

Fantastic experience: My family has had the pleasure of working with Dr Michel for Orthodontics, Dr Melissa for Dentistry and Dr Rawad for bone grafting and dental surgery. I can’t speak highly enough of each of them, when it comes to complicated work, they broke it all down in terms we could understand and follow, including images and explanations. Dental surgery can be daunting, previous clinics we visited pass you off to other specialists but there is a clear disconnect in communication, Mr Michel and team made us very comfortable with the procedure, they all work very closely together and communicate with us just the same. Dr Melissa is the best dentist I have seen in my adult life! Not exaggerating at all, she’s very thorough, very thoughtful and precise. Dr Michel is the kindest person, along with this he is incredibly talented in orthodontics and was a large part of the reason we felt comfortable going with surgical implants. Dr Rawad is so skilled, I can tell you that you are in amazing care if he does any dental surgery. Lastly, the front desk staff are excellent with communicating and scheduling as well as helping with decipher the billing so we can submit without issues.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Dr Michel for many years now having needed very specialist treatment for orthodontics. He did an incredible job and is always friendly. When the time comes I will also be getting my children to him.

Negative experience: Took 6 months to complete a 2 month treatment plan with a very unsatisfactory result. No responsibility taken by the clinic. I don not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment due to being in horrific pain with a wisdom tooth. An appointment was arranged immediately. Dr Michel, Dr Marc, Dr Neil and Dr Neha were all fantastic and welcoming. They were so understanding and could see how much pain I was in. They talked me through the process and I could fully understand what was wrong and what treatment I needed and why. All my questions and concerns have been answered. Nothing has been too much trouble, I highly recommend Park Avenue dentist I won't be going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience here! I was in such pain with an impacted wisdom tooth and the clinic assisted in fitting me into their busy schedule and taking x-rays on the day I was in pain. Once they had identified that it needed to be removed, the clinic were so helpful in facilitating my work schedule around the appointment. Although it was a difficult procedure as the nerve was wrapped around my tooth, the staffs care and attention to detail was second to none. I have received numerous check in messages to see how I am recovering. Dr. Michel is amazing, I couldn’t recommend him more. The reception staff and dental nurses are also so friendly and helpful. Great place!

Fantastic experience: Great dental clinic. Excellent dentists and services. They have a very professional staff. Highly specialized dentists are available there. I highly recommend this place for all your dental issues, you can never go wrong. I have been personally taking my daughter to see Dr Michel there for orthodontic work, the result is so far amazing. Fantastic experience: I’ve interacted with almost everyone at the clinic. Starting with Maria at the front desk that never fails to welcome me with the biggest smile and the best hospitality. To Dr. Michel, Dr. Neil and Dr. Joy, they all have helped me across different issues I’ve had and I’m generally afraid of dentists and orthodontists but always feel safe around all of them as they’re super friendly, extremely transparent and straight to the point. Overall, I would recommend this clinic 5/5 as from the moment you step in till the moment you step out, you’ll experience professionalism, medical excellency and friendliness all over.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant lineup of specialists and surgeons! I just recently had to go through root canals, extractions and implants with 3 seperate drs (Dr Marc / Dr Rawad / Dr Jad) (yes all of those together in under 2 weeks). And the recovery time has been stellar!! Also does help that everyone there is genuinely friendly and makes you feel at home

Fantastic experience: Dr Neil is the only dentist I will let touch my teeth , as a nervous patient dentists are not my favorite place to visit. Dr Neil has a great rapport with his patients , doesnt carry out unnecessary procedures and the support staff are also excellent. Recommended

Fantastic experience: Dr Joy Afif Matheson is a real find. If you are nervous about going to see a dentist, she is very calm & gentle. Dr Joy explains everything fully as she goes along. You are not made to feel rushed nor does she recommend unnecessary procedures. I completely trust her work & her opinions on what needs doing & what I should also be doing for my teeth/gums at home. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I visited Park Avenue dental clinic yesterday. I am a person who becomes a bit anxious when attending the dentist but i am pleased to say i had an enjoyable experience with Dr. Joy who is such a sweet person and made me feel very relaxed and safe from the beginning. I didn't feel any pain at all, and i am extremely happy with the result of my treatment. I definitely recommend Dr. Joy and the clinic. All the staff at the Clinic from the reception to the assistant of Dr. Joy are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional and world class, could not recommend higher for a litany of reasons, here are two key highlights: The treatment from the talented Dr Michel and team is beyond compare. Not only providing informed and we'll explained orthodontic treatment programme and care for the teeth, but truly invested and caring for our (young) 9 year old son as a patient. Bedside manner doesn't begin to describe his incredible investment and care, explaining everything, ensuring comfort, and building an incredible rapport with him (as well as the entire family). Secondly (and perhaps more importantly) Dr Michel has the long term health (not just dental) in mind for our son. Instead of suggesting short-term solutions or suggesting delaying treatment like we have heard from so many others, but instead clearly explaining and showing the importance of early for effective treatment. Specifically, at just 9 years old, by starting an effective course of treatment now, not only is our son's dental health for his adult teeth on a great track, but his suggested early treatment has reshaped the arch of the roof of his mouth which has made a world of difference in eating and mouth shape but also most importantly (albeit not logically obvious) his sleeping (!). Through simple early braces, the roof mouth has been reshaped, breathing has been improved (not that it was an obvious problem before) and very notably his sleep length and quality (which is important for all of us, especially growing kids) has had a very significant and substantial impact and improvement. The overall daily sleep quality, happiness, and health for our son's every day have truly been improved from Dr Michel's wise treatment. These are just two specific items that are amongst the many other reasons we think so highly of Dr. Michel and his team and would so very highly recommend him and his talents. Our son's life has immediately and permanently been improved (and it's not as if he was a poorly child, Dr Michel just made his life that much better! Thank you Dr. Michel.

Fantastic experience: Extremely professional all the way through from the booking process to aftercare ,always updated on whatsapp I had 2 implants with Dr Rawad was so easy and it's only the next day and I am actually so surprised that I am pain free. I was expecting at least 3days of pain. This tells me what a great and professional job Dr Rawad has done. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Thank goodness I found Dr Neil Mitchell! I paid a visit to the clinic in May with toothache, suspecting I needed root canal treatment. Dr Neil confirmed my suspicions and referred me to his colleague, Dr Hiba Nasser, who is a Specialist Endodontist. Dr Hiba was brilliant! My root canal treatment was painless and completed in less than 30 minutes! A week after my root canal treatment, Dr Neil gave me a treatment plan, which involved two veneers and two crowns. I now have a lovely smile and the colour of the veneers and crowns was matched perfectly. What I really like about Dr Neil is that he doesn't carry out any dental treatment unless he deems it necessary, which means you're not going to get ripped off! The dental nurses and receptionists were very friendly and efficient. I shall miss this Clinic when we leave the country!

Negative experience: Worst experience from start to finish. Waited over an hour, after which I had zero attention from the doctor. I needed a tiny bit of glue on my permanent retainer (my usual doctor does this in 3 minutes for free). They proceeded to give me a cleaning (of only my bottom teeth) without asking me first and then charged AED 500 for the service.

Negative experience: For the second - and last - time we were kept waiting for our appointment for an extended period because the dentist was “delayed”. They don’t seem to realise or care that customers have better things to do than hang around waiting for them. Not recommended if you have a day job.

Negative experience: They don’t respect their appointments … they dr is always late please don’t give clients appointments if your dr is still out for lunch. After waiting for 20 minutes and dr still not there for my appointment I ask them what is happening they call the dr and he said he will be 10 more minutes late. This is very rude if you knew you will be late why not call the clinic and inform them and they could have called me. Very uncool

Negative experience: Very bad and painful experience with this clinic, huge damage after a painful tooth extraction and im still paying off months after, unprofessional follow up..not only from the doctor, the owner and even the receptionist! I strongly would not recommend this clinic even to my enemy. One star is a more than you deserve..reviews should have minus numbers! Plus I paid more than 3000 for this very ugly ****painful experience

Fantastic experience: Great dentistry practice. I cracked a rear tooth and called Park Avenue, they offered me an appointment same day (which wasn’t convenient for me so booked following day) with Dr Antonio. Location is great, no need to spend 20 minutes searching for a parking space, plenty of parking and very easy access. Their office is big and very clean. Checked in and met Dr Antonio who made me feel very comfortable even though I had quite a bad irrational phobia of dentists. He checked me out, gave me his plan and proceeded to carry out the X-ray and then rebuild and fill my broken tooth. The entire process and painless and I was kept informed during the process and there was no surprises which kept me calm. Very glad I visited this dentistry office. 100% would recommend to anyone particularly if you get some anxiety about dentists.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Antonio today for a cracked tooth which required a filling. For many years I have had severe anxiety of going to the dentist, however Dr. Antonio was very reassuring and explained what he was doing every step of the way and really kept me at ease throughout. He offered to stop any time if I was uncomfortable but despite my earlier fears it wasn't required. He could read my body language and checked I was okay any time I tensed up. I've avoided going to the dentist for years and after today's visit I'm not too worried about going back ☺️ Clinic is very clean, reception people friendly and the nurse lovely aswel! Prices were very reasonable too. Nothing to complain about for the entire experience.

Fantastic experience: On holiday, visiting family in Dubai, badly cracked a wisdom tooth. My Sydney dentist referred me to Dr Victoria Sole. She squeezed me into her schedule, good care, skillful extraction. Saw me again three days later gratis when I was concerned about the adjoining tooth - not a problem.
