Fantastic experience: The clinic has a nice atmosphere and the staff are generally kind, but I’ve experienced a few issues with appointment scheduling. Some of my laser sessions were missed without much notice, which made things a bit difficult to plan around. I understand things can get busy, but better communication and consistency would really help improve the overall experience. I do hope the team works on this. PS. The only reason I am giving 5-star is for Mj and Geraldine for saving the day by taking accountability to sort out things.

Negative experience: A very unfortunate experience. Appointment was confirmed for 22nd March after I had initially postponed it on 5th March for 12 pm. Moved to 1 pm which is understandable however once I got here, I was 15 minutes over time, I was informed my appointment was 1 hour. I had a 2 hour slot booked for laser and tattoo removal. Information provided to me was that I don't need an anesthesia because they're going to use the same machine to remove my tattoo. However, getting there the beauty therapist and the front desk both were confused about the miscommunication. How can the person booking my appointment be confused between a numbing cream and anesthesia? I had specifically mentioned that the previous clinic gave me anesthesia. She said it wasn't required and once here I found out it's the older tattoo removal machine. There is noway I would do a removal with that machine without anesthesia. They still insisted that maybe there was miscommunication and she thought anesthesia is numbing cream. I don't think anyone can confuse the two. Driving 45 minutes only to figure what a disappointing experience this was and eitherway wouldn't be able to do the tattoo removal because the dermatologist comes after IFTAR. Could have sorted this out yesterday when you called to move my slot to 1 pm and reconfirm that it's tattoo removal + laser hair removal rather than forget to schedule an entire hour of my appointment. So upset and such a waste of time.
