Negative experience: Bad clinic. They don't keep appointments and don't care about patients. I called them and made an appointment and I didn't receive any message from them. They are definitely manipulating appointments. They also don't receive patients well. So they won't succeed in the future. Please change the performance, dealings and honesty in appointments.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Sharath Chandregowda. He is very profesional, skillfull and knowledgeable. He explained everything and made sure that I know the details and steps of the procedure, his skillful hands were very light and gentle and he made sure that I am comfortable through out the procedure. The procedure room is very clean and spacious, equipments are properly sterilized. They follow strict infection control protocol, they wear complete personal protective equipments and sterile equipments were prepared and opened right in front of you before the procedure. I had a very good and painless experience, I felt safe and secured knowing the details of what to expect and what will be done as well as the aftercare of the procedure. Staff from reception and the nurses are profesional and accomodating as well. Thank you for the good service and experience.

All the dentist, nurses and staffs are very professional and accomodating she’s so happy for getting her tooth remove and having new dentures at new university dental centre in Al Ain. Negative experience: صار لي اتعالج عندهم 9 شهور ابدا ما في تغيير باسناني نفس ما هما انتضرت 9 اشهر ضاعت بلا فايدة وحتي دكتور لا بيشرح لك ولا بيفول لك شو خطة العلاج ابداا وحتي ما يحب حد يساله يعصب يوم اساله عن اسنان دافعة فلوس ما بلاش ابداا المعاملةوغيرت العيادة وارتحت والله كنت يوم يكون موعدي اكون مضايقة ما حب روح صبرت مشان كمل العلاج بس يا ريت ما صبرت
