Fantastic experience: Hello everyone . Just wanted to share my experience from the Dental Lounge clinic. I’m not a regular client but accommodation I can say it’s fair and comfortable. Staff was great! Now sharing my experienced with Dr Maria Celine Naron, DMD Philippines General Dentist, she's kind, approachable and always making sure that you feel comfortable while she’s doing the dental thingy. I confidently recommend her and the rest of the team . Kindly check their website guys KABAYAN or better visit their clinic. GOD BLESS ALWAYS team Dental Lounge .

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal treatment done with dr. Shabina and I could not have asked for a better dentist. Treatment was expertly done with so much care and attention. She did the process the most comfortable treatment i've ever done. She did an amazing work with my crowns too. Fit to perfection!!!

Negative experience: The worst dentist experience I’ve ever had. It’s this type of place where there is no soap and no toilet paper in the bathroom and where the staff is on their phones not really caring at all for you when you come in. Then you go in and the dentist doesn’t talk to you, she simply sits you in a chair and start the cleaning… absolute zero care. I went for a simple cleaning and polishing and it felt like the doctor was racing to finish the cleaning. All in all it literally took 15min which in 20+ years, never experience before. I even told her to go slower as she was hurting my gum and of course it didn’t change anything. I wouldn’t dare to go back there for that simple cleaning so if you have pain or something more serious, don’t even think about it. Don’t do the same mistake as I did and pay 300-500AED instead of 150AED and go see someone professional.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dentist-- Dr. Morris Mutia for 2 years now. He is very gentle, light-handed, and accommodating, and so with the assistant. Very affordable. They don't rip off, in fact, they help you save as much as they can as far as dental health is concerned. Apart from Dr. Morris, there are also 2 or 3 more other dentists in this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I'm giving FIVE stars and writing this review to share my incredible experience with the Dental clinic. Since I was a child, I've been scared of going to a dentist. Hearing the sounds of the scary instruments gave me a phobia and made a promise to myself to never go to any dental clinic. Until I felt a pain on my tooth. I heard that this clinic is giving free consultation and it has a high rating too, so I gave it a try. I called the reception and Ms. Shena answered the phone with a very hospitable voice. She told me to come anytime and sent me the location map. I came around six in the evening and Nurse Shena welcomed me with a smiling eyes (since she's wearing a facemask). She assisted me on the preprocedural forms and to the procedure room. There I met Dr. Jay. I explained him the reason I came and he was actively listening of my complaint. He then gave me a reasonable advice. He comforted me by telling that no need to remove my tooth but just for the filling. I felt relieved and decided to do the filling in the same clinic. While Shena was preparing the instruments, machine and medicine, I was imagining the scary sounds again. Dr. Jay, made sure I was feeling alright before doing the procedure. He diverted my attention by humming music (it was a big help). He is so skillful & relax, or shall I say he has a therapeutic touch that made me comfortable and relieved the anxiety during the procedure. After he finished, Ms. Shena reassessed my comfort and gave me a glass of water. She attended my needs and gave me assurance before leaving. The experience was so amazing that I came back the next month for another filling. The whole team was so therapeutic that my phobia is now gone. Dr. Jay and Nurse Shena make an extra mile when serving clients and I proudly refer this clinic to all my friends. Actually, I already did and she has same impression as mine. Fantastic experience: Dr. Leah Y is a life savior! I needed a special treatment that I had gotten done only at my home country. She was able to do it, she took her time and was very delicate and precise. She even gave me a report of what she had done for me to take home. She was extremely caring and professional. I'm very thankful to her and her assistant!

Fantastic experience: I recommend Dental Clinic Lounge. Besides that their services fees are affordable compare to the other clinics, their dentists are well experience and you will be satisfied especially if you let Dr. Jay handles and take good care of your teeth.

Negative experience: To be honest, I'm not the one who likes post comments on the website, unless they were excellent or horrible. but did treatment at the dental lounge was a disaster. I am changed doctor without any notice, especially there is only one month left to remove all tooth brace! Dr. Y is the one who takes care of me for the last six months, i do not know why there is no handover at all. If you want to make reservations do not expect they will call back, you need to remember to call them to make sure the booking, no matter how many times you call, no one can recognize you, so that you should brief your case again and again. New Dr. K took less than 5 min to check my tooth and told me need to wear everything longer which is i wore already 4.5years, when I ask her do I need change treatment plan, the answer still not sure, then I be charged 200DSH（for 2 min cleaning）, i do question about the price and Dr. K said normally will charge other one 500DSH, that's unbelievable!！ whatever I paid at the end, but when I pick up the rubber bents after one week, two guests were waiting outside, she was treat nurse! I was on time arrived and waiting for a half-hour to only pick up a rubber band, which is the wrong size!!! I even double-checked with her, she was so sure and that's still the wrong size! Tooth treatment is really important and no matter which stage you are, so please be seriously to choose doctor and dental! 一般情况下不太爱写评论，我是国内带了三年牙套，正要摘的时候出国，所以中途找到迪拜这家，还是同事介绍，结果太令人失望了，更换医生没有告知，新医生连怎么把牙线取下来都不熟练，态度及其恶劣，最基本的紧牙橡皮圈都没有，等了一个礼拜，我怕大夫拿错还带了之前的，因为松紧不一样，结果还是给错，错到你无法想象，像捆头发的橡皮圈！！检查你就张开嘴，没有治疗也要收钱，附近有无数家牙医诊所，这个你无论打多少电话，无论什么时候打前台都不认识你，不关心客户，根本没有尊重！ 牙齿的问题非常非常重要，所以不论选择诊所还是选择大夫，一定要三思而后行！

But the best thing are the Doctors. Dr. Zaynab’s voice is soothing and she will help you understand everything. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Had the best dental experience here in dental lounge karama from our excellent the best dr annaleah yim and her nurses leo is the best service package you have to get/experience. Had my braces here, dra. annaleah installed my braces very neatly no extra gluelike paste in yhe sodes of each bracket beautifully done and painless. Shes able to explain all procedures and my queries She makes sure that my teeth are getting better every adjustments plus thorough cleaning take note monthly, every adjustments notlike others inly change rubber. Fantastic experience: Looking for the best and light handed dentist? Come and experience the excellent hands of Dra. Annaleah Yim. I was referred by a friend to their clinic and wqs surprised that my anxiety of any dental procedures was flushed away. Since i was a kid im scared on all my dental visits even just merely teeth cleaning. Thats why i skip doing it for long time not until i experienced Dental Lounge Karama and Dra. Yim. She was so good that i make sure not to skip my monthly visits. I was wearing my braces for jurasic years and she told me all the necessary informations thatvi need to know and keep in mind, every bit of each brackets, their placements, uses and importance of it. She replaced all of it and put them in proper placements. She listened to all my concerns and explain well each and every steps, her treatment plan and my progress (lots) She takes care of my dental needs and advising me what other procedures that will help me more achieve healthy teeth and gums! She will make sure that all procedures done are accurate and knows how to assess if you understood her or not and she will not get tired asking you and checking, as she would like to be 100% sure that it was done correctly from patient's side without comprising her patients' comfort. She has an angel nurse who will assist her Al throughout the procedures and whos taking care of each patient's needs. I highly recommend dental Lounge Karama and most especially Dra. Annaleah Yim for your duture dental needs. PS: on my first time, i saw lots of patients, both  kids and adults, families and  different nationalities whos talking about how great she was after their visits  thats why i had a good impression to her and gained my trust and ease my anxiety. Btw, she makes my jurasic teeth looks and feel clean and healthy ✌

Negative experience: Please do not go for extraction. I was not advised and treated properly and ended with dry socket. When i showed to another doctor at the same clinic she barely checked. I was prescribed antibiotics only 3 days after the extraction when i went with excruciating pain and was told to come after a week. I immediately proceeded to another doctor who treated me well. I had dry socket and food stuck in cavity which had turned gunk and caused severe infection but the doctor at dentish lounge did not even bother to open my jaw and check. Also during the extraction i learnt that they have a target of 20 in order to get commission that made me question if the extraction was even required costing me a bomb. They may be good at dental cleaning but please watchout for extraction, especially when you pay 600/- for it and not treated well.
